4 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I am a first time buyer that has been trying to buy a home for a long time. relocate from South California to Sacramento and applied for a mortgage loan with a big bank that I do business for over 20 years. the bank work with a real estate company were you can chose a real estate agent from the web site. So I like that because was a referral from the bank. I contact a feel agent from the list talk to then but did not work out for me. I decided to try one more time choosing this time Lorena. long story short Lorena was my guard angel from the start to finish! she does not help me get just my home she help me get also the loan with a different mortgage company. She is very knowledgeable in negotiating with the seller, mortgage broker, home inspection and profissional. I can not tell you enough how grateful I am to Lorena for helping getting my home! 8 months ago Experiencia fantástica: James was the buyer’s agent who helped us make the move from the East Coast to the West Coast in the summer of 2025. While visiting family in 2024, my husband and I began to consider relocating to Sacramento. James was kind enough to spend a day showing us homes in various neighborhoods, knowing that it would be some time before we would be ready to buy. He kept in touch over the following year in a respectful manner (never pushy, always pleasant). When it came time to buy, we were still on the East Coast, so James took us on several private virtual tours and then handled all the inspections, negotiations, and closing details when we found the “right” property. 8 months ago Experiencia fantástica: We closed out a sale of our home in Sacramento with Anna Stender We were moving out of the state for a job opportunity and needed to close on the house quickly. We went first to some quick sale providers like Opendoor, but was not really keen on what was being offered to us. Anna was able to step in and map out a plan to get the house sold in the timeline we needed for far higher than what was offered before. She was even able to work with us from California while we were all the way in Tennessee already! We really valued how fast she responded to any concerns we brought up during the full process, from how the open house events were handled, to working around our hard schedules with our babies. Rico Palma was the one who answered my questions. When I met with him to see the house, he understood my concerns and worked with me through the whole process. He was my advocate and had my back. He was kind, courteous, trustworthy and thoughtful. He went the extra mile for me. I even called him when I got a flat tire in town, and he had phone numbers for me to get it changed. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Anna "The SAVIOR" Our last Realtor was unable to sell the house during peak summer season, he never provided any feedback, so after 90 days we switched to Ann based on some recommendations. Right away she scheduled the photoshoot, ran the market analysis and made recommendations on pricing and her marketing strategy. She had the house listed in 2 days, conducted open houses, sun-down viewing, and other ways to promote the house. Anna kept us informed and provided us all the feedback she received. We live out of state, so she also helped us with landscaper and handyman. Anna had the house contracted in 2 weeks and closed in 3 weeks. Start to finish in 5 weeks, which is incredible. Anna is extremely professional, responsive and flexible. She listened to our situation and took actions accordingly. I will definitely recommend her for your next Sell / Buy.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Trying to get a house, trusted your team but betrayed me. I lost me emd 10k plus inspection and appraisals . Bec your teams just kept pushing to sell than help and have compassion towards clients. Your loan officer was incompetent in cash out loans. There's a process for it. Your team went to remove contingencies when no down payment. Had me sign docs and then at the end you couldn't return my money, you kept pushing to close , I told loan Officer too early to close bec lenders have their own processes, he didn't listen, escrow extended 2x already we could have just backed out without penalty instead. OK to lose the house but not my money. In the end they said I signed the docs. Without them I wouldn't lose my money. I wouldn't recommend. God help me to get my money back. Use them at your own risk. Geneva was great at negotiations.
1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were on a tight and complex timeline: fix up and sell in Santa Cruz and buy in Sacramento, all in one summer with a seamless school transition for our son. James Custer pulled off the buying side with aplomb. Just 52 hours from deciding on a house online, we had an accepted offer! Sadly that house fell through and he helped us grieve and then get right back in the saddle. The second house, which we all now love, closed in just 17 days. Through it all, James and his network (especially Dan Herbert, the lending agent) were fast, knowledgeable, thorough, and fun to work with. For such a complicated endeavor, James made it easy on us and got it all done with plenty of time to move in, get adjusted, and register at the new school. We couldn’t be happier, and recommend him highly to anyone buying.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: My daughter-in-law, Sarah, first contacted Geneva Marie about one of her listings. Then, our adventure, with Geneva leading the way, began in earnest. We were searching for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home at an affordable price, in a good neighborhood and close to my son's work. In less than a week, we found the home that fit the bill, and with Geneva' expert advice and guidance, made two offers on the house, the last of which was accepted by the seller, who, it turns out was just as anxious to sell as we were to buy. Geneva was able to execute the deal in an almost flawless manner, in a record amount of time, about 10 days, because all parties were very motivated. If you are looking for an energetic, friendly, knowledgeable, realtor with a sense of humor and elan, (and who isn't?), then look no further than Geneva Marie. She's a blast to work with. I told them via text that I already have an agent and I am on the do not call list. I politely responded to their text and asked them to please not contact me again and then blocked the number. Despite all of this they continue to call me from a different number. They do not respect my request or the professional code of conduct of not soliciting another agent’s client. Not sure what else to do to get them to stop contacting me. Next step will be the better business bureau. If you read this, please stop calling me. Thank you!

Upon meeting Bobby, I kept asking myself if this was the right thing to do in this economic climate. 3 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Hovhannes is the reason we are in our perfect home right now! He came prepared to our first meeting with background information on the properties we were viewing that day which showed us that he really cared about finding us the right home. When we found the property of our dreams, he kept in touch with the seller's agent even though they were in contract with another buyer and when that fell through he worked quickly to get us an offer drafted and accepted! He was so kind and responsive through the entire process, meeting us to view the home multiple times so we could look show it to our family and take measurements. He also worked hard to make sure we got the best information on roof issues so we knew what kind of repairs were in our future. Finally, when we got keys from Hovhannes he planned a really special moment for us. Would recommend him to anyone.
3 years ago Experiencia negativa: Extremely unethical Brokerage. I was referred an agent by a friend, after I clicked the agents name through Google, I started receiving calls from this brokerage. I answered and asked for the referred agent specifically, they told me that the agent does not work there. When I asked why they were getting leads through this agents name, they hung up on me! Extremely unprofessional AND unethical to be stealing leads from an agent who doesn't even work there! I'm looking into reporting this to the NAR board.

She never showed up and had no consideration to advise that she was no longer coming to show the property after her buyers cancelled.
