Negative experience: A total disgrace, I call and they tell me that they will call me back. Two days pass and I call them, they put disco music at full volume, they tell me they can't hear me and they hang up. They don't return my call, nor do they pick it up. I just want to buy a house, not a loan.

Positive experience: Difficulties in communication were my own, but after two trips in person, one pre siesta and one after, the store appeared closed.
