Fantastic experience: Roseann got us into our dream home - twice. In 2023, my wife and I moved to New Haven from the west coast. After our first apartment plan fell through, we found ourselves living out of a hotel and needing a place in a hurry. We reached out to Roseann, and within two days she had us signed and moving into a beautiful apartment in Wooster Square. We knew immediately we wanted to stay in that apartment until we were ready to buy a home, and that's just what we did. Two years later in 2025, we reach out to Roseann again ready to begin looking for a home to purchase. We fell in love with a home in the same neighborhood we were already in. As first time home buyers, Roseann was a huge help and we could not have done it without her. Roseann has a wealth of information about Wooster Square and shared a ton of information that helped us with the process. She went far above and beyond to keep everything moving smoothly even when there were hiccups with our bank. Fantastic experience: Melanie was our agent for our first home (condo!) purchase and we jumped at the chance to use her for our next home. Melanie was able to keep open lines of communication between the sellers and make sure everything was done in a timely fashion so that we could satisfy the selling of our first home and purchase of our second. Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to work with Melanie Gunn for 3-4 months when I decided to move to CT from CA. Melanie and I did video tours of the properties and I follow up with questions which she responded promptly. She made herself available when I requested a follow up call/FaceTime and shared all the documents that are available right way for the houses I showed interest. We did everything remotely except the closing. Melanie is a young and energetic and hard-working but humble person, knowledgeable about the area, very easy to work with and she gets the job done quickly. She returned most of my calls and texts quickly and she made time to visit properties in short notice without excuses. Melanie provided multiple options for inspectors, attorneys and contractors and I have chosen some of them for buying the house and get some work done on the house. It has been a delight to work with Melanie.

Fantastic experience: Jack (Hill) did an amazing job. In its first year on the market, with another realtor, you could have counted the number of people who looked at our house on one hand. When we first contacted Jack, he immediately had an idea of why the listing had not been generating more interest and a plan for how to sell our house.
