Fantastic experience: Been renting through them for a years now and I couldn’t ask for a better landlord. They always take care of me no matter how big or small my problem has been whether it’s fixing a broken appliance quickly or small household repairs. The price for the quality of our home has been amazing especially in today’s economy.

Negative experience: My rating is 0. I've experienced the WORST customer service from this company. Asim was very rude when I spoke with him, and Claire or whatever her name is, blocks out the number she's calling from, after leaving voicemails asking them not to do so. The family who referred them to me will be disappointed. So you're welcome for losing a customer that's able to pay 6 months in advance.

Negative experience: I understand the high demand for certain sized units. I was put on a waiting list then told I was next in line for a unit coming available end of month. When I called to check status of getting a unit for my boat, I was told I wasn't on the list. I'll find another place to store my boat.

Fantastic experience: We rented our home for just over a year when we moved and this company helped in so many ways! A check never came late! When something broke they offer to fix for a price or gave other options on how we could fix what ever was broken from holes in the wall, to stains in the carpet! Can’t express how worth it, it was to have this company help us! Highly recommend!

I contacted Robert to take over my property after I tried doing so myself for a year. I'm a mom of 3 young children and also employed full-time, so I couldn't find the time to handle the property on top of everything else. The first time I met with Robert, I hired him on the spot. He answered all of my 101 questions (literally) and actually gave me lots of advice about the investment/rental world. Since we've been in agreement, I receive a monthly accounting report and have had a positive experience. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have had Billeaud Management handle my rental properties for the past 10 years. I could not be more satisfied. They do monthly inspections on each property. On these visits they inspect property, change filters and spray for insects. They also have fire extinguishers in each property that are recharged annually. Happy with this company on all the services they provide.
