Fantastic experience: We had a very positive experience with Lucas Fox Platja d’Aro, particularly with Andrea Maw. We wanted to buy a house on the Costa Brava, but we had many questions about what to look for, etc. While on vacation in the region, we responded to a property listing, after which Andrea immediately got in touch and provided us with advice. Andrea connected us with the right people to successfully navigate the purchasing process. She also advised us well and honestly regarding the types of houses, locations, etc. We returned a few weeks later, visited five houses one morning, and our dream home was among them! Fantastic experience: After months, possibly years, of looking at properties online, I submitted a blind request to Lucas Fox and immediately received a message from Andrea Maw suggesting a phone conversation. I learned so much in that cheerful exchange that I resolved to narrow my search to Sant Feliu de Guíxols, where, on a visit two months later, my husband and I bought the house that we can't wait to return to. Andrea's deep knowledge of the area along with justified enthusiasm for the region made reaching our final decision easy. She and her colleague Steeve Menet answered all of our questions at every point, tirelessly took us to visit the houses we were interested in, and helped us avoid some that were unsuitable. Positive experience: Not much to say about this excellent high-end real estate agency. The new store in Platja d'Aro is on par with the agency, although from the outside, with those pictures they have placed above, it looks like a fruit shop!

Fantastic experience: We recently bought a villa on the Costa Brava through Lucas Fox and the whole experience has been a delight. Andrea guided us through the whole process from the beginning to the end, helped us narrow down our search to a manageable pool of properties. We started communicating via Whatsapp and exchanged information about properties through email. We regularly spoke on the phone until we were ready to travel to Spain and visit our final list of properties. It took us one trip only to make an offer as we had a perfect match. Lucas Fox were very helpful with guiding us through the system and pointing us to any services we needed. Through them we found an excellent lawyer as well. Andrea's indepth knowledge of the area having lived out here for many years was invaluable, not once did we feel pressured or led astray with ill fitting suggestions, she was completely honest and put up with an endless strram of questions from us via phone, email and WhatsApp often answering when she was not at work. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we will forever appreciate all the effort she put in to helping us find our new home, especially through the recent challenging times. Vanaf het moment dat je wordt ontvangen in het kantoor in Platja d’Aro, de rondleiding door het gebied tot en met de kennis van de lokale huizenmarkt. Fijn ook dat alle juridische kennis paraat is en dat zo de valkuilen worden omzeild waar je als Nederlander makkelijk inloopt. Extra plus is dan ook dat de eigenaar van Nederlandse afkomst is en zo voor ons de perfecte verbinder was tussen wat we gewend zijn en al het onbekende wat komt kijken bij het kopen van een huis in Spanje. Hemos comprado nuestra casa hace un par de anos y estuvimos muy satisfechos con los servicios por la compraventa.
