Newgent Property Management

Negative experience: This management company is terrible and they don't care for condo owners at all. They side with the board members and hear no one else's side. What I thought would be a good experience quickly turned bad when I followed all the rules and regulations, and because the board member had a disagreement with me, she decided to have violations imposed on me. No matter all the proof I had this management company did not listen and continued to charge me the violation anyway. They then started to ignore my emails and calls. This board member has threatened me to the point I do not feel safe in my home and I decided to put a Ring camera for my safety To make matters worse Newgent management sent me an email to remove my Ring camera if not they with give me a violation for it. The harassment and disrespect and discrimination for being part of the lGBTQ community continues.

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS All of these reviews for this company have to be FAKE. This has to be the WORST property management company in NYC. However appealing the low rent may be, at the end of the day IT IS NOT WORTH IT! 2 years in one of their buildings was more than enough and I still haven't received my security deposit 3 months later (even though the Super and building ownership assured I would get it). THEY EVEN SENT ME A CHECK THAT BOUNCED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
