Fantastic experience: I am very happy with our Campbell management team, particularly our manager, Marlene Burgos. She has always been helpful and professional and never delays an answer to our questions. The entire team is great, especially Christina Wagner and Ashley. Service is excellent .

Negative experience: One of the worst HOA’s if not THE worst that I have ever dealt with. I live in Cadence in tradition. They are terrible at responding to emails. They are responsible for the landscaping and my grass looks so bad. Literally have bald patches and when I brought it up, they sent me a proposal to have the sod replaced out of pocket. Mulch is the same issue. And now they started booting owners cars that are parked in their own driveway…….. if you are moving to PSL I would figure out who the property manager is before buying. Avoid Campbell at ALL costs.

After submitting the required information, we received approval from the HOA. The entire process, from start to finish, was completed on the same day. Marlene was very efficient.

Fantastic experience: Marlene Burgos is without a doubt the best Community manager I have ever dealt with. She is there when you need her, and gets the job done. I've been living in Vitalia for 8 years and had a few managers over that period. None of the past managers could "hold a candle " to Marlene. If I could do a 6 star rating, I would.

Fantastic experience: I asked Nicole Bassetti , Asst Property Mgr at Cascades SLW, for help locating a clean copy of our District street map. She tried twice, but what she sent didn’t quite fit the bill. In less than an hour a third map came through that saved the day! It was obvious that didn’t just give up. Fantastic experience: Nicole Bassetti - My dealings with Nicole regarding extending the completion date for removal of a dead palm tree and the handling of the ACB application were very positive. She was very nice, helpful, and prompt when informing me of the outcome.

Fantastic experience: A little over 3 weeks ago, I submitted a work order for a break in the irrigation system. Water was rushing out. I turned the water system off as I was flooding. I called the irrigation system 3 different times over these past weeks and was told that a service ticket had been prepared and they would expedite the repair. Needless to say this did not happen. On Wednesday I called Nicolle and told her the problem. Later that same day Juniper came but never checked for a leak but instead turned the water system back on which led to a flood again. Thursday at about 1:00PM I reported the problem directly to Nicolle.By 2:30 Juniper was at my home finally fixing the problem. Nicolle is to be recommended for taking immediate action and solving my problem.

Negative experience: This company is the worst PM in Florida, they are hired by Lennar Homes another careless builder. They are cheap, don't care about the chemicals the contractors apply on the lawn, they killed my dog, and left to flood the community after 10 years of complaining to them they need to do something about it. They don't care only care about the money they receive every month. Your just one more for their pockets. They practice intimidating and harassing letters to the seniors and the vulnerable. STAY AWAY!.

Negative experience: My experience in attempting to work with the Landscape Committee and follow the rules set forth by the HOA has been a complete and total waste of time. I followed every rule and procedures listed beginning in November 2023, in reference to a number of dead or dying plants in my yard. Everyone agreed they were 85% or more dead when they thought I was paying for it. When I stated it was the HOA responsibility to replace them, they changed their minds and said that they were now alive. I wonder how many would like these trees in their yards

Fantastic experience: I writing this review about the assistance I received from Abigail Watkins. Unknowingly, I wrote one check for the HOA fee rather than the required two HOA's. This created an overage in one account and a shortage in the other. Abigail was able to balance the two accounts and make arrangements to credit a refund for me. Although management to date has not released the funds, Abigail assured me she would remind them. Thanks for your help!

Fantastic experience: Since purchasing the condo in August I have been more than surprised by how property owners are kept informed as to what is happening at the property. Receiving at least one if not two or three notifications per week is very gratifying. We know what’s going on and we feel our property is being well taken care of. When did this morning when I asked for a form I received it from Kandy immediately. I do not think service could be better.
