Was coming from a less than ideal experience, with an agent from another brokerage (not a Keller Williams), from whom I needed to withdraw a representative agreement. Shared this with Dan and he did not hesitate. He made time for an hour-long video consult, wanted to know what I was looking for in an agent, the questions I had about the buying process, and helped me plan for near-term steps. Dan looked over listings I had an eye on, and without even seeing the homes in-person, had valuable initial observations to share (aspects to keep in mind, questions to ask, etc.). It was obvious from the start, Dan does not work in this field as a hobby, a quick side gig, or easy money. He recognizes his success is directly connected to the satisfaction of the persons he represents. The right home turned up faster than expected via an open house, and Dan was on it quickly, having only met me days prior. He sees the aspects of real estate that are broken and will be candid with clients, keeping it unfiltered and commiserating, when appropriate. Throughout the process, Dan was primary point of contact at Miale. He was responsive via phone/text/email, leveraged colleagues for times when he himself could not be available (i.e. home inspection, walkthrough) ensuring the process kept momentum, and communicated clearly and proactively. Located on a busy corner but with a big yard, the home was empty as we had relocated but the garage and shed were still full. In addition, we asked her to begin this journey in the winter months, when she had to deal with heat in multiple zones, lights inside and out, snow removal and the general doldrums of the dark months in New England. Erin was enthusiastic and direct, holding multiple open house sessions every weekend, creating a wonderful selling sheet and advising us every step of the way. Her communication with us was clear, concise and direct; she was realistic yet optimistic as the weeks went by without a competitive offer. He would say he would call and never would, then would text with a time and also not call. No assistance with working through septic repairs. We received contracts for extensions with zero communication prior. I'm sure the team is great, but would not recommend working with Matt, you won't be a priority.

I never had the opportunity to meet my assigned agent in person, as different team members handled various stages of the transaction. At critical moments—such as the final walkthrough—newer agents were sent, who lacked the experience to identify key missing items. Overall, I did not feel supported throughout the process, and the experience was not what I had hoped for. Based on this, I would not use their services again or recommend them.

In this instance, there were some challenges like market volatility around the time of the elections and my choosing to sell in the winter. To combat this, the Miale team increased visibility to my listing through contacts and social media and I got an offer above asking. Like always, everything quick, super smooth and the results exceeded my expectations! 2022 review - I worked with Rebecca Makas who acted as my agent and helped me to sell my condo + purchase my new home. She was friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer the many questions I had. Everything was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand and she gave her honest opinion on the properties that I looked at. When I finally made a choice on where I wanted to move, I felt comfortable, confident and happy with my decision. When selling, Rebecca was able to get me a fast offer at listing price. Experiencia fantástica: Where do I begin! The real estate market has been incredibly crazy lately and so has finding motivated and helpful agents as well. We had gone through two different agents in a matter of 3-4 months due to the fact that those agents couldn’t meet our urgency and need for full hands on support being first time house buyers. We had put in multiple offers and came up short with nothing but a “sorry your offer didn’t get accepted”. I reached out to a coworker who’s an agent in FL that did some digging and was recommended by multiple agents for us to reach out to Dan Leyden because of how incredible he is!
