Experiencia negativa: We have been working with this company for only a couple months and so far this experience has been anything but favorable. Yes they got the showings but the second we got an offer they just checked out. We’ve had to call them 3 times a day since we started working with them to tell them to get stuff done. Our house was listed a week after we had agreed upon and they extend deadlines without telling us. When we bought our house the sellers agent did the exact same thing and our ZILLOW agent had to call them multiple times and tell them to speed it up or we are out. As a buyer it’s incredibly frustrating and as a seller it’s even more frustrating. I wouldn’t be surprised if our house sat on the market for 2 years before someone took interest because of how unnecessarily slow everything is taking. Clearly they are more occupied with the expensive houses and not ours
