I then get a call from another agent from another company saying that Dani Beyer gave them my information. I never gave them permission to share my information with anyone. One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: ***Update July 2025*** Just used Dani’s office to sell a home (the second time I’ve done so with them) and it was a breeze. Ended up getting more than I’d hoped and the process was quick and painless. *original review* Dani came to us as a recommendation, and after working with her, it was glaringly obvious why. We went to her with our crumbling, old house (granted-- it was in a desirable area and the market was scorching) expecting some sort of drawn-out, painful process where we'd have to replace the roof and the walls and build a new deck and, I don't know, add a 4th bedroom in order to sell, but instead, Dani swooped in, was like, "nah, don't bother painting the kitchen. They'll just repaint it once they buy it," AND THEY DID. (Well, I don't know if they repainted the kitchen. Maybe, because it was this crazy mustard color. But I mean, they DID buy it. The house. Fast.) The process was SO fast that it made my head spin. In a good way. We sold days after listing, and at a price that we felt was more than fair. Every aspect of the sale was seamless and simple. She negotiated an extended close on our behalf, the paperwork was, well, paperwork sucks when you buy or sell a home, but that's not Dani's fault... anyway, next thing we know, we're many thousands of dollars richer and happy not having to worry about our old house. We'd use Dani again, and so should every single person in Kansas City or the surrounding area. I'm serious.

Experiencia negativa: I chose Dani Beyer Real Estate because of all the positive reviews - unfortunately, that turned out to be a big mistake. From the beginning, Dani pushed to lowball the price of our home. If we had gone with her recommended list price, it would have been $10,000 below the appraisal. She was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the process, constantly interrupting and condescending. She made no effort to get to know us or understand our goals as clients. This was the third home I've sold, and Dani was by far the worst realtor I've worked with. I would absolutely not recommend her to anyone.

As being a first time landowner, I was very unsure what I wanted to do with my land that I co- owned with a family member, and after some years we decided to sell. Both unsure and anxious about this, we did some research and after some recommendations we starting working with Desi Jostmeyer and it was honestly the best decision. She ensured all our questions were answered and never did anything unless we were comfortable and understood the process. It took almost a year, with several hiccups (water testing and digging requested to be done before sale) and Desi was on top of it all. She facilitated every request we had and did everything to ensure our sale would go through. I will always be grateful to her for helping us through this big and confusing decision. Being professional and kind throughout this whole process as well as ensuring that we were taken care makes the decision to call her up when I am ready for a new purchase a no-brainer. She truly goes above and beyond. She helped us buy our new home and sell our old one—and was there every step of the way. When we moved into the new house and realized one of the garage doors was manual instead of electric like we expected, Desi went ahead and bought a new garage door opener for us. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. During the process, we also lost a family member, and Desi sent us flowers. It meant so much during a difficult time. She’s become like family to us, but she also stayed incredibly professional. She checked in regularly, kept us updated on progress, communicated promptly, and even recommended reliable contractors when we were having trouble finding help for repairs in the old house. Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Desi Jostmeyer to help find my first home in early 2024. Highly recommend her for any first time home buyers. She goes through every step of the process in great detail and makes the whole process much easier to understand. Scheduling to see houses with her was never an issue, was always right on time, and she never pushed me for a sale. For every house we visited, she’d help point out the pros and cons of not only the house itself but the pros and cons of the front and backyard, the neighborhood, the area, the commute, etc. On top of all this, Desi also has a solid network of specific trade professionals (plumbers, inspectors, heating/cooling specialists) she’ll refer to you for any help with potential house work that will need to be done. For my next home purchase, I will definitely probably look to Dani Beyer Real Estate for assistance before anyone else
