Fantastic experience: I completed my villa purchase with Costa Brava Fincas (‘CBF’) in February 2024. The service I received was impeccable throughout the entire purchase journey. Their first class service was not limited to the villa purchase, as CBF also guided me with Spanish banks, Public Notary services, architects and builder recommendations, the complex Spanish bureaucracy and answered my multiple and frequent questions via email and WhatsApp promptly. This value added service and client centric attitude sets the standard and places CBF head & shoulders above the competition. From Day 1, Xander offered a video tour of my beautiful property as I live in Dubai. The experience that followed put my mind at ease. On ne peut que louer les services de Warwick le directeur ainsi que la gentillesse de Laura. Quant à Alexander sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme sont exceptionnels. Il a tout de suite compris nos attentes et nous a fait visiter une quinzaine d’appartements jusqu’à trouver celui qui nous correspondait. Fantastic experience: Not too certain how we came into contact with Warwick from CBFs but ever so glad we did otherwise, eight months on, we may still be looking for an apartment in S’Agaro. October 2020 we arrived on the Costa Brava full of hope that we’d easily find an apartment to buy. We viewed lots of places through other estate agencies but all were quite unsuitable - and as our stay was coming to an end we thought we’d be going home very disappointed. The day before we were leaving Warwick popped into our lives - and things have been ‘perfecto’ ever since. He found us a great apartment which we viewed just before leaving for the airport. With Laura’s assistance, the whole buying process, which was done from the UK, was a well-oiled machine. CBFs organised everything for us, just wish house buying was as easy in England. Unfortunately Covid delayed the purchase otherwise we’d have been the proud owners way back in February instead of May. In between, Warwick sourced us a builder to undertake improvement work and Laura has helped us with all the necessary administration. CBFs is, in our opinion, a very professional enterprise and when you are told that something will be done you can be assured it will actually be done. Couldn’t recommend them more highly. Negative experience: Alquilamos un apartamento en Platja d'Aro a través de Costra Brava Fincas. Queremos publicar nuestra experiencia con esta agencia para que otros usuarios no tengan que "sufrir" el mal servicio que ofrecen. Se trata de un apartamento (en el edificio Nereides) en primera linea de mar y de alto standing. El check in era para las tres de la tarde. Nos pidieron si podíamos entrar a las cinco de la tarde por un problema que habían tenido con el servicio de limpieza, cosa que aceptamos. Finalmente pudimos acceder a las 8 de la noche. El alquiler incluía plaza de parking que en el momento de aparcar estaba ocupado por otro vehículo que resultó ser de un amigo de la propiedad. Una vez en el apartamento vimos que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y tuvimos que avisar a la agencia y la avería no se solucionó hasta pasados tres días. También vimos que una de las persianas con vistas al mar no funcionaba, estaba bajada con lo que no podías ver ni la playa ni el paseo marítimo. Esta avería, a pesar de que la comunicamos el primer día, no se solucionó durante toda la estancia que fue de 15 días. Verdaderamente esta experiencia ha sido muy lamentable y más teniendo en cuenta la situación acumulada con la pandemia que sufrimos y que hace todavía más esperadas las vacaciones. La actitud de servicio de una agencia como esta puede arruinarte las vacaciones tan esperadas. No recomendamos utilizar Costa Brava Fincas como agencia inmobiliaria.
