Fantastic experience: The house is more beautiful than the pictures on the website. All the couches and beds are comfortable. Everything clean. The view is so unbelievable. Sand and sea. We could hear the waves and see so many stars sitting up on the upper balcony. We can t wait to go back. Sunset goes down straight out from the home.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic stay. Responsive hosts. My family’s second time vacationing here and it was just as amazing as the first time.

Negative experience: Renters beware. Even with a lease they will try to screw you. Always paid rent on time or early. Clean and quiet renter. Home owners asked if we were active duty military after signing the 6 month lease. That’s when the harassment started. Remax harassed me to leave. When I told them I would vacate when my lease was up… The home owners harassed me to the point Ventura Sheriffs told me to get a restraining order. Caught the homeowners on ring camera putting creepy, stalking, harassing, anonymous letters in my mailbox. Had 1/2 inch steel balls shot at me from the home owners residence across the street. Remax refused to repair or remedy any issues the last month on the lease(ants, electrica). Remax canceled my maintenance requests instead. I left the unit in better condition than was received, cause that’s how I roll!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! Super easy to book and the house was perfect! Staff was very responsive! Walked in to a beautiful, super clean home with all the amenities we needed for a quick family getaway. So happy to have booked with RE/MAX Gold Coast Property Management. Fantastic experience: We currently rent a location managed by RE/MAX GCPM. They are amazingly quick at responding and fixing any problems we have. They are very easy to get ahold of by text or by phone call. Their portal and app are also easy to use for payments and requests. They've always gotten back to us very quickly. Definitely far better than most other property managers I've had to deal with as a tenant. Great job to the Gold Coast team!

Negative experience: Absolutely worst renting experience in my life. The people who "work" here that I have encountered have all been unhelpful, downright rude, and even harassing. I was threatened with eviction over text multiple times by the property manager Karen because my boy friend was sleeping over sometimes and he wasn't on the lease (only could have known by owner watching his comings and going on camera). So I applied to have him added and was then told again I was being evicted because he had been arrested 7 years ago even though the charges were dismissed. That is illegal discrimination. Her harassment got so extreme I requested to be released from my lease and it was granted. The condo was extremely poorly maintained and full of mold and termites. I was stuck with 4 months of daily construction on the other side of the shared wall from time I moved in. The HOA fees for the pool and spa felt unfair since they were both closed and being remodeled the entire time. They charged me over 560 dollars out of my security deposit for washing the bedding of TWO beds when I moved out. Careful- I was charged this even after having another company do a full move out cleaning for over 5 hours. The only thing remax had to do was wash the bedding.

Fantastic experience: The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 with two little ones. Loved the location, the cleanliness and all of the amenities. The house was stocked with all of the little extras most rentals don’t offer. We plan to return!

Negative experience: My family will never be renting from the company again. Their employees and company do not follow California rental laws and should be reported to the BBB. They also were rude and changed the price than was originally advertised online, then lied about what they said .I did not feel comfortable staying there at all.

Fantastic experience: Ivan was well versed on multiple topics. Worked at a good pace but not rusted. Showed attention to detail and assertiveness. He earned respect by admitting he was able to do some jobs safely, and others recommend specialized care. He's a solid worker, no ego or bad attitude... He showed genuine concern & care and showed that he actually wanted to help by providing real value via solid quality results. Long story short, pleasant experience. Thank you for sending Ivan out.

Fantastic experience: Working with RE/MAX Gold Coast - Stay VC Rentals has been an excellent experience. I worked with them for a month before the move in and another month after the move in. They are consistently responsive and solution-oriented. Jessica Morales has been our move-in concierge, and that's a position I've never experienced in 4 decades of living different places. She really made managing different vendors easy as we fixed up an older place. I highly recommend this team for their skill and their pleasantness to work with.

Fantastic experience: Amazing property. Very nice responsive host. The house was fully equipped with paper towels, bath tissues, and everything you can think of to make you comfortable. Great location, a path right in front of the house to the ocean! We traveled with kids and my kids enjoyed and would want to go back. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Jessica Morales as my day-to-day property manager contact and she is fabulous. She is responsive, pays attention to detail, gives good advice, and is an all-around pleasure to work with in taking care of my rental properties now that I’m retired. I am very happy with her and with the entire Remax property management team. They manage four properties for me in Oxnard and I have been with them for several years as a very satisfied customer.

Fantastic experience: We had an unforgettable stay at this beach house! The location is absolutely unbeatable — right on the beach with stunning, unobstructed views of the ocean. The beach itself felt like our own private paradise — peaceful, unoccupied, and perfect for body surfing, boogie boarding, a game of frisbee or Spikeball, and swimming in the ocean. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our big family of 9 adults and 2 babies. There was a large kitchen table that we could all fit at to play games and eat meals together. The living room had the most beautiful high ceiling and the couch was big enough for all of us to sit on to watch movies at night. Every bedroom had a king bed and there was a nice deck and extra living room off the 3rd floor. There was plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together. One of the best parts was how walkable everything was. We strolled to the local farmers market, restaurants, coffee shops, and even the marina — no need to drive! It made the whole trip feel easy and relaxed. This home was everything we hoped for and more. We’re already dreaming about coming back. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a peaceful, scenic, and beautiful, spacious beach escape!

Fantastic experience: We arrived to a spotless, beautiful home sitting on the sand. The house was everything it stated and then some. The layout of the 2 floors worked perfectly for my parents, who are over 80. The master suite is on the main living area, so they did not have to go up and down stairs all day long.

Fantastic experience: This house is absolutely perfect for a family wanting to enjoy the beach. It is completely equipped with everything you will need for a beach, vacation, except your suit. It was clean, well stocked, and perfectly located between shops, restaurants, and most importantly, directly on the sand. From ages 2 to 72 we all loved it and look forward to coming back again.

Fantastic experience: This home was everything and more. The location was so close to everything needed. The views were absolutely amazing. The beach was so close for daily trips to the beach. Great area for bike riding as well. Rides to the park and the sand dunes were so much fun. The house itself was stocked with beach chairs, towels, toys. Everything you could want and so much more! This house was absolutely PERFECT!

Fantastic experience: I had one of the best rental experiences! The kitchen was stocked with everything including a blender and air fryer. It also came with a ridiculous amount of beach supplies to borrow. I also appreciated instructions and labeling around the house.

Fantastic experience: We recently checked into an Airbnb and when we showed up at 1230 am were unable to get in for almost 2 hrs. We contacted a number on the property and Lisa answered in the middle of the night. It turned out they no longer managed the property but for those almost 2 hrs she stayed awake with us on phone calls trying to find someone who could get us in the house. I get good customer service but she went above and beyond being a decent human being she lost sleep to guarantee our kids got into a warm bed to sleep in that night when most people would have ended the call the minute they learned that property was no longer their responsibility. I wish the world had more people like Lisa in it, thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

The team made sure we had everything we needed - but worked quietly in the background to ensure our stay was perfect. We loved the property - it was clean and well stocked. The Gold Coast team maintained it well and responded to our questions right away. They also ensured that the owners expectations and rules (as well as the local laws like quiet times) were known to us. Everything came together wonderfully. Super comfy bed. Everything else was great. except the tv. I couldn't figure out how to change the channel. It stayed stuck on one channel the whole trip

Fantastic experience: Our family had a wonderful stay here this weekend. The location and view are wonderful. The house was furnished with everything we needed for our multigenerational family. All the linens were top-notch. The spacious kitchen was fully furnished and enabled us to have wonderful family times cooking and even cleaning up! We appreciated the beach amenities (chairs, umbrella, sunshade, kids' sand toys). Checking in and checking out were seamless, and communications with remax were helpful, timely, and friendly! Thank you to all the staff that made it such a memorable time for our family.

Fantastic experience: My family really enjoyed Mollies by the sea! The bottom master bedroom is huge with a huge shower and bathroom area. The other bedroom next to me was also large. There’s a shared bathroom downstairs. The main floor is spacious and has many games and dvds. We watched the Olympics most of the time. We set up an EZ up right outside on the sand near the deck for little ones to play. BBQ is right next to kitchen outside on a small deck. Plenty of towels and beach towels. So nice to be directly on the sand. Sunday we went to a farmers market and Friday they had concerts in the park, both across the street! It did get windy for us but the sun was out all week we stayed second week in Aug. looking forward to returning! The management company was awesome, great communication.

Fantastic experience: This house is beautiful! Very spacious, stylish and well-appointed. Our family of 10 had plenty of room. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The host was extremely attentive. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Fantastic experience: Our family enjoyed our stay at Searenity. The house was clean. The kitchen has plenty of room, and was a pleasure to use. The large dining area was conducive to conversation. The living room was comfortable with some fun games that were supplied. The bedrooms were comfortable as well. We liked the extra living area on the ground floor. The owner was helpful in meeting a special request we had which was much appreciated! We would like to see the outdoor shower have warm water instead of only cold. Our little ones did not enjoy having their sand rinsed off with the cold water. Overall though it was a very good experience!

Fantastic experience: We had a fabulous couple of stays with RE/MAX Gold Coast. We are military, moving from the East Coast, and needed a place to stay for two months while we searched for housing. Karen and the rest of the team were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. We stayed in two separate 30-day rentals that were fully furnished, and the entire paperwork process to get the lease signed was quick and straightforward. The locations were pretty great too, at Port Hueneme Beach and the Channel Islands Harbor. If you need a vacation rental or short term housing, I would look no further than RE/MAX Gold Coast.

Rooms are big, most bedrooms have two beds, we appreciated the extra sleeping spots. So many other rentals just have one queen or king per bedroom. House was clean and roomy.

Fantastic experience: This house is spectacular!! There are so many different patio areas to relax outside and enjoy the view. Walking distance to the beach and every possible beach amenity available! We had so much fun and felt very much at home. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Fantastic experience: We had a great time at the wonderful beach cottage on the sand. The floor to ceiling windows provide a gorgeous view 24/7. The house is well stocked and beyond comfortable for a big group. We had 6-8 family members staying with us through out our week long stay. Two BBQs, plenty of towels, lots of beach chairs and toys made our beach vacation a dream come true. This one-story house is ideal for family fun with the privacy of the bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and large dinning room and living area. We are planning to book for next year.

Fantastic experience: The Blue Cake vacation rental was perfect for our family gathering. I would recommend this property for multi generational family vacations, access to a safe, child friendly beach was perfect, along with a expecting mom. Keep in mind the 8 person occupancy, bunk beds are perfect for children. The home was stocked with beach toys as well as family games. I would love to stay here again. REMAX vacation coordinators were the best, their communicated with me very timely and made renting so easy. Nothing but great things to say! Thank you.

We had everything we needed with very comfy beds and couches, a nice-sized dinner table, games to play, good kitchen appliances, and plenty of bathroom space. It was everything we wanted and needed! It is super clean, beds are comfortable, living room is comfortable and the view and beach access could not be better. I can't wait to come back.

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed our stay at the Oxnard Beach House. We were pleased with the location, cleanliness, and size of the house. It was perfect for our two families (9 total) It had all the amenities we needed. There was a coziness to the house. The beach was fun and we loved the sunsets.

Fantastic experience: This has been an incredible experience for me and my two huskies. We named your property The Seal Sanctuary. My deceased wife and I always named our homes and she would have loved this beach property! I’ve moved back to The Mermaid Manor at Oxnard Shores, the beach property that my wife and I purchased together 15 years ago. The six months that I lived at 132 Santa Monica Ave. has given me a vacation from the grief of my wife Tammy’s passing from pancreatic cancer almost one year ago. Now that I’m back home I realize how much that I needed the time away as a part of the healing process. My son Grant, who played football his freshman year at SDSU, and is now a Business Finance Major, also enjoyed breaks, visits and time away for all of these same reasons related to the death of his Mother.
