Fantastic experience: They are in charge of managing the rental of an apartment I own in Calella and, for now, everything is correct, both in the selection of tenants and in the monthly management and the treatment with them. Negative experience: I would like to tell you that in my case they have been disastrous. We put the apartment up for sale with them and found out that a client contacted the Grup Maresme agency. In the end, the client came through another agency for the visit and told us what had happened. The most disappointing thing is that the agency never reached out to us, they didn't call us to arrange a visit. 'I think things must be going very well for them.' Shortly after, we decided to lower the price of the apartment and I can say that the other real estate agencies called us, but Grup Maresme removed it from their website. They never contacted us and have acted at their whim without consulting us. Moreover, they lowered the price of the ad without consulting or calling us, and three days later they removed it again, having an active contract with them. I hope you do not have a problem with them because they do not show their faces; as of today, they have not called me. Josep, regarding your response, we never pressured you to accept our conditions; you could have said no as others have done. The apartment was not sold, but your work has been disastrous; you never called us as you told the potential buyer, which shows that you are not telling the truth. HolaEfectivamente, después de captar el piso, aceptar sus -las suyas- condiciones, y asegurarnos que no se iba a poner en más inmobiliarias, una semana después veo que el piso lo tiene a la venta media comarca. Nosotros así no jugamos, gracias. Por cierto, nunca nos avisaron del famoso cambio de precio, nos lo advirtió uno de nuestros colaboradores. Una idea brillantísima no comunicar las bajadas de precio. Excelente....Y una pregunta más. ¿compró el piso el famoso cliente con tanta prisa?, ¿verdad que no? Pues plantéese que quizás para eso estamos las inmobiliarias, para filtrar las solicitudes que recibimos y no hacer perder el tiempo a nadie.Mire, ni le he llamado, ni le voy a llamar, ni pondré a la venta su piso, ni tengo necesidad de estar perdiendo el tiempo con tonterías.GraciasSaludosBon diaNefasto de nuevo, bien. Primero, aquí lo nefasto es intentar endosar un piso de 160.000 euros por 50.000 euros más de lo que vale, y, cito "poner los anuncios que me den la gana" a precios distintos a los que tenemos las agencias. Nuestro trabajo es valorar si las visitas valen la pena o no, y me parece obvio que esta fue una pérdida de tiempo, aunque me congratulo que se divirtieran tanto con el encuentro. Tercero, el tiempo libre es muy malo, y la ignorancia muy atrevida. Le repito, no voy a vender su piso. Si le parece, lo dejamos aquí, porque esto empieza a aburrir.GraciasSaludos

Negative experience: Nos han dejado sin presentarse, hemos venido desde Barcelona para visitar un piso en Pineda y no se han presentado, ni han llamado. Poco recomendable, por la falta de profesionalidad!
Estimada Sra.Lamento que no haya encontrado el piso, la zona, o el municipio, o que no le haya gustado lo que ha visto y haya decidido marcharse, pero llevamos desde ayer atendiendo visitas sin parar en ese piso (hoy con un compañero de otra inmobiliaria), y a la hora solicitada por supuesto estábamos ahí, y usted no se ha presentado. Hemos atendido a visitas anteriores y posteriores a la suya sin problema, por lo que se nos hace muy extraña su queja.Saludos
