We bought the house with the agreement of the furnace being fixed as we are sitting now 12 hours with out heat in our new place. Our Realator is trying to get things figured out but no one is responding from the seller. Great way to run a business. I will recommend people not to use Hatch for anything. Poor customer service. All you care about is the sale.
