Negative experience: I am currently living in apartment B303, and I want to express my deep frustration with the management at Helm Apartments. From day one, my unit was delivered with a broken refrigerator, completely non-functional, which makes the apartment essentially uninhabitable. I’ve been waiting more than a week for a replacement, and although I was told it would be installed today (Saturday), once again it did not happen. Now I’m being told it may be Tuesday or Wednesday. In the meantime, I cannot store any food, everything spoils, and I am living in conditions that do not match what I am paying for. This is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful toward residents. I am requesting an immediate solution, as well as a rent reduction or any realistic options while the refrigerator remains unreplaced. The apartment is not in adequate condition, and I need a serious and prompt response.

Negative experience: DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. We are former residents of their Avenue 25 property in Phoenix and I cannot stress enough how awful they are. When it was time for us to move out we gave the appropriate notice to which they gave us the move out paperwork. Along with this they told us we would be automatically charged certain cleaning fees. The reasoning for this was to make sure each unit had "the same level of cleaning for new tenants, even though our unit was dusty and smelled of cat urine when we moved in. This was not stated in our contract that we would be automatically charged for this and but only a checklist of what we would be charged if we did not clean certain items. They chose not to include these charges after I threatened legal action for breaching the contract. We were then told the prorated amount of rent we would owe would be taken out of our deposit and the remainder would be returned to us, which we expected. Unfortunately for us, they misallocated our deposit which resulted in them believing we still owed money to them to which they sent us to collections without even informing us of a the bill! This was a week after we had moved out that we got the notice of a collection on our accounts. When I called their manager to ask what happened and why the charge was not taken from our deposit she signed the question and said there was nothing they could do, which is not the case. So unless you want enjoy dealing with an incompetent management and corporate team while living in an unclean home, do not live on any property run by this team. This review would be negative star if possible.

Negative experience: Sire Wellington Apartments and Olympus Corporate Office. No communication again regarding the incident that occurred on September 18, 2025, and the ongoing delay in communication from your legal department. I have left multiple messages and sent several emails over the past month without any response. On September 18, 2025, at approximately 6:18 PM, I slipped and fell in the trash chute room. I immediately notified the property at 6:24 PM and was advised via email to submit photos, which I did. The following morning, I informed the maintenance technician, who confirmed he was cleaning the area and stated the substance causing the fall was fabric softener. Prior to this incident, my treating physician had provided a letter recommending early lease termination due to medical reasons. I had also previously reported multiple issues and concerns with the property. Following the fall, I spoke with Cisa, who stated she submitted my medical documentation to her manager and later confirmed that my early lease termination request was approved. However, she later informed me that approval was conditional upon my agreement not to pursue legal action regarding the fall. She also stated that the property would not be liable for my injuries and advised me not to seek medical attention. As a result of the fall, I sustained multiple bruises on my legs and a laceration on my arm. Due to my ongoing medical condition, I am now required to move into a care facility. I am simply seeking to terminate my lease early without penalties, as initially approved, in light of my physician’s recommendation and these circumstances. This ongoing lack of communication has caused me unnecessary stress and hardship. I respectfully request a written response within 5 business days confirming my lease termination and any necessary next steps to finalize this matter.

Fantastic experience: This property group manages my apartment in Austin, they are very prompt with service requests and are always responsive and helpful. You’re able to text resident assistants directly which is much more user friendly than logging in and out of resident portals. Service workers were friendly and very efficient.

Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very unprofessional, misleading, and unfair. My husband was called to serve in the Israeli Army Reserves, which forced me to break my lease. From the very beginning, I clearly communicated my situation to the property manager, Brittany, by email. She instructed me to provide a letter from the Army, saying the company would review it and potentially relieve me from termination penalties. I submitted the letter, only to be told it was insufficient. Brittany then referred me to Melissa, who told me over the phone exactly what additional information was needed. I went through the expense and hassle of translating, notarizing, and revising the letter exactly as instructed. After waiting days, I was abruptly informed my documentation would not be accepted simply because my husband serves in the Israeli Army rather than the U.S. Army—a fact they knew from the very beginning. Instead of being upfront, they misled me into wasting time and money, making me believe compliance would resolve the matter. To make things worse, Melissa ignored my emails and calls entirely. I had to send multiple follow-ups just to get a partial response from Jamie, while Brittany also stopped replying. This is the type of customer service they provide—unprofessional, unresponsive, and dishonest. I was transparent from the start, but Primrose and Olympus Property were not. Their lack of accountability has caused me unnecessary frustration and hardship. I would never recommend doing business with them.

Negative experience: Olympus Property in Santa Fe New Mexico is well aware of the N word being used when referring to residents and racist comments made when referring to residents and did nothing. Or rather they chose to look away and ignore it and let it happen. Both the community manager and regional manager are aware and chose to do nothing. I have it all recorded and will be posting video online. I posted video on your Facebook page. Notice how your regional manager calls it a "Rumor mill" and proceeds to ignore issue with rasism.

Negative experience: Mold in Apartment at Olympus Encantada with extensive water damage and the unit was filthy at move in. They sent someone back to wipe down things but not actually clean anything and the carpet is completely destroyed and should have been replaced. I moved in a month ago and started getting very sick with increased allergy/asthma symptoms. As an elderly person i was concermed so started looking around and found visible water damage in both bathrooms and outside the laundry closet in the hallway. Maintenance came and replaced the water damaged baseboard in the hallway but left the black rotten tack strip and delaminated carpet. Maintenance removed baseboard in master bath and found mold. Their solution was to spray it with bleach and paint over it which was unacceptable. I requested a hygienist test which was performed and now they apt complex will not release the results to me which appears suspicious becasue if there was no issue I am pretty sure they would be willing to let me see the results. I have reasonably requested the following and was first ignored and then denied: -Air Scrubbers until mold can be professionally remediated -To see the mold test results -To have the mold professionally removed by a licensed company who holds IICRC certification in mold remediatin -Mold clearance testing once mold remediated -Alternate housing until mold removed and cause of loss found and repaired. -rrimbursement for visits to urgent care, dr. chest xrays and medication - i was placed on steroids due to the mold. Oh and then Monday all the smoke alarms in the place wennt off and water was pouring out of the smoke detector on 3rd floor.... I asked to have someone go in attic and remove the wet insulation and nothing... No roof repair either... Would NOT RECOMMEND and OLYMPUS Property! So sad i picked this place sight unseen when moving here from out of state...biggest mistake! They are slum lords charging an exhorbitant amount of rent for a poorly maintained property. UPDATE: Please provide me an email address to contact someone at corporate. I can also send you my dr. letter stating the mold is directly affecting my health Now Olympus Property has offered me early lease termination in exchange for signing a Non Disclosure Agreement and agreeing they will never owe me anything for ruining my health

Fantastic experience: Our company rents many apartments at Olympus Encantada. The attention to detail, readiness to help and appreciation of our partnership make us keep going back! Fantastic experience: Luis Soto from Olympus Property Management was extremely helpful when we needed maintenance. He was fast, courteous, friendly, and showed sincere concern for our issue. It was an absolute pleasure to work with someone who genuinely cared about our needs. Thank you Luis!

Negative experience: Since taking over ownership of our apartments, Olympus has been a joke. There was no payment terminal set up till the 3rd (last day to pay rent) after repeatedly stating we were having issues with our portal log in I was assured id get a call back with help, miraculously I figured out a way around the issue and finally received a call back on the last day to pay before late charges would be added. Now we’re having issues with the payment posting and are being charged late fees even after sending them their own receipt proving it was payed. This is y’all’s first 3 weeks of owning these apartments and are absolutely not working with anyone on issues. Beware Solay apartments Fort Worth tx

Negative experience: My experience with Olympus Property Management has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Despite numerous attempts, I have been consistently unable to contact the property management team regarding issues within my own building, which they own. The lack of responsiveness and accessibility from Olympus Property Management has been concerning. There have been ongoing issues with management within the building that have gone unaddressed, including maintenance delays, communication problems, and other relevant concerns. Effective communication and prompt resolution of issues are critical aspects of property management, yet Olympus Property Management has failed to meet these basic expectations. As a resident, I expect transparency, accountability, and proactive management from the company responsible for overseeing my living environment. I urge Olympus Property Management to improve their communication channels and responsiveness to tenant concerns. It is essential for them to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their residents. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend Olympus Property Management to others seeking reliable property management services. - Isabella Dillingham ; Sherman Circle Apartments

Negative experience: We moved to Phoenix to be close to my wife’s spinal rehabilitation. Sold home and moved….we were told that in order to have access to amenities provided for by our housing complex we had to pay for them…like a ramp so my paraplegic wife could access the the dog park. Seems like discrimination to me. All your residents get access to this space but those who are wheelchair bound! Better still we get access if we pay for the upgrade when all other abled bodies residents get this access for the cost of there rent. And to top it off it has taken over three weeks to get safety bars installed in our “ADA unit” which we were told before signing the lease would be a simple matter. So if your thinking of investing here decide if you want to back a company who discriminates and doesn’t care for all of their residents.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have lived at the Olympus Team Ranch apartments in Benbrook,TX now since 2017 I think and we have been very fortunate to have been here that long. The office staff go out of their way to make the community nice and clean and also when lease renewals come due, they try to accommodate a residents needs to keep costs of renting low to a point. We love that there is a family type of feel, the community is secure and safe. We also love the package room where most of our packages are delivered and are in a secure location for the most part. It has been a very pleasant place to call home over these years. The maintenance folks are awesome and very approachable about maintenance issues. I would highly recommend the Team Ranch apartments to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I’m staying at Olympus Alameda , this is the only place that make me feels like HOME! I moved to Albuquerque alone without my family because of work. I still remember Nina and Kristen greet us warmly last summer when I move in to Olympus Alameda. This is totally make me feels so warm and grateful. Besides, residents here are very friendly. My neighbour always bake some cookies to me and invited me to their house for dinner during special festivals. This is why, although I'm staying alone without my family members, but i never feel lonely because of this wonderful place and environment. With Olympus Alameda sitting up the hill next to Pan American freeway, you will have stunning sunset and sunrise with amazing Sandia mountain view. I can't find a reason not to stay in this Paradise. The amenities worth every single penny I paid. Gym room, swimming pool and club house, BBQ Area, Dog park all are well-maintained. Yes, this apartment is pet friendly too! This is a good place to stay! My friends love to come over my house and we had barbeque and pool party in Olympus Alameda! I always love Olympus property and I never regretted I chose here as my Home! I 100% recommended for those who are still looking for apartment, Olympus property is always the best choice as their management is perfect! Fantastic experience: I've been living at Olympus Boulevard in Frisco, TX for 4 years now. I can honestly say this is the best property to live at! Not only do they have great pricing, but amazing amenities as well. Not to mention, Frisco is one of the safest cities in Texas, AND one of the best places to raise a family and wins awards every year for both. This complex is in the heart of Frisco Square, and is surrounded by some of the best restaurants, stores, music venues, and event centers you can find. To top it off, you'll be dealing with some of the best and accommodating leasing agents in Texas. Millie and Jessi at the leasing office, as well as the property manager, has come through for me time and time again, and have shown their dedication towards helping their residents and making this a great community to live in. Deciding to live here, will be one of the best decisions you ever make!

Positive experience: I live in Olympus Las Colinas apartment in Irving. My overall experience is good. Leasing office Team is great and hard working. All service requests are getting resolved on timely manner. They are taking care of residents queries very well. Lot of events for residents are getting organized in Club house. So Club house is one of the important amenities. It helps to connect with other residents also. In leasing office, I worked with Brittany most, it was great experience as she takes care of required queries very well and soft spoken.

Fantastic experience: Olympus Properties has been our home since mid-July as we moved here from MN. It was stressful trying to find places that were available for us to come look at living over 12 hours away at the time, but Granite 550 was so accommodating, they presented a warm and kind welcome to us Minnesotans. We got to tour the apartment of our choice, they let us choose which floor we wanted, and they were so accommodating to my ESA. When first seeing these apartments - it didn’t feel like an apartment, but more of a home. It was beautiful and perfect and we knew we wanted to have it. One of the employees at the time Jennifer was so on top of her work with sending us emails, paperwork, phone calls, and just making sure we had everything needed to ensure a home at this beautiful place. Granite 550 offers so many amenities that are much appreciated such as social gatherings, resident property amenities, and even things for our furry family members. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in Casper while I take on OT grad school. Thank you Granite 550 staff for making our stay so great!

Fantastic experience: We have lived at the Olympus at Memorial property since 2016 under different ownership before Olympus. We left the property in June 2022 because of high market rates. We returned August 2022 because the other non-Olympus community we left to had multiple issues and it reminded me that paying a higher cost was worth it for peace of mind. The Olympus staff accommodated our urgent move and were helpful through our move-in process. We have always loved the community feel that this property offers and since Olympus came on board it has continued to have the same feel. The maintenance team is exceptional and keeps me informed requests that I submit. The front office staff have been supportive in addressing concerns I might have. The staff often hosts community events. We had a Pie event for the thanksgiving holiday, and a painting event for Halloween. There are also several resident appreciation moments with breakfast and ice cream socials. The location of this property is walking distance to Terry Hershey Park which is perfect, and also has a couple restaurants within walking distance. Fantastic experience: I love living in Olympus Corsair! Waking up every morning in a resort-style apartment complex. The leasing office is always so welcoming and helps find solutions when needed. Service requests and maintenance issues are always being handled and resolved in a timely manner. The amenities are usually cleaned and well-maintained, and the airport noise is surprisingly unnoticeable. The parking situation is great, never had an issue with either my car or guests. Good location for students, close enough to everything in the city, and Uber to downtown is easy if you're young and want to go out! I love the monthly events and hope to have more of these, it's a great way to connect with neighbors, and I actually made great connections here. My favorite part of the complex is the co-working area where I can study and work remote, it makes my life way more convenient.

Fantastic experience: A new home offers the chance for new beginnings and a brighter future. My mother and I moved into the Olympus Property - Sonoma Palms apartments during the beginning of COVID in 2020, just after losing my father. Despite the lockdown and social distancing, the apartments made the move easy and hassle-free, and we were able to start a new chapter of our lives in a lovely and modern new space. In the 2+ years of living here, the staff has consistently been friendly and helpful, and there has not been an issue that has gone unresolved. The customer service is unlike anywhere else, and there are so many events and activities that the apartments plan for the residents to look forward to. Whether it is food being given out during the holidays or games being held for the residents, Olympus Property manages to keep the living environment exciting and fosters a community amongst its residents. To be honest, we weren’t quite sure how to spend our first holidays with just the two of us, but when we were invited to celebrate them through events at the apartments, we felt some sort of normalcy again and were so grateful to feel like we were being cared for and thought of. In addition, the amenities, like the pool and gym, are always clean and updated. When there were issues with the gates opening, the apartments switched to the new gate system app, making it super easy to access and use. Additionally, there are constant checks and inspections done to ensure the health and safety of all. The maintenance workers are friendly, respectful, and go out of their way to answer even the simplest questions we might have regarding our home. We love that there are walking areas close by, and the location makes commuting to work all the more efficient. The experience of living here has made our apartment feel like a real home for us, and we feel lucky to have chosen and to continue to choose Olympus Property - Sonoma Palms.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for my home with Olympus Property!!! From the very beginning I had the most enjoyable experience thanks to Tamara. She went above and beyond to meet my needs, and make my transition smooth. Bri and Alexus have also assisted in many helpful ways, always with a kind word and a smile. Moving to Jacksonville was a major relocation and start of a new journey, and I am so appreciative that I was led to Wimberly At Deerwood. The property is extremely clean, amenities are well maintained, staff response is immediate, and there are many fun recreational activities offered to residents throughout the year. If anyone is looking for a safe, peaceful environment to call home...look no further!

Fantastic experience: We have lived at Mountain Trails in Flagstaff for a bit over two years. The location is ideal as it close to shopping, restaurants and enjoys easy access to both I17 and I40. At the same time we feel we have chosen a quieter place to live. We really enjoy how responsive and friendly the maintenance crew has been. An amenity we enjoy is the fact that the complex is pet friendly - though we don’t have a pet it has been nice to meet so many nice dogs and their owners. We have hosted family and coworkers at the facility grill area complete with hot tub and fireplace. Lastly we’d like to thank the office staff in their efforts to help us secure Covid funding from the Navajo Housing Authority. Many people would have found the process near impossible, however the staff never wavered, and we were successful in our efforts. We are very grateful to them. Apartment 210 Wendell and Calvin

Fantastic experience: We live at olympus North Point in Albuquerque New Mexico. We had to move to our community site unseen from Carlsbad New Mexico and along the way the staff was so wonderful to help us with tour videos, pictures, and anything else that we needed to make our transition a smooth one. I really love all of the amenities at this property & we have actually been able to take advantage of a lot of the wonderful things that this property has to offer. My favorite of all of these has to be our wonderful gym. The equipment is wonderful it's up-to-date; state-of-the-art, and it's really a great place so we don't have to pay a separate gym fee to have a great workout. I have to also say all of the things they do for us on a weekly basis and the little gifts and snacks that they provide are really refreshing because most communities don't care this much. Thank you Olympus for everything we really love our apartment townhome!

Fantastic experience: I moved from California to Texas 5 years a go, and just I inquired lot of communities and places in Keller, Southlake, and nearby. When I visit the Olympus waterford apartments, it was great welcome from office staff. The moment I saw the premises and property I really fell love with this apartment. Especially the way office treated us and very clean environment etc. The one thing I really like here is I saw some waste outside and I discussed with the property manager, is this going to be happen every day here ? and just walked few feet and looked back that wastage was not there. I surprised and asked manager she throw ed into dust bin, and I wondered how she took the immediate responsibility. I love love this apartment. Here I am closely staying in this part meant almost 5 years from my start date, I feel like home and fantastic friendly staff. Thanks Olympus

Fantastic experience: My husband and I moved into a townhome at 75 west in October while I was 8 months pregnant. Moving pregnant is stressful and I am so thankful that we found this place because everyone that works at 75 west made the moving experience so smooth and stress free. I have lived in several apartment communities over the years and have never had such great customer service as I have had here. Everyone in the leasing office is so warm and welcoming and not to mention on top of things! The new manager is amazing and Caroline is so kind and helpful. The maintenance team is also so awesome and on top of things we were blown away at how quickly they got things done and taken care of for us. Pedro and Saul were so helpful with our move in experience. It’s so nice to see how much they care about the community it seems like there is always something they are improving around the buildings. We have now had our baby son and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else to start our family. We are so grateful to live here and thank you to everyone who works here for being so awesome. :)

Fantastic experience: I live at Avenue 25 in Phoenix and I absolutely love it so far. Adrian, who works in the office, is so helpful and kind. I really appreciate him because from the very beginning he answered all of our questions happily. Avenue 25 has amazing amenities like the pool, jacuzzi, gym, and the gated parking. I really appreciate that they keep the complex so very clean and modern. My apartment is very spacious and move in was easy as pie. I have honestly never had a more easy move in experience than I did with Avenue 25 and Adrian under Olympus Property. Thanks!! #MyOlympusStory

Fantastic experience: We absolutely LOVE our place at Olympus of Willow Park!!! We have a very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment that has beautiful natural light and windows, great hardwood floors and well kept carpet, and lots of extra space on our balcony! I also love how many families live here, and seeing the kids play carefree on scooters or at the playground while feeling completely safe in the gated and classy community. The amenities are fantastic, with a beautiful swimming pool that compares to a high end resort, a volleyball court, basketball court, great gym, a second pool, and a beautiful office area with community pool table, and a huge dog park! The bring in food trucks and its just a fun, classy, and safe environment to be in. Even better, Olympus of Willow Park was one of most affordable apartments that we researched, with quick access to the highway and great restaurants right down the road! We have had 2 minor service calls and they showed up the same day, within a couple of hours to fix the problem, which is WONDERFUL! They are responsive and truly care about the tenants. I don't have a single complaint or nag about the place. Olympus of Willow Park is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and I would absolutely recommend it 1000 times over.

Fantastic experience: I actually fell in love with this property Olympus Auburn Lakes when my daughter moved in. I was really worried because it was her first apartment so I did my research. She has lived here for 2yrs and we are now neighbors. I moved from my home of 5 years and I am happier now than I have ever been. The staff all of them including maintenance are very kind and friendly people. They make sure that you are satisfied and comfortable with your living environment. The property is immaculate and has all the bells and whistles to make you feel at home. The amenities are all updated and very nice. I love the kitchen the most and plan on being here for a while. Olympus Auburn Lakes thank you for allowing me to be a part of your family.

Fantastic experience: I live at olympus at daybreak and I have never lived in a better, cleaner, and more amazing apartment anywhere else. The staff are nothing but wonderful and they are very attentive and welcoming. Whenever there is a problem it is fixed within 24 hours. Olympus at daybreak has a fantastic gym we attend when we can and the pool in the summer was just perfect, it really is luxurious and always a warm welcome. Since my husband and I moved here. We love the atmosphere and our friendly neighbors. They host many events that are fun and exciting. This is a place that screams community and they do everything to get everyone involved. I don’t want to leave olympus at daybreak.

Fantastic experience: “Share your Olympus story” We have lived at Olympus for over four years now. My family loves apartment living. You never have to do yard work, you have a pool and a gym. Olympus has always treated us well. We had a short period where we experienced some financial hardship and they treated us with kindness and compassion in regards to rent and asking if we were okay when I communicated with them. The staff is always helpful. If I call they are more than happy to help me with my issues. They have filled out maintenance requests for us and helped with package room. Those are just the little things. They are always trying to have events or contests and they keep us well informed of what’s going on around the property. Their maintenance staff is stellar! Willie was always so personable and helpful. Colleen is top notch. She has a great sense of humor and always has treats for our puppy when she sees him. I have lived in a few different complexes over the years but Olympus takes the cake. I have recommended it to anyone looking for a place and have had some of those folks move in and they love it like we do. I mentioned not having to do yard work as one of the perks of living in apartment homes and Olympus’ property is well taken care of. The grass is always cut on the regular as well as flowers planted, bushes trimmed, and fresh pine straw put out. We love living here and don’t see ourselves going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: These apartments are great! Awesome floor plans with smart home features and the amenities are icing on the cake. The pool is amazing, good size gym and game room. Not to mention how much my kids and I love our morning and evening walks outside around the big beautiful pond. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Olympus Emerald Coast is a great apartment community! Location and amenities are amazing. The property is very well maintained. The entire team is fantastic and truly care about their residents! Sarah, specifically, is great at what she does!

Fantastic experience: Robert and Jacquelyn are THE BEST! They make living at Olympus Highlands North so easy and enjoyable. They are both so quick to respond and are so kind. Even my puppy loves living here! Jacquelyn always gives him treats whenever I go pick up my packages. The apartments feel so brand new and I love coming home here everyday! Best place I’ve lived hands down!

Fantastic experience: I have been living here for 8 months now and I still love it! I recommend it to everyone looking for a place to rent in Gilbert. The management is great and takes care of anything I need help with. The maintenance guys are so friendly and quick! They always go above and beyond. The gym always smells and looks so clean (the 2 story gym was one of the perks that sold me on living here!). The pool is always clean and the landscaping is very well kept. I have nothing but good things to say :)

When I decided to move to this city and researched the various properties, I was excited to see this apartment and fell in love with the layout of the one bedroom with the sun-nook! I was hooked, got approved, and have never thought about leaving!! Is there an amenity you can’t imagine life without? There are many enjoyable amenities so to name a few—the club house as there are many events held for everyone to gather, many years ago, we were able to host personal parties or celebrations. The good old days! Another one is my sun-nook setup as it makes the apartment more spacious. Due to Covid and hybrid work, it is now my home office with the natural lighting—love It! Is there an Olympus employee who’s made your day? I am always bragging about our maintenance team to others and since Anthony has been on the staff for many years—he is my favorite! He has such an outstanding personality and always gives top-notch maintenance service & support. Plus, he is very knowledgeable and a smart young man! I salute the staff for always going above & beyond to make sure this property is well manicured and maintained at all times! That’s my story!

Fantastic experience: I love living here at Olympus Woodbridge! This will be my sixth year. I love all the amenities especially the fitness center! My apartment is just the right size for my cat, Alice, and me. I love walking the grounds. They have a great dog park! The pool is newly renovated and so lovely. All the folks in the office and all the maintenance guys are awesome - so responsive, timely and always with a smile! If you’re looking for a great place to live, you should check Olympus Woodbridge out!

Fantastic experience: I moved to Olympus Corsair a few months ago and i have loved it so far. We viewed a lot of apartments before choosing one but from the moment we toured this property it just felt like home and we knew it was where we wanted to live. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly, lots of parking, and a lot of fun community activities including food truck, and wine Wednesday. On our tour Josue was very welcoming and took his time in helping get us all sorted. The level of customer service offered was also a contributing factor in us choosing Corsair over other properties in our area. The units are beautiful and spacious with pretty spacious balconies. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Cielo in Madison Park, Charlotte, NC was the best property I've lived at and I've lived in a few states on this coast. The staff is friendly, the facilities are always clean and the maintenance people take care of everything super fast. The apartments are spacious, and modern. I love the complimentary coffee and snacks. The office staff probably saw me every week, always kind :) they have resident gatherings and events often. I totally recommend them if you're interested in living in the south park area. Cielo is right across the street from a grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop and more (I love ☕...) And luxury shops less than a mile away. We really enjoyed our time at Cielo ♥️

Fantastic experience: The Davis apartments are an amazing place to live and thrive. I have called the Davis home for about 5 Years now. The story behind finding this apartment at its convenient location and the staff wow. Jamie who is now the assistant manager. At the Davis. Has gone completely out of her way to help me. Especially since I caught Covid the first time. She has even gone the distance of going and retrieving my packages from the package room so I could have my medicine. Not only do I fall this Home. My sister does as well when we moved into the apartments in 2018. Our relationship has grown leaps and bounds since we found this perfect apartment as a team. All the office staff are amazing the go out of their way always to help the residents. Amd let’s not leave out the residents that attend all their amazing events. We absolutely love living at the Davis apartments and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for someplace to call home. And did I mention they are extremely pet friendly even down to having pet events, how Awesome is that.

Fantastic experience: I was in a bind and needed to find a place quick. Jonathan helped me and showed me multiple apartments available around the property and went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. He was a big reason I chose to live in the Town Commons in Gilbert and signed a lease the very same day! It has been a fun and enjoyable experience living here and I have met the most amazing people. I definitely recommend the Town Commons, not only for the Ameritrust but fun staff and helpfulness they provide in all aspects!

Fantastic experience: In March 2021, I made the most scariest yet courageous journey from Indiana to Texas. At the time I trusted my friend who is also a local realtor to assist in finding my apartment. Olympus allowed her to take pictures and send for my stamp of approval. Yet the wow factor arrived upon my journey. While driving across country for 14 hours, they checked on me and my family twice. The office closed at 6pm, and they stayed for an extra 30 mins until I arrived safely to get my keys. Recommended a local insurance agent to establish my renters insurance. Not to mention the ENTIRE staff including maintenance was there to greet me and my family with open arms. I was in tears from the warm welcome. In that moment I knew I had arrived to my home.

Fantastic experience: We have three apartments at 5200 Briarwood Ave. Midland, TX. Everyone at Anatole / Olympus property is very helpful and do an excellent job of maintaining the property. The gym and hospitality room are really nice. Any time there is a maintenance issue the staff roll out and make immediate repairs. But most of all, the entire staff are always warm, kind and incredibly helpful. They go over the top and go the extra mile. Thanks Team!!

Fantastic experience: I moved to Texas a year ago out on a limb by myself and I really didn’t have anything set up correctly but my experience with Olympus has been amazing. From the accommodations, to the amazing and timely service. From the start of my least all of my concerns were addressed immediately. If I had an issue, the staff was more than happy to help me out and being so empathetic. I enjoy the events that are thrown and how they make it their mission to make sure each complex becomes a community. I have never had a great experience back home or ever and so to finally come somewhere and have that peace of mind I am ever so grateful. Shoutout to Britney and Jake at Lux On Main because they are amazing!

Fantastic experience: My husband & I just moved here (the Phoenix, AZ one) in August & it's the perfect apartment for us! We joke that we messed up because we picked such great apartments for our first time living together & it'll be hard to move up from here. I love having having a gym that I can walk to, the pool & Spa is HUGE, and we feel safe because it's gated. 10/10 recommend & you can't beat the price!

Fantastic experience: I have absolutely loved living at The Tessera. My boyfriend and I moved to in July and the move in process was painless. The employees are always so helpful and kind. There are so many events that go on throughout the month and it’s a great place to meet other residents and the employees that run the building. I love how modern our home is, and the amenities are fantastic. Can’t wait to use the hot tub now that it’s cooling down! Overall, my experience at the The Tessera and with Olympus Property has been nothing short of fantastic. I am so happy we chose here to call our home.

Fantastic experience: We were the 4th apartment to be occupied when The Davis, in Fort Worth, opened in 2015. We absolutely fell in love with the property and staff! The pool is definitely the Crown Jewel of the property; Other than an actual resort, this is the biggest, prettiest pool I've ever seen. Another really nice benefit, is with the proximity of the canal, you will be able to see a pretty good selection of bird wildlife. We've seen ducks, geese, cormorants, mud hens, cranes, blue herons, and others. It's very cool, if you like those sorts of things. The grounds are impeccably kept, the buildings inside and out are in great shape, the gym is good-sized with a good selection of equipment (that is well-maintaned and clean), and as I mentioned, the staff is outstanding. how much do we love living here? Well, we moved to Austin in 2018 for work, and moved back in 2019. We looked at only one place, and it was The Davis. Ironically enough, they only had one unit (of the floorplan we had before) available, and it was directly across the hall from our first unit! So, after getting used to going to a different door, we are home again. I highly recommend The Davis Apartments, in Fort Worth, TX!

Fantastic experience: We have been here at Olympus Sierra Pines, for about 5 months now and I will admit that they do a great work at keeping it clean! One of the few places that I have lived in to see how well up kept it is and it just makes it so much rewarding coming home. I love the maintenance team. They have a nice and hard working team on board. I had some maintenance issues at the beginning but they were all taken care off in a timely manner. I also really like the mail room they have, for receiving packages. They don't have to be left out your door allowing for someone to take it and if for whatever reason it is left out your door, no one takes it. I have witnessed it. They also host a couple of social events for us to mingle from time to time. I can say that they have formed an amazing community.

Fantastic experience: I am a nurse and I accepted a new position in Arlington, 3 hours away from where I lived. I was staying in a hotel and driving back home every week. The stress of starting a new job, driving every week and leaving animals took its toll and I got sick. I saw Olympus Hudson Oak apartments from the interstate on my drives back and forth. I looked online then came to visit. Marissa helped me get my apartment. I had to change my lease 4 times, adding animals and changing from 3rd floor to first. She was great! She made my move so easy. I haven’t lived in an apartment in over 30 years BUT I love this one. It’s modern and the amenities are fantastic. The staff are all friendly and professional. While walking my dogs, one of the staff members came up in the golf cart and had dog treats. I absolutely love it!!

Fantastic experience: I love living at The Preserves at Greenway Park in Casper, WY.! We recently moved in, but instantly fell in love with the layout. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath is perfect for my family. We have enough room to be a family, and just enough room to still get away from each other. Our private patio is just that, private. They offer an online portal for service requests, rent payments, and community notifications, and the staff, especially Amber the business manager, are great people. Now that I live here, I can't imagine my life anywhere else for the time being. Plus the amenities that are offered is just the icing of the cake. Our fireplace in the unit is immaculate, works great, and I couldn't imagine my life without it now, the fitness center is amazing, the business center has what it needs, and the 2 pools will be open in the summer, which I can't wait for either! Fantastic experience: The Preserve has been a great choice of places to live in Casper, WY! I couldn't be happier about the location. Our apartment is comfortable, and everytime I go to the office management takes care of us. I heard some negative things when I first moved in, but most rumors seem unfounded. I am guessing much of the complaints that reached me had to do with old management. The good news for anyone thinking of moving here is that things switched up this year right before we arrived in July, and everything feels like it's in good hands now. Shout out to Amber and Shanice for their excellent hosting and coordinating efforts. I feel heard when I need help or have questions, and I love the community building events they offer. I feel at ease in our complex. Definitely consider this location if you are looking to move to Casper.

Fantastic experience: We love living here at Olympus at Memorial! We’ve been here for a few years and the location on the park can’t be beat. We are an active family so having access to a large gym and close proximity to biking trails was a must. We also love the hassle-free resort style living (valet trash service and the impeccably kept grounds with beautiful flowers). What we love most though, is the sense of community that Olympus has created through the many events they put on. We’ve gotten to meet many of our neighbors that we otherwise wouldn’t have because of these events. We also want to give a shout out to the amazing staff who promptly addresses any service requests we make.

Fantastic experience: 10 out of 10 recommend Olympus properties! I just recently moved into Olympus Fenwick, and it was the easiest and quickest move in I have ever experienced. Kristen was phenomenal in helping us move in with no complications. I even have a service animal, and she was very helpful with all of the requirements I had to send in. We also had some light bulbs that weren’t working during the move in inspection, but by the time we moved in, maintenance had already changed them for no cost. The property is beautiful, with a dog park for my fur baby, a gym that is open 24/7 and much more! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I normally don’t leave reviews but living with Olympus properties has been nothing but a pleasure. Huge shout out to Anna and Dolly. Ever since moving in , the leasing team has been nothing but the upmost friendly and professional. The Olympus team takes large effort to make sure the property is clean and looking nice. There’s never been an issue with any of the amenities and if there was , the problem gets fixed right away. They do their proper checks to ensure everything is good within the community and they are always informing us of any events that are happening. I also really love how all the neighbors are friendly. I’ve never had a problem being here. Olympus is my top choice. 10/10 highly recommend living with Olympus properties.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I lived in Hawaii because I was in the Marine Corps. My best friend said we should visit Texas to be more specific Buda TX and we went apartment shopping!! We had a rough time finding one that fit our parameters but we came to this Olympus property and they were super courteous and showed us around and were super nice. We love living here and every time I go into the office they’re super up beat and love to see me!! We love this property and they’re always doing cool stuff like giveaways and parties etc.. If we have an issue with anything they’re very quick to handle it which is always good!!

Fantastic experience: I just moved to Utah in October and was looking for a place for weeks prior to moving. I even flew out here to look at places in person and did not find anything I liked. Just before I flew back, I found Olympus at the District and emailed to inquire about availability. Leasing consultant, Viola Iongi got back to me quickly and provided one of the most detailed breakdown of fees I have ever seen. She also asked what 3 things I was looking for in a property which I really appreciated because it made me feel like she wanted to make sure Olympus at the district was the right fit for both of us. She was kind enough to FaceTime the same day to show me what the property and interior of the unit looked like. Because of her help and genuineness and because I liked what I saw, I applied and it was one of the smoothest application processes I have ever gone through. Not only was the application process smooth, but the move-in process went just as smoothly. Any interaction I have had with the office has been great, and the maintenance crew, especially Jake who is very friendly and helpful, does a wonderful job at keeping the property clean and enjoyable. The other thing I love is that the property is dog friendly and accommodating for my 2 fur babies, Cassius and Layla. Fantastic experience: We absolutely love living at Lakeline at Bartram Park!! This Olympus property is beautiful inside and out, well maintained, and doing things year round to keep the property and buildings looking brand new! I love the holiday decor this time of year and seeing how everyone shows their holiday cheer! The gym is amazing and has everything you need for a great week’s workout plan including weights and popular machines! The valet trash is beyond helpful and they’re always on time. We would definitely recommend this property and ask for Ally when you call!

Positive experience: One of the best properties I've lived at since I started renting. There are a number of amenities that you wouldn't expect to find in other complexes; a gym, pool, complimentary trash pick-up, relatively low prices for assigned (covered and garage) parking, and you aren't even charged for water usage. The location is also very convenient; I could be on the highway and into Odessa in less than 20 minutes without too much hassle or worry about traffic. Taking into account the, less than, 5 minute drive from, at least, 2 major grocery stores, the location is quite excellent. The front office staff is always so friendly and helpful whenever I have an issue, and the maintenance staff handles repairs quickly and professionally; overall, no complaints about the staff. As someone who moved here for work, if you're looking for a place to live with affordable rent, convenient, low stress driving options, and preferable amenities, I couldn't think of a better place in Midland to stay!

Fantastic experience: Nancy and I moved into the Cape House on Christmas Eve, 2016. Since then, life here has been wonderful. We didn't know what we were getting into, but it has more than lived up to expectations. The office crew is great, and the maintenance guys are just awesome. A special shout out to Deandre. It is a beautifully maintained complex. Not too far from the beautiful beaches, and near all the stores you need. To us, in 2016 we gave ourselves a Christmas present...life at the Cape House. We plan to be here many more years.

Fantastic experience: I am at the Anatole on briarwood in Midland and absolutely love it. My husband and I moved in this past summer and every time we encounter the ladies from the office(Ashley, Desiree, and Callie), they are so kind and generous. They really take the time to help us with what we need or just be friendly and chat. They also throw amazing events in the clubhouse and even though not many residents come, they still go above and beyond and are thrilled that we are there. Ashley even remembered what I brought to the thanksgiving potluck a month later!! I’m just really impressed by them and am grateful that we live in a place with such great managers.

Fantastic experience: I have been a resident at Olympus Property’s Town Commons in Gilbert for a little over a year now and have had the best time! From the beginning Laura Tinsley has been an excellent community resource. She and her team are always coming up with new ways to bring the complex together. In October there was a pumpkin carving contest and that was such a fun experience getting to see how creative my neighbors are! This is the first complex where I feel I am truly getting my money’s worth. And it’s because our leasing office staff is always working to find ways to show their appreciation of us. My favorite thing about our particular apartment is that we have 8 very large windows in the living room and kitchen which make my home the perfect home for lots of plants! Recently I showed a picture of a thanksgiving feast spread over our island and the most common comment was “wow that’s a huge island!!” I have a lot to thank Olympus Property for. Fantastic experience: This place has really made my life a lot more manageable and simple. Everything from trash pick up nightly, on time maintenance request, mail pick up, cleaned and maintained landscape. I enjoy my time here. The leasing office has been wonderful. From the time I came for a tour to their monthly resident events. They have been great. It is a wonderful place for kids? The gyms, pools, hot tubs, grills, large grassy areas, common room and the movie theater (yes! They really have one) the one person that continues to stick out is Adrian in the leasing office. He was the first person to give me a tour, handle my application, an all day to day events. The best thing, he knows my name and face. Whenever I walk I. There he greats me by my name. The small items like that mean a lot. If you are looking for a great place to live and a staff that will take care of you, definitely check out Olympus Encantada.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Olympus Harbour Island from Westchase to get my daughter into the best public school district in Tampa and eliminate my 2 hour daily commute to work. Our favorite amenity is the resort size pool, outdoor bar, grilling and dining area. It’s a fantastic space for entertaining friends! I was able to cancel my gym membership upon moving in as the property offers a large, modern fitness center. The Harbour Island neighborhood has a lot to offer and you can walk to Lightning games at Amalie Arena, Water Street, Sparkman’s Wharf, and access the river walk. Neighbors and Olympus staff are very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I’d like to take time to share my experience at Lux On Main in Downtown Carrollton! I’ve been a resident for about 1 and a half years so far and I’m for sure going to be here many more. From the staff, amenities and the lovely neighbor, lux on main has been an amazing and peaceful time for me and my puppy. This is my first apartment as a young lady and I have not experienced any trouble from the time k stepped foot in here a couple of years ago. I remember when I toured the building before moving in, they had a very detailed walk through and answered all my questions. Prior to moving in Brittany and Sam made sure everything set up and ready to go. Very speedy maintenance team throughout my time here as well! Everything stays fresh and organized and you can tell they care for their residents needs and safety. I would definitely recommend any Olympus property to anyone looking for a safe, friendly and cozy place to call home! #MyOlympusStory ☺️

Fantastic experience: My husband and I moved in to Olympus on January 9th of 2021, and we’ve been nothing but pleased with it for nearly two years! We had our fair share of apartment nightmares after college and moving in here was like a breath of fresh air. We liked it so much we got his mom to move in a few buildings down from us! The amenities are wonderful, the gym is big enough to accommodate so many people, grabbing a treadmill or weight machine has never been an issue. The pool is LOVELY, and everyone you meet in the community is always so friendly. I never used the tanning bed, but my mother in law used it weekly and loved it. The gorgeous leasing office is a host to so many fun events, our favorite is Mellow Mondays, where you can mingle and share wine. They have lots of fun parties for kids as well! We definitely don’t worry about having kids while we live here, because it’s a very family friendly community. They have food trucks park in our complex nearly every weekend for an easy meal option, which can be so convenient. Aside from the amenities, the maintenance staff and front desk staff are all so nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are ALWAYS taken care of within 24 hours, and they’re very efficient. They even have valet trash services so you don’t need to carry your trash to the dumpsters. The parking here is ample for resident and guests, as well! All that aside, the apartments are so beautiful and nice to live in, both the units and the complex. They’re always planting grass or flowers or painting to make it looks as beautiful as possible. I highly recommend living here for the aesthetics, price, convenience, and location!

Fantastic experience: A few months ago, we moved to Olympus Lake Carolyn and are so thankful they have such an amazing management/maintenance team on staff. Our unit was being completely remodeled prior to our move in date, and the construction team was not quite finished when our moving trucks arrived. The Olympus management team jumped into action and made things comfortable for us (put us up in hotel, provided meals and tons of support) until the following day when all construction was complete. Olympus management and maintenance team focused on our happiness and made sure once we were all moved in that everything was PERFECT!! We can't say THANK YOU enough to all involved!! On a separate note: A couple of months later, a garage issue occurred, and I have not seen a team jump into action so quickly and get things resolved. They worked late into the night a couple of days all the while helping all tenants find alternate parking and kept us up to date on the resolution of the issue. Ensuring our safety was their top priority!! Again, we can't say THANK YOU enough to all involved!! I hope they are ok with us hanging around for awhile .... we do not plan on moving anytime in the near future!! Wishing you all a Happy Holiday and Happy New Year!!

Fantastic experience: I think we can all agree that with the economy lately.. paying for housing has been pretty expensive. When we were looking for someone decently priced but still within a nice and well kept community/living spaces it seemed almost impossible. Everything was over priced for what was being offered. I stumbled across Town Commons when visiting the coffee shop in the complex. I thought how it’d probably be too good to be true but I am so glad I was wrong. Not only did they beat their competitors prices and in a way that we knew we could afford it and continue saving for a house but the overall apartment/complex is just unmatched. The biggest stand out to me was the staff. When we were first applying there was an issue showing from a previous apartment when I was younger. I was completely confused because what was being stated wasn’t correct. The manager took the time out of her day to sit down with me and make calls/send emails to get it all situated so we could finish our app and get everything secured! I was so impressed and so thrilled! All the maintenance staff is so so kind and friendly. Always willing to lend a helping hand with a smile. All in all- I would 100% recommend to anyone looking. Thank you all for everything!

Fantastic experience: We have lived at Olympus Hudson Oaks, for two years, we have went through the changes of management and by far Olympus has been the best management we have had since we have been here. The front office staff is always friendly and always gets us what we need. We have had a few maintenance requests, lights gone out, or sink clogged, air filter needed to be changed and the maintenance man is amazing. Never takes him more than a few days or less to address the issue and fix it. Morgan always keeps us informed, sending out emails and answering our calls if we need to ask about anything. Neighbors are nice, and considerate. We are very happy here, and love calling this apt home.

Fantastic experience: I’ve lived at Olympus apartments since August and I love it. We have in unit washers and dryers. My dogs have their own bedroom. I have a garage and my husband has covered parking. But most of all we love how friendly Tristan the property manager in Idaho is. He came to our rescue with a quick move in date when an apartment we were supposed to move into turned out to be a scam. Tristan helped us get into our apartment quickly and make sure it was a good fit for us before we signed into a lease. The apartment was amazing since first sight at the tour. We love Olympus apartments.

Fantastic experience: I really take my safety seriously, and Olympus Carrington is a very safe place. The staffs are responsive and quick with my requests. The apartment itself is well kept and clean. I’ve had a lot of people complimenting such a nice place I’m living in. I think the trash valet and package room can be improved, but the management definitely take our concerns seriously and try to improve our living experience.

Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I have lived at Olympus Hudson Oaks since they very first opened. We love the property and all the amenities. Plus we have a great sense of community with our neighbors and the Olympus staff! Our neighbors are like family and they are always there if we need them. The Olympus staff have been very accommodating, punctual in maintenance request and leave the property beautiful. The office ladies are so kind and helpful with all your needs. The Property Manager, Ashley, is very friendly and makes coming to with any concerns like coming to a friend. They really make living here a dream! We plan on moving to Colorado in the future and have even found an Olympus property there, we love it so much. Definitely recommend this property!

Fantastic experience: Hi! We have lived in the Olympus Northpoint in Albuquerque, NM. When we moved here it was a really tough choice between Olympus and another property, and the deciding factor in our decision was the next-level friendly service from Dominique and Carla in the office. And let me tell you, we are really happy! The grounds are well kept, the interior of our apartment is beautiful, we love the gym and hot tub, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. When we need something, whether it is help printing a document, a restaurant recommendation, or assistance with a delivery, Dominique and Carla always go the extra mile. Highly recommend Olympus Northpoint!

Fantastic experience: I have been living at one of the Olympus Property’s for 1 year and half. I love the property and the management! They really do care to help you out if you have any issues! I have always wanted to live in a place that had an elevator and they offer it at the property I live! Image going grocery shopping and having to do many trip up and down the stairs? Over here you don't have to worry about it! The elevator has your back !! Lux on Main is a great place and I have enjoyed and still do enjoy my time over here! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I moved to Cape House from Missouri on 3/28 and have absolutely fell in love with the apartment I am renting! I love the gym and what it offers and I go about 4 days a week. The pools are amazing and well kept! The grounds at Cape House are so pretty and well kept. Maintenance is quick to respond when you have an issue. There are cameras in every direction so I feel safe in the community. I work at the Beach so my drive is only 10 minutes which I love! So happy I made the move to Cape House!!

Fantastic experience: When I finished nursing school, I wanted to finally get a place of my own. I was nervous because I’ve never lived by myself before and I wasn’t sure if I’d feel safe alone. However, me and my puppy found Olympus Encantada (Santa Monica location) and immediately fell in love. It has a wonderful dog park my puppy loves visiting daily and making new friends. I personally love the security of the complex and never feel unsafe. I also love the fire pits, movie theater, and pool, and my family always picks my apartment for get togethers now! I appreciate the supportive staff and plan on renewing my lease! Highly recommend

There are consistent community events and the property is always kept so clean. I frequent the gym and pool here and never have any complaints. Fantastic experience: My experience staying at one of the Olympus properties which is the Davis has been extremely amazing! I love the staff and the community. Every single person that works in the leasing office are not just great individuals but very understanding and honest. I just say that’s very hard to come across now of days. The transparency from all the staff is great. From the property manager, to the leasing agents and the very sweet maintenance men, everyone is great! If I could recommend this property to the world I would because my experience has been nothing but a pleasure. Unless I move from Dallas for good, the Davis apartments will be my forever home until the thought of purchasing a home comes to mind. In all I love everything about the property and I’m happy to be apart of the community! The davis is amazing. Aubrey, sage, Jamie, and Jessica has been truly amazing and you have great people running your properties. Happy holidays to all.

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend living at Carrington Oaks. The units are luxurious and the amenities are amazing! I've lived in a house for years up until last year when I sold it and moved to Buda, TX. Then my husband died 8 months later. We were living in a RV temporarily but I ended up living in it for a year. I wasn't sure I wanted to live in an apartment again. I was concerned about feeling safe enough in a community setting. Well let me tell you that I am SO glad I moved in! The ladies in the office are great, maintenance gets stuff done in a timely manner, it's super pet friendly, my neighbors are friendly and everyone is super nice. I highly recommend checking out Carrington Oaks if you are looking for a nice, quiet new place to live. ☺️

Fantastic experience: From the tour, moving and now living here everything has been so easy and such a dream. Steven who works at the Gilbert Cadia office is involved in the community and he definitely had a say in us moving in. He has such great communication, knowledge of the apartments and he really gets involved with everyone that lives here. We were a walk in for a tour and he was happy to help! He was so great with our twins and made sure to show us the playground! The playground, pool, jacuzzi and the gym is probably the most places we spend our time! It was such a plus to have an actual playground for our twins. Then to make it even better the gym was amazing! It was one of the best gyms I’ve seen an apartment complex have. Maintenance is also REALLY quick. Everyone here has been so great! My little family is really happy to be calling this place our home. We cannot wait for years to come. To celebrate birthdays here and just grill by the pool on a hot summer day. We really just instantly fell in love with this place.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Sedona ranch, an Olympus property! We have lived in over 5 different complexes and this one is by far the best. The employees are amazing, location is great, and the community is wonderful and welcoming. Ever since we have toured the apartment the employees have been nothing but helpful and understanding. They have had great communication and help with almost everything we have needed. We love the location because it is near everything we need and a great middle between all of Odessa and midland. Plus the community is fun and a great family place as well. I feel really good about raising my family here! Plus they always have events to involve All the residents which is great as well. Fantastic experience: I have lived at Granite for almost a year now and have been so pleased with the community, the management, and the various accommodations on site. I have always prioritized safety when choosing a place to live and have never felt unsafe when in my apartment or out and about with my dog. My husband and I have enjoyed the pool/hot tub, the grass areas where our dog can run, and the events held in the club house. We have had fun attending the various parties held in the club house and even got to enjoy a pre thanksgiving meal! Granite has made us feel so at home!

Fantastic experience: Wow, this is so emotional. This is my first home since I arrived in this wonderful country almost three years ago. This means that I have been living here in this community for almost three years. First, I lived in a room and then I moved here, rather to the apartment. next door with two rooms I am extremely happy to live here because of their kindness they are committed to their inhabitants the security that this complex gives me is beyond words... Fantastic experience: I toured countless properties when I moved from TN to AZ, and I got so tired of looking for the exact thing I wanted that I did the unthinkable….I leased my apartment at Town Commons by Olympus Property site unseen! I strictly based it off of pictures. Luck must have been on my side because this is BY FAR the nicest property I’ve ever lived at. The cleanliness is unmatched, management is superior to any other, amenities are incomparable, and the feeling of coming home and feeling relaxed and actually feeling at home is unbeatable. I can’t speak highly enough of how GREAT my time has been here. I’m getting married in May, and my fiancé is moving from Glendale to live with me because she’s in love with the property and apartment too!! I honestly can’t wait to renew

Fantastic experience: We love it here at Olympus @ the District in South Jordan, Utah. We love living here. Management is nice and friendly and understanding. Cindy is the best. Maintance is top notch always on the go and when I put in a request maybe 2 hours go by and they are here fixing it. If I put the request in late in the day they are here the next day. Both Nate and Jake are also super friendly those are the maintance guys. I recommend this place to my family and friends all the time. The club house, gym, pool, and hot tub are very nice, there's even a section for little kids with a splash pad and 2 play grounds. People actually pick up after their dogs. It's animal friendly. The neighbors are nice and friendly. The location is GREAT! Like I said we just love here, I could go on and on. Can't wait to renew our lease come next year! Fantastic experience: Okay let’s be honest! Finding an apartment is hard work and takes so much time and effort. I was stressed, ..stressed! I was told our townhome we were set to lease was on hold not 1 month but 2 months due to construction building material shortages. I let them know we wouldn’t be moving forward with the townhome and was back to square one. Our lease was ending, I also was pregnant set to give birth in TWO WEEKS so time was of the essence. I had went to a few other properties before coming to the Montgomery, none of them compared. These were new, great interior, and perfect location. The Olympus leasing staff were so warm and welcoming! They answered all my questions and were understanding of my urgency. My husband and I moved in a week after I gave birth. The staff even checked on me and my baby. My “Olympus Story” is unique and I love where I live!

Fantastic experience: I have been living in Oceanside for 2 years now and love where I call home. My husband and I got our first place together here and have been so happy with the staff and amenities. Perfect place to raise our family. We love to be apart of all of the community’s fun stuff going on such as Saturday mornings yoga, food trucks, food donation drives, puppy days, and more! As a bonus, the upkeep in our neighborhood is 10/10 and the maintenance staff are nice, helpful and fast! We have recommended friends to move here with us and they love it too!

Fantastic experience: When I separated from the military and moved to a new state, into a new apt, site unseen, I was terrified to say the least. I read reviews of apartment complexes all over town, did virtual tours and looked at all the pictures I could before I settled on an Olympus Property apartment complex. I am very pleased and grateful to say I was not disappointed. In my time at the property I’ve never really had any major issues. The property is well kept, safe, conveniently located, and maintenance responds in fantastic time. The amenities are nice and although valet trash can be a little wishwashy (not at fault of the property, it’s an external company) the convenience is really nice! I’ve already renewed my lease once and if I wasn’t planning on buying a home I would happily renew for another year here.

Fantastic experience: Sedona Ranch is an amazing Olympus Property. I have enjoyed raising my now almost two year old son here. We have had lots of great times in this apartment and we just brought home our second child home who I am very excited to see every milestone of her first few years of life at this place. I would recommend these apartments to anyone! Absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: Olympus Woodbridge Apartments is unlike any other apartment I have ever lived at before. The staff makes us feel like family. We have lived here one year and just renewed our lease to stay another year so far. When moving in Niji who is one of the front desk ladies helped do the walk through and get us started. She was very patient with us while we decided which apartment space would work best for us. We were able to move in without a hick up. The apartment itself has felt like a home. The kitchen is my favorite space. With the plenty of storage kitchen space and the nice granted counter tops. Even though we have only a two bedroom, we love having people over because it feels so homey and spacious. When moving in at the time we had a ten month old, And now we have a one and a half year old and a new born. Me and my kiddos are always roaming around outside to stretch our legs, and we are always greeted by any employee we pass by. They always have smiles for the kids and ask how I’m doing. And it always seems so genuine. My favorite Manager is Mrs. Mandy. She is so sweet from head to toe, and always wants to make sure her tenants are cared for. The few times we had to bring an issue of concern to her, she is quick to act and reconcile what is needed. When we had our newborn, niji and daphne personally came to our door to bring us a card signed by all the staff, a sweet gift for both my kids and a gift card to target. How sweet is that?? These kinds of acts you never see at any apartment complex. Olympus Woodbridge is one of a kind. The events they throw for the residents throughout the year are so fun and family oriented. They go above and beyond every time and it’s always so surprising that an apartment complex would have such good parties. My husband and kids have really loved our stay so far, and are so glad we have picked to live here until we are able to buy a home of our own. This a great community and safe place to live. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Olympus Boulevard!! I have lived on this property for three years in January. The property is very well maintained and I feel safe living here with the secure garage and security measures. I live in an ADA apartment and feel secure! I use a wheelchair and my neighbors have been so lovely offering to assist where needed. But perhaps the most amazing part are the assistants at Olympus Boulevard!!! Brandon and Jessie are simply fabulous. Brandon always helps me with my packages after work on his own time and Jessie is always willing to help with the website when needed. They both go above and beyond to help me! The entire maintenance crew including Bernard and Carlos are also so helpful. Maintenance requests are always completed within 24 hours!!! I can’t speak highly enough of these simply lovely staff members!

Fantastic experience: My favorite part of Olympus Waterford is the small community. I really feel at home and have had chances to get to know my neighbors. The staff are also so understanding and genuinely care about the residents. I would reccomend this complex to any friend as they are luxury for a great price, and the small community cannot be beat! I also LOVE the vaulted ceilings and that each building is only 2 stories tall as well as that 2nd story apartments gave private staircases. I feel like this is home.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Cape House in October of 2022 having never been to Jacksonville in my life and from over 300 miles away. I was so afraid of choosing a good location and I’m still beyond grateful at my absolute outstanding luck in finding this beautiful community!! Maddy was my saving grace during the entire process from my initial call to inquire about an available unit, through my move in and even now. Her beautiful spirit shines like a Diamond and she was always 100% on top of each and every of my millions of questions!!! She even ensured that my washer/dryer was installed just one day after I moved in!!! In addition she went above and beyond to ensure that she found me the perfect unit to provide me with not only a beautiful view but also a quiet and calm environment as I’m a remote worker with a fast paced stressful career. Not only is the property as a whole absolutely stunning, but the valet trash is AMAZING!!! I have never lived anywhere this was an amenity and it’s absolutely brilliant!! I was also absolutely thrilled with the “speak to a resident feature” as well as the option to be able to measure and view the units virtually!!! Through the speak with a resident I was able to receive a discount on my 1st month’s rent and the ability to measure the rooms of my unit was a true blessing as I knew all my furnishings were going to fit in perfectly. From this property’s location to beauty to staff, this is by far the most perfect property I’ve ever had the pleasure of residing at and I’m planning on staying until I purchase a home. Fantastic experience: Hello everyone, I reside at Ave 25 apartments which is managed by Olympus Property. When I first moved in, the property was being managed by a different rental company, and my experience was horrible. I truly thought my decision to reside here was a mistake due to the lack of miscommunication/lack of action needed. A month later Olympus took over as the property management team. They were able to resolve an issue within a day that the prior management company couldn’t resolve in a month. Adrian in the office went above and beyond my expectations. Great customer service, friendly, and is very prompt! Olympus has made their presence known with welcoming everyone in the complex with treats, food, and cocktails… the way to our hearts! This is the way you make an impression and give back to all the tenants when we weren’t expecting it. This kind gesture was another reason why I live residing here now. They keep the complex spotless, and common areas are well maintenanced. Olympus keeps up with the trends, and has implemented trash service.. one of this things I love! I truly appreciate your hard work, and communication. We are well aware of any issues, alerted about unforeseen issues, and I appreciate the updates you provide to the community via email. Olympus is a company you can rely on when needed, and do a wonderful job keeping their tenants happy. Fantastic experience: Best apartment and apartment management in Albuqurque. They help fix any issues promptly. Great communication from management. This is a big one for me. Bad communication from management can ruin the living experience in an apartment. They do a fantastic job. We feel very safe. The apartment is super nice and renovated. We like our neighbors. Everyone is friendly. I have had bad experiences elsewhere, and I am super grateful to have found this apartment. The gym and pool are also a big plus.

Fantastic experience: We live at Olympus Steelyard in Chandler, AZ. We moved in October 2021. Both my partner and I grew up in Arizona but had moved away to Texas for several years. We had JUST moved in to an apartment less than a month prior when we found out we only had 6 short weeks to relocate back to Arizona for my partners job. We scrambled to find somewhere to live and after several tours we found ourselves at Olympus Steelyard. I remember several years ago delivering pizza in Chandler just trying to make it through college and delivering to these apartments I always wondered what it must be like to live somewhere so beautiful and nice. So walking in we knew immediately that’s where we belonged. We love it here. The staff is amazing, the community is amazing. We love food truck Thursdays! We love love love the holidays and decorating and Olympus not only allows but encourages us to go all out. (If you live in Steelyard you might know us as the pumpkin lights apartment) it’s been an absolute pleasure living here and they made the transition back to AZ so delightful. So easy and quick. Our lease was up in October and for the very first time ever we renewed our lease for a second term and we don’t see ourselves leaving anytime soon.

Fantastic experience: I've been living at the Santa Monica location in ABQ, NM for about a year now and I am very satisfied with my decision to live here. I have had no issues with maintenance, safety, and neighbors. The gated community is very reliable, I've had no issues worrying about my safety. The apartment complex is very dog friendly. I love the small dog park they have inside the complex and all the dog bag stations around. The neighborhood around is also a perfect community to take your dogs on a walk with a great view of the mountains in the east side. They've opened a food truck right next to the church near the complex so you have a nice area to walk to. The staff at the leasing office are super great! Adrian is my favorite and I always seek him out whenever I need help.

Fantastic experience: This is my second year living at Olympus Hillwood apartments in Murfreesboro Tn . I have to say the property is very well kept and I love my location of my apartment near the courtyard pool area. Very quiet , which I love . All my neighbors are very friendly and Kind. The staff has always been very nice , If I had any concerns or issues, they have been resolved quickly . Great Community of folks. Kudos to the Olympus Team !!!!

Fantastic experience: The Olympus community has been nothing short of a great living experience. I have lived here for just over a year now and have not been dissatisfied once. Problems get resolved quickly, the maintenance team is professional and the neighborhood is always clean. As everyone knows, life can get crazy sometimes and finacial hardships happen. The employees in the front office are always understanding and willing to help in any possible way they can!

Fantastic experience: There isn’t a single downside to living in this beautiful community! (Ocio plaza del Rio apartments) The upgraded style and layout of these apartments and town homes are beautifully styled! The big kitchen sinks, large windows, wood floors and large bathtubs are what really sold me! There are 2 (very nice) heated pools and a cute little dog park perfect for every pup! The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away! All the people I’ve met living here are also very nice. The ladies in the front office are very helpful all the time and the maintenance staff really cares! Any issues I’ve had (2) have been resolved same day and we’re handled properly! I couldn’t imagine a better community to live in! I absolutely love it here!
