Fantastic experience: Exceptional service that didn't stop when I moved out! I cannot say enough good things about Amy Willis and Associates, LLC. Even though I moved out of their property six months ago, Jeff Willis and his team continue to blow me away with their professionalism and kindness. I recently had a package accidentally delivered to my old address. Panic set in, but I reached out to Jeff, and without hesitation, he and his team jumped into action. They retrieved the package and arranged to have it sent to my new address immediately. Most companies stop caring once you hand over the keys, but not this team. Jeff has always resolved issues professionally, but this level of care is truly rare. Fantastic experience: I couldn't move on from our rental without recognizing the outstanding service we received from Jeff Willis throughout our lease. Jeff was responsive, respectful and consistently went above and beyond- even when the issues weren't technically his responsibility. Upon running into major humidity concerns (due to construction flaws outside of his control) he didn't wait around for the builder to act. He took it upon himself to respond immediately and even spent money out of pocket to make sure we were comfortable and protected in the meantime. Jeff handled requests, questions and concerns professionally and often worked around his own personal schedule to make sure they were addressed. I can't help but feel that some of the lower reviews may be tied to tenants who simply didn't like being held accountable to the terms of their lease. Jeff is fair, thorough and clear- exactly what you want if you're the homeowner or the tenant. Be respectful, communicate openly, and you'll have an excellent experience.

Fantastic experience: Marla and the whole team at Amy Willis & Associates were an absolute dream to work with. I was coming in from a terrible experience with a different property management company where I was forced to break lease and the team here did an amazing job of making me feel heard, and welcomed. They were extremely flexible with timelines and never made me feel pressured about anything. If I could do it all over again, I would have gone with Marla and Amy Willis LLC from the beginning. 5/5 stars, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We found our way to Amy and Jeff for my elderly mother's property after our first listing failed—six months with zero buyer interest. Jeff assessed our situation, gave us a plan to make the property worthy of buyer interest, and executed the renovation plan. Within two months of finishing the renovations and re-listing the property, we had a compelling offer. We just recently closed, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Negative experience: this is the worst agency to go through when buying or renting a house. the guy that was supposed to be helping us is named bert. instead they were extremely unhelpful and rude. they didn’t care to explain anything or even respond to our questions. they took hours to reply at a time and led us on the whole time knowing we wouldn’t get the house and stopped answering our questions after they rejected us for no reason. i would’ve given 0 stars but its making me put 1.

Fantastic experience: I have purchased two homes and sold one through Amy Willis and Associates. Amy and her team on the purchase side are amazing, unless you do this every day and know all the ins and outs and trip falls that await you, you truly need someone to guide you on making the correct timely decisions on a life-changing purchase. On both of our home purchases, Amy and her team fulfilled everything we could have hoped for and more. On the selling side, Jeff is incredible, he has a system that is based on metrics and current trends to put you in a position to sell in the timeframe you need. Fantastic experience: Jeff helped us a lot. We identified some repairs needed before listing the house: some carpet and interior painting. Jeff managed those projects. We were not in Corpus Christi when the house was listed. We got two offers within the first week and accepted one of those offers. There were needed repairs following the various home inspections and Jeff managed all of those repairs. There were no surprises at closing as a result. Jeff made it easy for us to sell. My son used Jeff twice and stated that Jeff was a concierge realtor. After our experience, I think my son was spot on. I appreciated Jeff's straight forward and transparent approach.

When I forgot to change the shipping address on an order and a gift was delivered in error to the house we sold, I reached out to Jeff to see if anything could be done. The Willis family coordinated retrieval of the gift and mailed it to the correct address, more than 1000 miles away. It was an amazing act of kindness to take time out of the busy holiday season to assist our family and make sure the gift arrived to the correct address in time for the holiday. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Simply an OUTSTANDING JOB! As the seller, I couldn't have found a better representative. At the start Jeff was absolutely right on his advice to me. His read on the market was spot on. My lesson...listen to your realtor when you have one as good as Jeff. But there's more, I think I just lucked out in finding Jeff. First, there were some minor repairs and touch ups that came from the inspection. Jeff had so many contractor contacts it made it easy to get things done fast with fair prices. Also, since I had already relocated away from Corpus Christi, it would have been difficult to get all of the repairs done myself. Jeff handled everything as if he was the seller! What a guy! Second, Jeff's professionalism and calm demeanor really made the difference in getting the sale done. He kept me in the right mind set and stayed focused on the goal. Fantastic experience: My rental house was well maintained through this company. Even when I sold my house this time, everything went smoothly. I thank God for meeting this company.

Negative experience: If you rent from them, do not expect to get them to return your deposit. Caveat emptor let the renter beware. They charged me for holes left by the previous tenant. They charged me for sink stoppers that were never in place. They charged me $$440 to clean out the dryer vents. They charged me for cleanup fee of $180 even after me and my partner scrubbed that apartment head to toe. So just know if you rent from them don’t expect your money back. they charged me $600 to replace the carpet on the stairwell ( excessive). The staircase consisted of 12 to 13 steps. So out of $1795 in deposits they returned only $360. I had originally contracted the apartment while still living in Mississippi assuming that the apartment would be up to snuff. Even before we moved in, I paid for half months rent to try and being considerate to them for having the space opened and reserved for me. Lesson learned. So be very careful when renting from any of their properties. let me also add that I was never late on any rent payments and provided them with 60 days notice before I moved out.

Fantastic experience: Working with Jeff was great, my wife and I couldn’t have asked for better service when selling our house. He was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, and he got us an offer with great terms within a day. Since they are also a property management company, they have sub-contractors for any possible scenario that may come up. For the post-inspection repairs, Jeff took care of scheduling the repairs himself with the vendors he uses regularly and just added their invoices (which were more than reasonable) to our closing disclosure to be paid with our proceeds. We had to do almost no work on our end.

Negative experience: My work moved me down here and due to the uncertainty of the economy, I decided to rent instead of buy. Sadly, Amy Willis & Associates does not provide a clean property hand over, this issue was identified early on, Jeff asked me "are you used to living in a palace?", my response was no, but I do expect a clean home when I move in. In addition to dirty filters, a moldy shower with soap scum, and a tub that was not touched. There are fingernail clippings in drawers that were not wiped out, and food crumbs in the drawers in the kitchen, the cleaning gal said I had to call the office and schedule that to be cleaned as they are only allowing her to clean the tub, shower, and sink in the master bath. I know who I will not be using as a realtor when I do purchase here in Corpus.

He also has a great network of skilled contractors to do any repairs that we thought necessary and helped navigate through any repairs that the buyers requested. The for sale sign went up and in what amounted to a hours the sale pending sign went up.
