Negative experience: Beware!!! You have to pay an under-the-table monthly fee for the management of the property, when it is the same owner with a different collar, but well, that's where the process starts, then two months of deposit that they try not to return, giving you the runaround. In my case, I had to send a formal notice for them to return the deposit within 7 business days, as there were several attempts and they were not paying, playing dumb. In the end, they returned the deposit because otherwise, a Judge would have to make them understand. Furthermore, they deducted an invented cleaning charge from the return, an action that works very well for them to squeeze a few more euros out of you. If you have a problem in the apartment, you have to call many times for them to attend to you and solve the problem; it can take 2 or 3 weeks, and we'll see. The contract is in the name of a supposed owner, but if they call you because they want to talk to you, it’s the owner or co-owner calling, never the actual owner, very curious and well set up. I do not recommend this real estate agency.

Negative experience: Cuidado, algunos de los anuncios de esta inmobiliaria son falsos, y es la primera que sale cuando buscas un alquiler en Pineda de Mar Yo contacté dos veces con ellos y las dos habían alquilado el piso que me gustaba. A la tercera me dieron la opción de un piso parecido y me pareció bien. Cuando firmé el contrato de alquiler me dijeron que tenia que dar otra fianza, algo que no me habían dicho en ningún momento. Tuve que aplazar este pago un mes porque no podía en ese momento. Solo me viene una palabra a la cabezas. TURBIOS
