A few things have stuck out for us on the strong work ethic Kathy encompasses. She works in real time.What I mean by that is she, is prompt with getting paperwork completed. She is on top of getting phone calls followed up with with swift responses from the sellers. For some of the properties that we were interested in, she was able to obtain inspection reports, and or termite inspection reports so that we could see what we would be up against. From the beginning, communication was lacking, misleading and promises were repeatedly made and then broken. Information he provided turned out to be inaccurate.
