Fantastic experience: We worked with Allie Bennicas on our first ever home purchase and she is absolutely wonderful! Not only was she pleasant and helpful, she was incredibly responsive, answering all of our messages the same day. She was also very patient, explaining everything in great detail and answering our many (so many!) questions. When our first agreement fell through, she was encouraging and so helpful. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Nick and Ashley in the purchase of a new home. My husband and I had debated off and on for about a year as to whether or not we wanted to move. We met with a few realtors prior to signing on with Nick and felt that Nick and Ashley would fit our personalities best. We found both to be attentive to our needs and the multiple questions we had. Positive experience: My experience with The Cliff Lewis Experience was a definite asset during the home-buying process. However, the agents' individual performances varied significantly. Initially, Wade Budinetz was the assigned agent, but a switch was requested due to his repeated lateness for appointments and consistently poor communication. The process was finished with Mike Dragotta. He was friendly and competent, and genuinely a pleasure to work with, but often provided only basic service, doing the bare minimum required. Furthermore, he sometimes didn't have answers to our specific questions. While a very pleasant individual, he wasn't the type of agent who consistently went above and beyond for client.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Lindsie Henninger for the better part of 2025. After many viewings and a few offers, we landed on a great property that suited our family very well. Fantastic experience: We needed a realtor that would help us in knowing everything we needed to do in order to sell our home and our business’s old property. Our friends recommended we talk with Mike Dragotta. If anyone can help you they said it would be him. So we reached out to Mike and he gladly accepted the challenge. We had a few things to do in order to get an active certificate of occupancy. Mike was patient and always helpful when I had questions or needed some advice. Fantastic experience: I must say that this was both the most professional and caring experience I have ever had while selling and buying homes. I was in a difficult position, and from the beginning, Carol cared more about me than her commission, giving me different options for my life crisis, which didn’t only include the decision to sell. Fantastic experience: I had to sell my parents home after their passing which was quite emotional since it was my childhood home. It was once very well loved and taken care of but unfortunately fell in a state where it had seen better days. Heather never judged me and was helpful in advice on what to spend time and money fixing. She was compassionate about the situation and made me feel my parents’ wishes were being honored and respected. She was flexible and was able to provide a timeline. She helped figuring out all the complexities that come with selling a home that isn’t yours such as giving me leads for repair people. It was a long and hard process but made easier with her help.

Fantastic experience: Making the decision to move from PA to SC was not an easy decision. When it came time to finalize the decision with the sale of our house, which we lived in for 41 years, George Mosellie helped to make the transition painless. He was available to us 24/7! With an open house at the onset of the sale, our house sold basically on the first day for $36k over the asking price. George is not only professional, but also a kind and caring person we now call “friend.”

As foreigners, we did not have experience with US real estate market and the housing types. No idea what to pay attention to. Fantastic experience: If you are looking to buy a home in the Bethlehem area, I haggle recommend Allie Bennicas to be your agent. We decided to get out of NYC, and move someplace less expensive and a whole lot less crowded and congested. Bethlehem was the perfect place, the housing market being what it is, we needed an agent that would be patient as we traveled a distance to look at homes in the area. We also needed an agent who would persevere with us through this competitive market. Allie showed us all the homes we asked to see. Allie is very knowledgeable about the area and was kind and patient with us until we finally had an offer accepted on a home we really love. Allie was super helpful as we went thru all the negotiations and the many things needed for closing.We couldn’t have done it without her help.

Fantastic experience: Gabby Buezo is a competent buyer's agent and was always there for me. If I have questions and concerns with the seller (builder of our home, in my case), she's always there to guide me. When there's a meeting I couldn't attend, she would be there to represent me and keep me abreast of everything, be it via email or calls. Even now that our settlement date has passed, Gabby is still reaching out to me to follow up on things that the builder had promised at closing time. I highly recommend Gabby not just of her expertise but also of her pleasant personality.

I have take a moment and Give A Huge shout out and Give a Big Thank to Mike Dragotta for helping us lock in and take home the keys to what will eventually be our first rental property.
