Negative experience: Com a gestors de comunitat he de valorar que la meva experiència ha estat pèssima. Hi ha molt mala comunicació i molt poca resolució de les incidències. Les reunions de la comunitat, pel que sembla, no s’estan duent a terme, i poden trigar una eternitat a respondre un simple correu electrònic. Mostren molt poca implicació, tenint en compte que es paga per un servei que, fins al moment, des del juliol del 2024, no ha resolt incidències bàsiques. La porta del portal no s’obre correctament, els timbres del porter automàtic no funcionen ni es veuen els números, i les bústies de correu dels pisos estan trencades o en molt mal estat. Parlem de coses bàsiques, però no s’ha invertit ni un euro a reparar-ho o substituir-ho. En breu farà un any i seguim igual. Potser si ho diem per aquí ens faran cas.

Negative experience: Tardaron un montón en devolvernos la fianza y después de 6 meses de marcharnos todavía nos están cobrando el recibo del agua. También nos estuvieron cobrando la electricidad cuando ya no vivíamos allí. Una vergüenza, Salvador se disculpa siempre pero sigue haciendo lo mismo.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia, les alquilamos un piso que en teoría no tenia humedades, cuando la dueña del piso ya saca sus pertenencias ( 1 dia antes de firmar el contrato ) y una vez firmado el contrato vamos al piso y nos encontramos la habitación llena de húmedas. A raíz de hay empiezan los problemas con la agencia TOT GESTIO no se hacen cargo de nada y pasan de todo. A la hora de comunicarles los desperfectos del piso no contestan el teléfono. También les preguntemos si estaba todo al corriente de pago y decían que si y que en todo caso si hay alguna factura por pagar la dueña se debe hacer cargo de todo y 2 días después de firmar el contrato nos dicen que la dueña debe un tanto % de dinero a la compañía del Gas Natural y que no se quiere hacer cargo de nada. OS RECOMIENDO OTRA GESTORIA

Negative experience: Terrible experiencia. Alquilamos nuestro piso a través de ellos, y no nos quisieron pagar lo firmado en el contrato alegando excusas baratas. Hace un año de ésto y todavía no nos han pagado. Falta de ética y profesionalidad. Jamás utilicéis esta agencia.
