Experiencia negativa: I am beyond disappointed and disgusted in the way this realty company does business. They are unprofessional and unethical. When buying a home from Kyle one of the the realtors for Ponce & Ponce they first allowed someone who was not originally on the homes title to be placed on all paperwork and dictate how all transactions would go. This caused nothing but chaos, confusion and wasted time during the whole process. Then due to all the chaos we pulled out of escrow which we lost our low locked in rate. They attempted to corrected that problem by only having the name of the original owner on the title and paperwork. So we decided to follow through with the purchase hoping the rest of our transaction would then be smooth. Unfortunately that was not the case. We were then told that the realtor Kyle was no longer handling the purchase and that the broker Ricardo would take the lead and handle all business from here on out and complete the sale. I had never heard of such a thing. I still tried to have faith in this realty company. However before closing we were asked if we would allow the homeowners ex wife to be allowed to stay in the home for 10 days after closing to allow for her to move out. After consideration and trying to accommodate we did allowed this. It was placed in the contract that she would have 10 days following the close of escrow, then vacate the property. What was left behind by this company's client was unacceptable. It was not in the contract that we would be responsible for her left over items, and trash. We were left with mattresses, bikes, bbq, trash and other junk that the homeowners just didn't want to pack or take care of. When approaching the realty company who sold property and the broker who took over the sale we have yet to receive any replies. We were ghosted as if this is acceptable and our problem. This is not only unprofessional but unethical. This is not how a reputable business should handle transactions or treat people they do business with. My realtor has reached out to them several times to find a resolution. We have gotten estimates of $500-700 to remove the huge pile of trash and belongings to be removed. I am warning anyone who does business with them to beware this was one headache from the beginning. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them as this is just unacceptable!

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend this Firm or agent. I was in contact with Vanessa and I had my agent contact her; she is very unprofessional. She lied to my agent saying that the property was no longer available and the seller had already accepted an offer. A few days later Vanessa increased the price of the property and its still for sale today. Don't do any business with this agent! Thank you for calling me today Vanessa's Broker, we spoke today over the phone. I didn't lie about anything in my review. I just stated what Vanessa informed my agent and myself. Also, I forgot to tell you that the day she supposedly presented my offer to the owner, I had someone else text her and she informed them; that the house was still available and she had no other offers. That was the same day she told my agent that the owner accepted the offer. I don't want to start any problems but if you don't believe me just ask me and I will put up the text messages on this review.

I think that any little thing is important purchasing a home is a big commitment and agent should always be in communication with their client at all times. Had the worst experience ever and very disappointed Our realtor Michael Saravia is not honest , truthful and not at all knowledgeable, has alot yet to learn. Since the beginning he hid alot of information from us and was not honest thru out the whole process, we even had to talk to his broker Ricardo Ponce. So after weeks of Michael not being able to sell our house, we simply decided to cancel him. Waste of time

I've had to show it myself over a dozen times and had 2 offers, so she said, but she never followed through. I canceled my listing on oct 24 and have spoken with management about the cancelation but Lauren still refuses the check the correct boxes for my cancelation and release. Now I have to hire a lawyer ...do not use this company They are terrible
