Fantastic experience: Fantastic, we are very happy with Grup Maresme, pleasant treatment, seriousness and good work. I recommend it 100% 100

Fantastic experience: Professionals like the crown of a pine, people with a lot of experience and very resolute, 100% recommendable.

Fantastic experience: They are in charge of managing the rental of an apartment I own in Calella and, for now, everything is correct, both in the selection of tenants and in the monthly management and the treatment with them. I do not live in Catalonia now and was looking for security and guarantees. No complaints so far.

Negative experience: I would like to tell you that in my case they have been disastrous. We put the apartment up for sale with them and found out that a client contacted the Grup Maresme agency. In the end, the client came through another agency for the visit and told us what had happened. The most disappointing thing is that the agency never reached out to us, they didn't call us to arrange a visit. 'I think things must be going very well for them.' Shortly after, we decided to lower the price of the apartment and I can say that the other real estate agencies called us, but Grup Maresme removed it from their website. They never contacted us and have acted at their whim without consulting us. Moreover, they lowered the price of the ad without consulting or calling us, and three days later they removed it again, having an active contract with them. I hope you do not have a problem with them because they do not show their faces; as of today, they have not called me. Josep, regarding your response, we never pressured you to accept our conditions; you could have said no as others have done. The apartment was not sold, but your work has been disastrous; you never called us as you told the potential buyer, which shows that you are not telling the truth. Can you show me if my apartment is in the entire region, two other real estate agencies have it, I have it for sale, and I can put up the ads I want seeing that you have done nothing. We agree on one thing: you neither called me nor showed your face, and I do not feel like you selling it. Regarding your second response. 1- If the apartment is so expensive, why do your collaborators keep calling me if they are interested? I have the WhatsApp messages and the evidence. 1- Can you clarify what 'another thing' is? I repeat, you accepted it. Why don't you tell me that the apartment is worth 160,000? What you do is accept my request; you have never been clear. 2- Here you only confirm the type of person you are. 3- If we better leave it, I hope you have five master's degrees to be such a smart guy but at the same time so obtuse. Goodbye, and it has been disastrous dealing with you.
