Fantastic experience: I’ve been renting with RPM for three years now across two different properties, and the experience has been consistently great. Maintenance is always on point, and they’re quick to respond whenever something comes up. Big thanks to Connie for her professional and friendly management…truly makes a difference.

Negative experience: (Concord, CA office) I want to view a property. Unlike everyone else, in order to do that you must jump through computer hoops without ever speaking to a person. I have taken a photo and downloaded it 3-4 times. It can be hours or minutes until it gives me the message that my tour was canceled because they need my ID. There is no way to get in touch with anyone to fix it. Everything leads to a computer without options to HELP.. I called the main number and was hung up on twice. Once, I could hear someone in the background, but then it was just silence until the phone went dead. Once I spoke with someone who sent me a link to the wrong company. I’m just trying to rent a place. I have never encountered this runaround, waste of time and clear indifference before. Choosing a home is a personal experience and requires person to person contact. Not being able to get in touch with someone and/or speak with someone - after four or five hours total of trying to set up a tour - is a nightmare. Be very wary about using them as your listing agent and/or renting from them. If this fiasco is anything to go by, they must be horrible managers, and very hard to get in touch with.

Fantastic experience: It is a good property, spacious rooms and big backyard. I wish I can apply but I would be living with my brother his wife and 2 kids and one room is only accessible from a common area which can also be a room. Also to go out the backyard through the sliding door we have to access to that common area which is also regarded as a room. But if it was only me or only my brother and his little family it’s a high recommendation for this property. Thank you. Positive experience: Paolo was helpful in coordinating my self-guided tour of a condo in Sacramento. Although there was much confusion during my first request & confirmed viewing time, which left me unable to gain access to the property, I followed up my initial inquiry with a secondary request. After exchanging multiple text messages & clicking on email links she sent, I was able to view the condo later that day. While the unit seemed nice, I noticed several issues with the upstairs layout which would create issues for moving in larger pieces of furniture. While the unit was clean & had all the necessary amenities, it did not provide user-friendly ergonomics of functionality.

Negative experience: Paola Perez scheduled an appointment to self show the property and I never received a lock box key code to let myself in to see the property. I stood here for 30 minutes; its cold and there are mosquitos flying around. This was not professional, if 5pm was not a good time... Paola should have said so.
