I could speak on that experience quite extensively but Id rather speak on all the conversation outside of that purchase. Even when I was not prepared to purchase either a primary residence or rental property Jim always answered my call, text or cup of coffee with no strings attached. I tend to lean on a scale in my professional life that I can live with which is, hopefully the person you are working with can satisfy at least 2/3 things. Fantastic experience: Ever met someone who’s just incredibly good at their job? Yeah - that’s Connor Chesnut. We met Connor after requesting a tour of a home for the first time on Zillow. We didn’t know it automatically paired you with a local agent - so I was very surprised when he called (I didn’t answer, obviously) and then texted me to let me know he wasn’t trying to rope us into anything, he could just answer some questions for us. I decided to call him back, and I am so grateful I did. Connor was attentive and dedicated - he answered every text and call (and there were many) for last minute showing requests. I had a lot of questions, concerns, and then overall anxiety being a first time homebuyer - he always made me feel like we were his number one priority or his only client, and we weren’t - he’s just that good at his job. We finally found our dream house (thanks to Connor) hiding under a pile of old carpet and wallpaper, and I can’t wait until renovations are done and we can invite him over for a tour and a beer.
