Inspectors this time around we're not as thorough but addressed all concerns we had with the property.

Fantastic experience: Impressed is an understatement. We didnt have the best experience with a relator previous to alesha and lost hope. After our first day of looking at houses with her our whole mood changed. She is so knowledged about far beyond the home you look at. Fantastic experience: Our Review Of Realtor Stacee Robison working with Keller Williams of Lansing My name is Dennis, and my wife Doris and I just sold our house in Dewitt, MI. Our plan was to sell this home and build our retirement home on the river in the Mt Pleasant area. We had a figure that we needed to build the house that we wanted. I contemplated doing a For Sale By Owner to accomplish hitting that net figure needed. I did a lot of research about FSBO and kept reading not to do it. I also researched the best realtors in the area. Several came up and Stacee was one of them. I did reach out to her and explained what my thoughts were on selling the house. She also explained to me with data that selling by owner was not a good idea. We reached out to all our neighbors informing them that we were selling our home. That word of mouth did generate some interest. So, we showed the house to three couples. They were very nice and very complimentary of our home. We told them what our asking price was, and we asked for feedback. In all honesty we did not know if the couples were really interested in buying a home or if they were financially capable of purchasing our home. We decided to go with Stacee. Definitely one of our smarter decisions. Stacee knew what our goal was and went to work. I worked on getting the house ready to sell. Stacee arranged for professional pictures and video. We were ready. Listing Day: Stacee’s Keller Williams team communicated what I needed to do and what to expect. They used a scheduling app called Client Connect. On the first day of listing we had three showings. The request would pop up in the app and I could confirm or deny. I made myself completely available to be out of the house. The second day there were six showings. The third day had eight showings. The fourth day had eight showings. The fifth day had six showings and the sixth day was an open house. WOW, there is a lot to this. We were confident that each showing was with clients that were interested and also capable of purchasing our home. I consider myself a capable person. Trying to do this myself would have been overwhelming! Offers: We had multiple offers and several really good ones. Stacee made a spreadsheet with the pluses and minuses. There were statements in the offers that I had never heard of like mortgage valuation guarantees. Stacee knew what to do and provided us with what she thought was the best offer and did some negotiating. The Bottom Line: We sold our house to a very nice couple.
