After signing the purchase, I received a call from the bank (UCI) to know if I was happy with them, and they told me I should not have paid this money, they cover it through sales, so he is a scammer. Then JOSE from the real estate called me saying I should not tell (UCI) anything and that we were going to put a false invoice where there are many things I did not hire, and I have to sign so that he solves the problem with the bank (UCI) and does not lose his job. Be very careful with this guy. I am going to court to claim all of this.
