Experiencia negativa: I’ve called multiple times about their building on 516 Columbus ave New Haven CT for landscaping work and it has yet to be done. There’s a huge tree and a very over grown hedge/bush (whatever you wanna call it). I obviously don’t expect them to remove a big ol’ tree, but at least trim the hedges because coming out of that street is terrible, you literally cannot see any cars coming from the right side. I almost got into a car accident because I didn’t see any car coming from the right side and that’s when I decided to call because the hedges have grown completely out of control. I called on 3 different occasions (spaced out, once a week and was nice to the lady who answered the phone, despite the fact that she sounded annoyed and miserable like a DMV employee) and they still haven’t done the landscaping. I pray no one gets into an accident due to their properties unkept landscaping blocking their line of view. Just know, if you’re pulling out of that street, you will NOT see the cars coming from the right side at all. You’re basically gonna have to pull out of that street BLIND! In my opinion, that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen‍♀️..

Experiencia negativa: I’m in disbelief by this negligent property management company. They own so much property yet don’t maintain anything! Nobody picks up the phone. Lot of neglect in the maintenance of their locations, read carefully all the numerous bad reviews! speaks for itself. Hope you enjoy shoveling tons of snow, they don’t plow.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend applying with this management group unless you have excellent credit. We were told by Agent Jonah, that credit would not be the deciding factor, but that was not true and ultimately turned out to be the reason for the denial. Experiencia negativa: This company deserve a 0 star. Do not I repeat do not rent anything thats associated with Mandy Management. This company sucks. They don’t manage their properties. They go up on rent every year but don’t fix any problems with their properties. I have never seen a more dysfunctional management company like this in my life. Please do not rent from this company.

Experiencia negativa: I had the worst experience with this people. The microwave is not working from October 2025 and I called several times and they didn’t fixed, we have new neighbors and the making noises all the Time day and night, I sent 5 email to Yako and I called the police two times and the people from Mandy didn’t do anything. I can’t sleep , I can’t see my tv comfortably , the upstairs neighbor has kids jumping and running all the time And we are tired of them and the don’t do anything… I can’t wait to ends the contract and moved to a better place… if you se any for rent by Mandy run they don’t do anything

Experiencia negativa: Mandy Managment is the worst, we have been renting with for more than 3 years and have never been late on a payment and have been calling for many different repairs and out of all those calls they showed up for only two and do half the Job. For this whole December we had had no hot running water and the heater has stopped working. We have had to buy heaters and boil water to shower. I have called them every day since than and have not gotten a pick up or a call back. I honestly can’t wait to leave this management and regret ever moving here and should have done my research on these people.

Experiencia negativa: If I could only give them no stars, I would. From my studio flooding and losing personal things to transferring to another studio that has mice and disruptive neighbors. Plenty calls to the New Haven Police and 10 a week to the office “manager” Yako, almost 10 months later I’m still dealing with the same thing. There’s no ice melt in the parking so cross your fingers you don’t slip and crack your head open, the parking lot doesn’t get enforced so everyone in the neighborhood can park there and the trash be sitting for a couple months at a time before it gets cleaned up. Side note, I been dealing this since night one. Can’t wait to break the lease off. Don’t let the prices get you, pay a little more and get an actual management company that cares and you can be comfortable in your apartment.

Experiencia fantástica: GEORGE came this morning and replaced my kitchen stove.. He was courteous, polite, friendly & extremely knowledgeable. Again: Thank you .GEORGE. MANDY MANAGEMENT .. responded & addressed my work order request .. Immediately. Thank you MM♥️ I can't seem to do separate review . Today /11-21 -25 Diego , Alan & Edwin came and fixed the backyard lights, checked my kitchen window & fixed/ replaced my kitchen faucet. They are Always..Friendly, respectable, knowledgeable and the guys always , ALWAYS ..clean after job is done. Thank you soooo much

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, the team has not offered a hotel or rent reimbursement for alternative to our apartment flooding in sewage, including the bathroom and kitchen. This sewage flooding began 17 days ago. Whenever someone in the apartment building flushes the toilet or uses the shower, it goes into our ground-floor apartment. The sewage flooded the hot water heater, ruining the electronics of the heater. We requested a hotel while the problem is being fixed, which was not accommodated, and only one sanitation cleaning was offered despite many weeks of sewage flooding.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible service. I submitted a request on Friday, someone called and said they would be there at 5PM and no one ever came. The situation then got worse causing a flood in my apartment, and when the technician finally came, he fixed the problem, however, left a huge mess in the bathroom, leaving smears of poop everywhere, used and wet paper towels everywhere and his used gloves on the floor.

Experiencia negativa: We moved out because we had a baby last month. We we're overcharged three hundred dollars for the disposal of a couch that was left on the side of our building.That does not belong to us. I have proof that we did not ever own these couches. I have pictures of the couches in our apartment and I have pictures of when I sold them just before the move.I don't know who the couch is outside belong to but they do not belong to us. We were also charged for damaging the floor but we did not damage the floor. In fact, the damage to the floor was pointed out to us when we toured the apartment. They put some kind of shellac on the floor, they poured it really thick. And they didn't even clean the floor so there is dirt and literally eyelashes from the previous tenants Embedded into the floor. I have called and left voicemails.I have not received a response. I have a baby and I cannot just pay these fees that I am not responsible for. Why is it every time I have an issue with mandy management?I have to turn to writing a bad google Review to get s response. Hi mandy. You know who we are. Im waiting for your call.

Experiencia negativa: Negative stars up the max if we could. Their handling of their tenants and treatment of us as neighboring property owners has been nothing short of appalling. For YEARS, their tenant has been destroying portions of our property, and despite being made fully aware of the situation, Mandy Management has failed to take any meaningful action to stop the damage, only to ignore us throughout ALL THESE YEARS even law enforcement. Instead of addressing the destructive behavior, they have turned a blind eye, excused the tenant's conduct, and allowed the situation to escalate. The tenant informed the police Mandy Management advised them to cut down all our trees. The situation has become even more distressing because their tenant frequently yells obscenities hostile threats of hurting us and screams at us in the mornings -- right in front of me and my disabled children. This is harassment, plain and simple, breach of peace as the police stated. It has created a hostile and unsafe environment for my family, which no one should have to endure in their own home. Mandy Management has done the opposite: they ignore legitimate concerns, enable their tenant's destructive actions, and allow them to lash out at their surrounding neighbors. Their negligence and hostility have caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and damage that could have easily been prevented with even the most basic level of professionalism and accountability. If you are a property owner or renter considering hiring this management company, beware: they do not act in good faith, they do not protect property, and they certainly do not treat others with respect. Their conduct is a liability, not an asset. My children should not have to suffer daily in their own home.

Experiencia negativa: I lived at their property for two years, and while the application and apartment viewing process was smooth and pleasant, unfortunately my overall experience as a tenant was far from positive. Move-In Experience: When we first saw the apartment, it was dirty from repairs and painting—layers of dust, construction debris, and generally unsanitary conditions. We were assured that it would be deep cleaned before move-in. However, when we got the keys, the apartment was in the exact same condition. Our request for cleaning was denied, and we had to spend an entire day cleaning it ourselves just to make it livable. Living Conditions: Shortly after moving in, we discovered mice in the apartment, which we had to handle on our own. Heating was also a major problem, especially during the first year. By law, heating must maintain at least 68°F indoors in CT, typically starting in October. However, in our first year, we did not have proper heating until mid-November. The heat would work for about an hour a day, then shut off, leaving temperatures in our apartment around 57–60°F. We even bought a thermometer to prove this, but our repeated requests were dismissed. Their solution was to offer us extra blankets and a space heater instead of fixing the problem. It seems they wanted to save their costs and delayed the full heating as much as they can. Eventually, it was turned on. Later that year, an inspector visited our apartment to check the overall conditions. We raised our concerns about the heating issue and provided copies of our maintenance requests. I believe this finally led to action, because in the second year the heating was turned on properly and on time in autumn, and the indoor temperature was maintained as required Maintenance Issues: While the landlord responds to maintenance requests on time and fast, repairs are often incomplete or temporary. For example, our shower switch was broken for our entire tenancy—despite several visits, the part was never replaced. Smaller issues, like light fixtures, were addressed, but larger problems were consistently ignored. For example, there was also a recurring issue in the basement with a clogged pipe that produced a foul odor every couple of months. Instead of fixing the root cause, management would simply clean it each time. If the issue arose on a Friday, the smell would linger and worsen until Monday or Tuesday, making it unbearable. Deposit & Management Practices: Getting our deposit back was another drawn-out ordeal. When it was finally returned, we were falsely accused of stealing a smoke detector that had been missing since the day we moved in. Although we had proof, we chose not to dispute it since we got tired of it all. Additionally, rent increases here are unreasonable. Each year, our rent was raised substantially, way above the amount mentioned in the lease agreement, and we had to negotiate the rent. We moved out because the last rent increase was significant, but ironically, after we moved out, the apartment was listed for rent much less than what we were paying, which felt like a complete insult. While the apartments themselves may look fine at first glance, the quality of management, maintenance, and overall treatment of tenants is extremely disappointing.

Experiencia negativa: Can't give this company more than 1 star because it exists other than that Maintenance department is run by David Essex who doesn't know anything about running a maintenance department 2 people working in Mandy management maintenance department are certified and they both work on the HVAC guys this goes out to all individuals renting from Mandy management if you have mold make sure they are sending someone who's certified because they'll send someone who knows nothing about the different molds are spore count also when basement backups with sewage the people doing the cleaning are not IICRC Certified meaning they are not certified to do that type of cleanup if you don't believe me call your local Health department if you rent from Mandy management LLC and your basement backsup with sewage or feces call the health department they'll make sure Mandy Management LLC gets someone certified to clean up and sanatize the affected area.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t rent from them!! Ask around about this company. We rented from them and the basement floods with black water, bathroom walls get black mold, electricity wiring is all mixed up with neighbors and they do not care about their tenants happiness or safety. House is literally deteriorating. LCI and health department involved even they know about Mandy Management reputation firsthand. Before we rented they came in and looked at our previous apartment so that they’d know how clean we are, had background checks and had great landlord references only to move in people in other apartment who do drugs and are constantly involved with the police. We also were denied a transfer with no explanation of why. THEY only care about

Experiencia negativa: One of, if not the most horrific rental experiences possible. These people are complete and utter crooks – take, for example, being charged $175 at move-out for a "dirty oven" when, in fact, the oven was used a whopping total of once—because the door didn't open all the way. Filthy buildings, constant contractual work with LOUD workers, and biohazard basements. When I was moving out, I was chastised by the building manager for parking my move-out van behind the building—as I was actively moving a mattress down a rickety four flights of stairs (per usual, the elevator was out). Shame on me for ever giving these people my money. STAY AWAY!

Experiencia positiva: Update: After two years of renting from Mandy, we’re happy to see a huge update on their maintenance department. They communicate well to confirm times and sends updates through their website. We still get surprised from time to time when they show up (or not at all) earlier or later than promised. But at least things are getting fixed! ——— Update: After a year of really bad maintenance, they have truly topped themselves. This time we had a window blow in, exploded all over our floor. We called the after hours emergency line and were told someone would reach out shortly. Mind you no one did. We called again the next day, was promised the same thing. Again - nothing. This has been the reality with every maintenance issue we have had. It took six months to get the external lights updated. All winter we had to use phone flashlights to find the keyhole when coming home. Not to mention the 10% rent increase after only a year in their apartment. Incredibly unimpressed with the maintenance. Hoping this review will make them care. ————— Original review: Mandy management truly understood our needs and assisted in a quick and efficient manner. Seth and Levi has been super supportive and flexible to ensure we would find the best solution for us!

Experiencia positiva: Ryan and Allan came to fix the AC and Ryan really explained how things work with patience and kindness until we were able to understand. Ryan is very knowledgeable and very nice. He recommended various ways to keep our apartment cool. I would give 7 stars for how they handled the work with AC in a super professional manner. It is 4 stars because the only issue I have with the Maintanance where it seems that it is low staffed and I wish things could be handled quicker. But when the workers actually come to the unit, they are very nice and attentive to our needs.

Experiencia negativa: Mandy Management has allowed their tenants to destroy our property. We've had ongoing issues with their tenants and they continue to dismiss the harassment we are receiving from their tenants. Sticking her middle finger up at us, calling police for fake accusations, the non stop with our trees, putting up fences on our property, playing loud music at all hours of the days. They have cameras facing directly at our property and backyard. This is extremely disturbing as our children are young and my youngest is disabled. he does run around in the backyard often, we’re also potty training so he may be naked. So now why are the cameras facing OUR backyard? It’s to the point now we’re extremely concerned for our safety and especially the children’s. Their tenants advised police this was all modifications were permitted by Mandy Management. Mandy Mandagement allowed their tenants to staple gun our trees with tarp and allowed their tenants rip out our trees on our property, which under CT state law it is completely illegal to do so without homeowner permission.(Connecticut General Statute §52-560) Mandy Management allowed their tenant to put up unpermitted fences higher than 6ft and structures with 2x4s with sharp one inch nails sticking out. We’re unable to see clearly when we pull out of our driveway due to the structures put up which is very dangerous. It is also so unsightly with the multicolored structures they have put up and the structures are so flimsy that the previous ice storm the 10ft attached structure broke. How is this allowed at all? Surrounding neighbors are appalled. It’s looking like tent city. Hoarding all around the property. Zoning does not allow this. Unpermitted fence is now LEANING as if it’s going to fall directly on our driveway. Then they park there against the fence on the lawn, WHAT? WE HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN and to think if one of the 2x4 fell on my kids or while they were playing or our dog. This is insane, the NAILS CAN IMPALE SOMEONE. THIS IS BEYOND DANGEROUS! It has been escalated to law enforcement, Mandy management has been informed this is a criminal matter. Police are aware this tenant is problematic and a nuisance. We’ve reported this to the town, zoning and other divisions & Mandy Management continues to dismiss this matter. They clearly just care about collecting their tenants rent payments. 2/2024 still no update or response from MM. the 2x4s with gigantic long sharp dangerous pointed nails sticking out are still there I don’t know how this is safe at all. This is ridiculous. My kids play in our front yard and we’re supposed to be okay with this. This behavior is disgusting. What is it going to take to get this resolved? When someone gets hurt from these crazy sharp nails? Or when it falls on someone and badly impales injures someone?! 8/2024 and nothing has been addressed, Mandy management’s tenant continue to harass us and stick up their middle finger my family whenever they see us, adding higher unpermitted fixtures along with unsightly tarps 10/2024 it’s been nearly an year and no one has addressed the continuous tarps being put up making it so unsightly around the property. Furthermore what kind of landlord allows SHARP 1-2INCH NAILS to stick out on their neighbors property knowing that I expressed I have YOUNG CHILDREN AND my youngest is disabled / special needs, that is SO DANGEROUS!!!! My children haven’t been able to play and enjoy the outdoors due to Mandy managements tenants consistently playing loud music at all hours along with the SHARP NAILS STICKING OUT OF 2x4S that are facing our property, permitted by Mandy management as the tenant keeps informing us which all has been documented by the police. See photos above for all the modifications that Mandy management approved as tenant stated. See email sent regarding the continuous inappropriate cursing at us daily in front of myself and our children. When is this going to get resolved and we can start feeling safe in our home. 1/2025 Mandy management has still yet to respond.

Experiencia fantástica: Last week, I placed a work order request for my bathroom floor. It was buckling in some spots and the old floor tiles had gaps. On 5/27, I received a call from Junior stating he would come out to take a look at the floor. After assessing the situation, he said he would be back today at 11 am. He actually showed up an hour early and went to work right it away. He’s very personable, friendly and does excellent work. In the future, if I ever need any more work done with my unit, I hope it will be Junior to do it.

Experiencia fantástica: Ryan and Alan were amazing! I’m so happy they actually had knowledge of HVAC and for the first time in my two years of living here there’s actual air flow coming out of my vents I do have to point out this 5 stars is for the maintenance workers and not the management company. Part of the problem was that the original air filters were installed incorrectly and not being serviced properly.

Experiencia negativa: I've had multiple dealings with these people along the years and every single time they have been Rude, condescending, deceptive and generally scummy. Seth and Yulia especially, but nearly everyone who works there is unpleasant and shady. They will tell you you have very high odds of being approved only to take your application money and deny you immediately from applying to ANY of their properties, without giving an answer as to why or compromising. Even without arrests evictions, having stable income , housing assistance and good references they will deny you. I was warned years ago to stay away from these notorious slumlords who do not fix their properties, forced their tenants to live in substandard conditions, have multiple lawsuits against them, put places on the market that are not even ready for rental due to months long renovations, (and demand that you pay $1,000 to hold it) they will also tell you they'll show you an apartment and then wait for the day of showing only to tell you that someone rented it an hour ago, and try to hustle you into applying for a worse location. Unfortunately the lack of affordable housing forced me into trying again with these people several years later. it was a huge mistake. I was also harassed by someone from the office after trying to get answers from them. Stay far away. I have no idea how these people are even operating still. Hopefully the department of consumer protection takes a very close look at their "business".

Experiencia negativa: Awful rental company!!!! No one answers your emails or phone calls. My apartment floods from the toilet/shower causing a bio hazard from the debris so a sewer company has to come disinfect the area - I’ve been there three months & it has happened three times. They also towed my guests car. Furniture & trash (I have photos) are left outside of the apartments. NO ONE CARES or returns your phone calls once you move in. Do not recommend this company at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They do not remove the snow either!

Experiencia fantástica: I moved into my apartment yesterday and my patio screen required maintenance. I texted Amy and informed her about it, she apologized and said that she would inform maintenance. An hour later Zalmen contacted me and said maintenance would be over the next day. Literally the next morning maintenance was knocking at my door lol.The two gentleman were nice and was able to fix the issue and off they went lol. Everything was done swiftly and I appreciate that. Experiencia positiva: I was pleased with the Management the first 3 years. If I needed repairs they was quick to reply and correct the problem. Then I received a new landlord within the same management. When I need repairs they still came to repair but the quality of work wasn't the same and the communication with maintenance was challenging due to not able to speak English, I don't like when maintenance come unexpected. Nevertheless, the maintenance team were kind and respectful. However, the new owner raised my rent within 3 years it increased by $500 dollars without any upgrade to the unit such as new cabinets, new flooring, nor windows and without any notice the timing was right before renewing my lease. Nevertheless, I'm still here and considering to move in the near future not because of Mandy Management because they do respond and take the initiative to fix things. My reason considering to move because of other people in the neighbourhood. We have the Kia Boys, theft and too many shootings. It's becoming unsafe for me and my family. My car was stolen, the other a hit and run 2x. In writing this review, I don't want to be negative, nor pointing fingers. I'm sure Mandy Management can equality be dissatisfy with some of their tenants as I'm aware of tenants cause damages to their property and paying the rent late. Unfortunately, Landlords don't be having any clues of the renters character and conduct until after the tenants move onto their property. Some of tenants may have had bad experiences with Mandy Management not all of us. I'm sure they have tenants that are satisfied such as myself. Tenants can improve too by respecting the rental property and their neighbours. In the meantime, try to work together or move out. It's a contract and a choice if you signed the lease, it's only for a year not a lifetime. Some of the photos shown of poor looking floors I wonder if it was that way when you moved in or afterwards? I just wish the Management would stop increasing the rent every year. Thanks for allowing me this time to write a review.

Experiencia negativa: I've been a tenant for 6 years, so I know. I have mix emotions about these people. Yes they fix what needs to get fixed. Maybe it's because I have section 8 and they have no other choice but to fix it. However, if you have neighbor problems, like real bad neighbors, I'm talking about drug dealing, loud at night, thief, destroying the place, vandalism, a lot of trash, shooting etc. They won't do anything about it but tell you to call the police (which are no help in these situations) and they will tell you they are working on evicting the household but it's all lies. Living under this management is not worth it if you can't peacefully live within the premises even if everything is fixed and up to date. I have called them a million times about everything and they have not been any help at all. Just keep filling your pockets while you enjoy your own single family house away from rude, disrespectful, nasty, inconsiderate neighbors. Mandy Management don't care about their tenants peace of mind, they just care that you pay the rent on time. Don't sit too high management. Because gravity brings everything back down. I knocked off another star because these people evict very good tenants just because they won't renew their lease. Who the heck wants to live next to neighbors like this. I've been trying to move for about 2 years now. They denied my deposit to house about 3 years ago because recently bought houses are not for current residents, only for new incoming families. So discriminatory. When ask proof of this, there is no proof, because it's discrimination!!!!! All word of mouth not to keep paper trail.... Don't get me started with the Landlord said no, or Landlord denied, or we will tell the Landlord you are refusing, or Landlord this and that. They don't communicate with the landlords, in office they do whatever they want. A bunch of liars. Negative zero stars... They always threaten to evict if you don't renew lease and if you don't sign papers to increase the rent. Evict evict evict, it's always eviction.... absolutely no peace with these people. I'm on a current lease and they still trying to increase it while on a lease and threatening with an eviction. They just increased the rent by $500 about few months ago and now another increase when it hasnt even been a year since last increase.... try to stay away, I know they own almost everything, but try.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars I would. Maintenance is a joke. The property is not kept up with. Almost 2k a month rent and I barely have any water. The washing machines are out of order and disgustingly dirty even if you did want to wash your clothes here. The parking is a joke. People party every night of the week with loud music and park blocking people in. There is nothing nice I can say about this place. I can’t wait to get out of here and I’ll be contacting a lawyer to get me out of my lease early for breach of contract. Stay as far away from this management company as possible!

Experiencia negativa: I recently moved into a one-bedroom apartment at 340 Orange Street, which is managed by Mandymanagement. Shortly after moving in, I noticed a German cockroach infestation. Today, I found a dead mouse in a sticky trap and observed a second mouse moving quickly. Upon inspecting the cabinets and closets, I discovered numerous holes and cracks, many of which appear to have been covered with fabric or dishwashing wire.

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to carefully take my time to write this review bc it’s important that any future or existing tenants read this. I have been renting with Mandy for almost 3 years. I was never a fan of them specifically bc of the rent increase and lack of commitment to their property. But…..I just had a recent experience with them which has changed my mind completely. I want to personally thank David, the Maintenance manager, Charmay, Gladys, and Chelm for working together as a team and handling themselves in a very patient and professional manner even though I admit I wasn’t the nicest person to deal with at that moment. They not only took care of the problem but they also took the time to make sure I was being heard and that everything was to my upmost satisfaction. They really came through and I cannot thank them enough! They responded immediately and solved the problem in a timely fashion. Most importantly, they cared. Given the circumstances they did the absolute best they could to accommodate me. And listen, I have read the other reviews and I have too felt upset when they bought the property and took over but it ultimately ended up being a free thing! Sometimes we get so caught up in our anger and frustration and forget that they too are real people just like us. I was going to leave next year when my lease is up but quite frankly, I plan on staying and I feel good knowing that they care and they WILL work with you! I just hope they stop with the price increases every year but regardless, they will work with you and they do appreciate their loyal tenants! Before everyone jumps on the hate Mandy train, give them a shot and talk to these people b because you may end up being really surprised at how great they are. I’m hopeful that they can shine given the dislike of the community but they are really turning things around and putting the tenants first. If you don’t believe me, give them a shot and see for yourself.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t rent with Mandy management. They want to pretend they care. Once signed you matter as much as a rock on the street. Great at pretending they will fix things, but do they? No. I’ve been waiting since July to have SO MANY things fixed and they haven’t come. A FEW EXAMPLES. My home is literally breaking and they don’t care because they have my money. My dishwasher is broken. I have two cracked windows that are a risk to my family. EVERY screen in the window broke in a storm, I’ve called 3 times I put multiple work orders….nothing. 2 windows sealed shut because the strings on the side are broken. Any fix? Nope. They take your money AND DONT FIX ANYTHING!!!!!! You should be ashamed of your work ethic.

Experiencia negativa: Toured an apartment managed by them. Whole entire experience was a waste of time. The apartment was 1,100 and the bathroom ceiling was literally falling in, there was a gap between the wall and the floor so that you could see the room underneath, appliances were old, it was dirty and reaked of mold and mildew. The agent told us that it was going to be worked on but why even show us it then, at this state? So then he showed us another apartment ( 1 bedroom ) upstairs for 1450. The hallway reaked of cigarette smoke, his response was that it’s not allowed and management should speak to them. So he essentially said without saying it that management doesn’t care and doesn’t stay on top of things like that. The second apartment shown to us was filthy as well, outdated appliances, horrible paint job, stained wood flooring. I can’t believe the audacity to charge this much for outdated, filthy and honestly inhabitable ( mold ) apartments that don’t offer ANYTHING ( no parking, no laundry, NOTHING). Not to mention it’s in NEW HAVEN, it’s not a nice area to live in.

It’s been months and months. I haven’t heard from them when it’s time for rent. They’re harassing me late payment they want to evict me when it’s time to get something fixed. Experiencia negativa: My partner tried renting from Mandy Management, which appears to now be a blessing that they didn’t based on these reviews, but the process to even try to rent was a nightmare. Terrible communication and follow through. After submitting multiple applications they were told they needed to have an “interview” (which I’ve never heard of for any property), but that was impossible to coordinate as they didn’t answer phone calls in real time or schedule a time to talk. Just red flags all around.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience with Mandy Management. Application with payment must be processed prior to viewing any apartments. I received a call from office leasing agent to review my application which appeared that he had not even looked at my application in detail. The man I spoke with was rude and I felt as if I was being interagated. Also there were many repetitive questions regarding why I don't work. For reference I am permanently disabled and receiving social security disability benefits. All of this was documented and proof was sent in with application. I was denied an apartment with no explanation as to why. I strongly believe believe I was being discriminated because I am disabled. Do not recommend

Phone call goes to answering service, email are ignored, office management does not respond. I would suggest to live in a motel rather than lease with these people. Experiencia negativa: Absolute garbage of a management here. The property itself is okay, but their maintenance of their property is quite horrendous. First things first, I would call it a lucky day if these guys even pick up the phone after working hours, even if you call the "emergency maintenance" line. Emergencies don't always happen during working hours, duh. Seems like these guys don't understand that concept. The worst is when it comes down to pest control - our property had multiple problems over multiple years where squirrels or racoons will enter the walls and roofs through openings. They would, of course, make noises, make babies, or die. When you put in a maintenance request for these things, it would usually take a month (no exaggeration) to get back to you. Even when they do call you back after a month, there's pretty low chance that they will do somethings about it. One time, they finally called "exterminators" to take care of squirrels, who came and set up exactly 2 squirrels traps in the back balcony. Not surprisingly, the traps caught exactly 2 squirrels, out of millions of squirrels that live near the neighborhood. It's so dumb that it's not even funny. Worse, the squirrels died in the trap and the body was left there for a month, rotting. I'm sure they do understand when potentially rabid animals die in or near the house, maggots and mosquitoes can grow out of the dead body, carry diseases around which the tenants could catch. It's just that they care so little about their tenants that these issues don't even make them budge an inch. I would love to see how fast they would care of the issue if rabid racoons died in their own homes. Surely it wouldn't take a month. In summary, good luck if you're trying to do business with these people. You have pest issues? Good luck. Animals dying in the walls? Good luck. Your pipe burst on a weekend? Well, good luck. It's a shame and quite a surprise that these guys still have 3.8 star reviews. It's probably because you can't give 0 stars on google reviews. (Shame on you google)

Experiencia negativa: I would give 0 stars but unfortunately 1 was the lowest option. They are not responsive, irresponsible, and horrible at overall property maintenance. 1. They don’t respond to the emergency contact line and it caused severe consequences. Why would you even have an emergency line if you’re not going to respond to emergencies? 2. When there was a dead squirrel in my neighbor’s house they deleted their request to call animal service for removal and accused them of lying. Took a really long time to eventually call animal service and my neighbor had to endure the smell and all sorts of nasty. 3. When raccoons were inside the walls they also ignored the reports. 4. They turn off the lights in the stairwell after 8 pm, which doesn’t make sense. It is very dangerous at night. 5. They don’t seem to change the fire alarm batteries in the stairwells often enough because it would make beep sounds for weeks. In short, they don’t care about the properties they manage nor do they respond to the tenants’ basic needs.
