Fantastic experience: Working with Nate was a great experience and made the home selling process much less stressful for me. He was always very responsive to my messages and questions, and incredibly fast when action was needed. I really appreciated how proactive and reliable he was throughout the process. I am a first-time homebuyer, and I called him out of the blue a few months ago, wanting to put down an offer on a place I had seen during an open house; he was immediately super helpful, without even having met me. I didn’t get that house, but with his help, I found a great place and just closed on it today! Nathan made the whole process easy, since I knew literally NOTHING, and he was super pleasant to work with. He seems to know everyone, so when I needed recommendations on something, he always had contacts. Negative experience: Even though Nathan knew I was the buyers designated agent on a certain property and had put in 2 offers for the buyer he still allowed the buyer to be represented directly by an attorney to close the deal bypassing me so that the buyer does not have to pay me commission as a buyers real estate agent for that property. In short as a real estate agent working on this deal I got 0 commission

Negative experience: Working with Nathan was the most arduous professional experience I have ever had, real estate or otherwise. From offer accepted to closing, the process was filled with missed deadlines, lies, and lack of basic communication. We all know we are beholden to the behavior of our clients, and some things that come up that are out of our control, but to not have the professionalism to convey it to the other side of the transaction in a timely fashion is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Paul was amazing to work with! We found our house very shortly after starting with him, however if it hadn’t worked out that way we would have been very lucky to have Paul working for us. Always reachable and very knowledgeable. We appreciate him going to bat for us when it came to negotiating and he had recommendations of people we could use if we didn’t know who to use, we took him up on his recommendation for the home inspector and law office and both were also 5/5 stars! He'll get back to you with information on the property and then be poised and ready to set you up with a viewing. Especially in this market, where time is of the essence, he's ON IT. You won't miss out on seeing what you want to see. Plus, when you get to the property, he's prompt and ready. He can walk through a house and give excellent advice on his observations because he knows his stuff. He WONT steer you into something that not The One just to make a buck off of you (ie, too many things to fix for the price or potential appraisal issues) but he always lets you know, he'll do whatever you want and be ready to send the paperwork out. Paul's connections are just as good as him when it comes to needing lawyers, mortgage lenders, and whatever else you need. His attitude is positive and encouraging too (again, crazy market and bidding wars)! Paul Cutler really takes care of his clients and I'm so glad I was able to have him get me and family into our new home. We are so grateful!
