In total, he helped us look for a home for nearly 4 months before we found the right one. The home we purchased was in a desirable area and received 5 bids in 4 days. Matt had really good tips for our offer so that we won. In the contract period, Matt helped schedule our inspections promptly, he attended the inspections himself, and he provided great guidance on concessions to ask for from the seller. A few weeks before we took possession of our home, we found out that one of the bids we had received for AC duct work repair was too low. We had already closed on the house, so it was too late to ask for a larger concession from the buyer. Matt took the initiative to call the duct repair company himself to fix the situation.
