Even after I email and text asking them to delete all my contacts information. I left a review asking the same. I received a response that Christopher Rossi would not contact me again. Yet he continues. I would never do business with this organization. The properties do not even match my minimum requirements.... Leave me alone!!

Although my home purchase in San Diego wasn't the most seamless, I think that's when a good realty agent team really shows their colors. When things are smooth sailing, you don't really know the skills of a pilot, right? It's through murky weather you see who can help you through difficult situations. In this tough market, it's so important to have a team that's on your side (not just trying to complete the transaction quickly). Patty and Nestor were that team for me. They were patient as I struggled to find my perfect home. They patiently went to unsuccessful showings and cancelled escrows due to poor maintenance. They were empathetic and encouraging as I started getting frustrated with the process. Finally, when I was having delays with funding my offer, they were so instrumental in helping me communicate with the sellers and getting a solution in place. Me and my family were in a bit of a pickle with our landlord raising the rent on us and we’re finally at the point where it would be cheaper to buy a home rather than rent one. With only a month and a half left on my lease Ivan went to work for my family like I knew him for years when only I just meet the man. We immediately got multiple offers meeting our goals, but the buyer fell through at the end. We reposted and got another immediate offer. It was a bumpy road to close escrow, but Brian was there to talk us off the edge of the cliff multiple times. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Overall, my experience with Beer Home Team has been frustrating and unacceptable for a business that supposedly prides itself on professionalism. We initially had an offer accepted on a home listed by Beer Home Team in mid-August. During the inspection period, multiple issues were discovered and we requested that those issues be resolved by the seller. Beer Home Team agreed and the day before closing during the final walkthrough, we discovered that none of the issues had been remedied. As we are moving our family from out-of-state, we chose not to delay closing and came to an agreement to get those issues resolved. It's now been more than two months and the items still have not been completed and our family is unable to move in. Our realtors have been pushing and pushing to get things completed and to hold them accountable, to no avail. Beer Home Team has been completely unorganized and aren't even aware what has or hasn't been done at the property. The whole process has felt entirely transactional and nothing has been done with care. On multiple occasions, they have confirmed things have been fixed only to find out during walkthroughs that repairs still weren't complete. For future buyers and sellers, beware. Prepare to deal with inattention and a lack of urgency, and build in plenty of time to check and double check any promises that have been made to you.

Outside of their proficiency in real estate and perhaps most important is that Brian and the team that surrounds him are good people and a lot of fun to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: Brian pays as much attention to detail to every step in the home buying/selling process as he does to his personal styling and grooming...and the man is dapper. Behind the sporty suit and (mostly) buttoned shirt, he is a well-oiled real estate buying and selling machine...with a heart. My wife and I had recently come into some inheritance, and we were looking to sell our current, modest residence, and upgrade to a nicer home in a nicer area not far away. Brian presented a plan for both the sale and the purchase with confidence, care, and a clear vision. Like most people, my skin crawls a bit when I think of my experience with anyone who is on commission. The sense is usually that they do not care about you at all, and will steer every facet of the process towards their bottom line. This is not at all the case with Brian and his team. They were as agile and aggressive as they needed to be in their negotiations with the sellers of our new home, and the buyer of our old home, but they treated us (their clients) with the utmost respect, patience, courtesy, and concern. As for 'the bottom line', Brian did work hard toward that end...for US, first and foremost. Brian's connections, his knowledge of the market, and his considerable experience, acumen, and creative thinking had us in our amazing new home (the first and only offer we placed) before we knew it. The sale of our old home...even smoother and easier...and a record sale for that model home in that area, netting us more than we imagined was possible. His team saw to every detail, leaving my wife and I time to focus on managing the inherent chaos of a move. We cannot recommend Brian and his team highly enough...wish there were more than five stars to give on all fronts!

Experiencia negativa: An agent called me from Beers Home Team stating that they received my information from Realtor.com and wondered could they show me a few properties in the Fallbrook, CA area with no obligation or agreements. I agreed to the showing but told the agent that I wasn’t interested in homes at that distance from work. The agent then asked could she show me other properties if I had time, so me and my wife agreed but they weren’t what we were looking for in regards to surrounding areas/community and workmanship in a new construction. The agent asked, “have you found anything you liked” and we told her about the homes we were in love with and how we wanted a modern home and she asked if we could show her the property so she could have a feel for what we like and just out of curiosity because we raved over the property and the agent hadn’t heard of them. The agent went in the sales office and “officially” showed the home with the sales office unbeknownst to us (We could not go with another agent after on technicalities). We said our goodbyes and we never spoke again until my wife and I entered into contact on the home “ON OUR OWN” and this agent I met once 3 months ago name was on my documents as my agent. We literally went through the entire home buying process without any assistance, communication or support from that agent. There were members of the Beers Home team that sent emails( had no clue who they were), took pictures of the wrong property and sent them for updates. I would literally leave the property and see the progress and they would send a photo of the property that started after ours. This appears to be an isolated incident based on the other reviews but this was my experience and it was a poor effort and showing of professionalism from the agent and Beers Team. A member of the Beers Team emailed us asking did we do a walk through and when is closing but managed to email us congratulations once we closed. I felt so strongly about this I had to leave a review, it’s appalling.

Experiencia fantástica: I “interviewed” a number of realtors prior to choosing Brian Danney with the Beer Home Team as our realtor. Having sold properties in the past, I felt I knew what to look for in a realtor but still did my due diligence in finding the right realtor who I could not only trust and have a solid relationship with but the Upon meeting with Brian, he presented a comprehensive and aggressive sales plan which immediately set him apart from other realtors. Brian even provided me with Dan Beer’s book; Real Estate Exposed (which I did read). We came to a sales price together which he had actually recommended going $15K higher than I was initially considering. He offered minor cost effective recommendations which I followed, had the place staged which he reimbursed me for and aggressively advertised the property on line and had open houses to include physically posting signs within a quarter mile of the property on two major roads (more signs than I’ve ever seen any realtor use). Loved how he intentionally overlapped open house appointments to encourage the buyer competition. I received four offers after the first open house (just days after initially listing it). Brian then got the potential buyers to basically bid on the home. At the end of the day, I accepted an offer $45K higher than the asking price which was actually the highest price of this particular model ever sold in this community. The entire process was smooth and stress free and other than the escrow company having the notary come to our home, everything was done on line. Brian and his team were great always offering to provide assistance with anything and answer questions from beginning to end. Just want to offer my sincere gratitude to Brian and his team and thank them for inviting me to be part of the “Beer Home Team family”. Have already recommended Brian to friends and neighbors (who commented on how they liked how Brian sold the home). Will definitely be using Brian again!

The first half of the home buying process is seeing houses, making offers, negotiating through counter situations, getting an offer accepted, and then eventually opening escrow. For that first half, I highly recommend FREDDIE SAHHAR! <---that is me, screaming from the digital mountaintops! Freddie was professional, patient, and responsive. He taught us SO much about the market, the process, ways to get creative, ways to stand out and ways to make our offer competitive. Most importantly, he was fantastic at building relationships with the other agents. We bought a home in 2021 which has been an INSANE housing market.
