Negative experience: Scammer, he charges you money that he should not charge. In my case, we bought a bank apartment (UCI) and when it came time to pay, he charged us 3000 euros for management and I don't know what else, and it was because of the offer we made to the bank (UCI). After signing the purchase, I received a call from the bank (UCI) to know if I was happy with them, and they told me I should not have paid this money, they cover it through sales, so he is a scammer. Then JOSE from the real estate called me saying I should not tell (UCI) anything and that we were going to put a false invoice where there are many things I did not hire, and I have to sign so that he solves the problem with the bank (UCI) and does not lose his job. Be very careful with this guy. I am going to court to claim all of this.
Ya he pasado esta cuestión a manos de mis abogados para demandar por DIFAMACIÓN. Con un contrato firmado, con una factura de recibido y conforme, con una reseña anterior de 5* que has modificado a 1* por un tema completamente distinto a la compra te va a salir caro cometer este delito... Ya se pondrán en contacto mis abogados contigo.

Curioso que alguien que rechaza comunicaciones por protección de datos luego pierda el tiempo con esto, además sin haber tratado más de 2 minutos, que fuera para comprar y no informaba ni del piso por el que se interesaba... Lo típico de haber contactado con decenas y no saber con quién habla ni para qué exactamente.

Therefore: 1: You are not legally obliged to have a visit sheet. 2: I am not obliged to sign anything. It is your right to have it and to cancel any appointment if it is not signed, but you should know that you are using it incorrectly; the visit sheet is used when you have agreed to make a visit with a client, not whenever it suits you. I have seen your other negative reviews and I see that you respond to all of them. It is quite unprofessional. I am very disappointed in you. Do not waste people's time.

Además de que puedes editar tu anterior reseña, demostrando de nuevo tu falta de criterio y conocimiento. Por supuesto contesto todas las reseñas, y en casos tan ridículos como este, me extiendo para que quede bien claro.

Es preocupante que haya un pequeño porcentaje de gente que no se dedique a leer ni tres líneas, lo confunda con un parte de visita, y encima dedique tiempo a criticar sin ninguna base. El documento en cuestión incluye la protección de datos, y es una OBLIGACIÓN LEGAL que tenemos como empresa. En cuanto al parte de visita (que no era el caso), para muchos casos ni lo necesitamos.
