Fantastic experience: Very attentive staff, some time ago they sold me a property and now I'm returning. I recommend them.

Negative experience: How can it be that a professional in the 21st century, (at this point) tells me that disabled people do not have accessibility rights in a community of neighbors...in front of everyone, where no one has any interest in getting involved...the truth is the truth...how can the head of the agency verify this? How can it be that they do not impose respect as one of the values of the meeting...kindness, they have not lacked.

Negative experience: Office in Betanzos. Not recommended at all. Unprofessional. And on top of that, despotic.

Negative experience: I don't recommend it at all. We first arranged to see an apartment and at the last minute they inform us that they still don't have the keys. Up to this point, it's understandable, although they could have informed us earlier. We set a new date to see the apartment and just hours before the visit, I ask them where we should meet for the apartment visit, and they inform me that it has already been rented... it honestly seems like a lack of respect to me, at the very least they should give timely notice and keep you informed. You have to chase after them and they completely ignore everything. Don't bother calling them, I won't do it again...

Fantastic experience: good service and advice.

Negative experience: Terrible management of properties. We have been waiting for more than 3 years to make some repairs in our building in Sada, and due to their incompetence, nothing has been done. More than three years for the facade to be cleaned as well, they send us quotes but never finalize anything. We've been trying to change management for a year and they keep stalling, they don’t call the extraordinary meetings we ask for... awful management of accounts, deficits in the monthly calculations... an absolute disaster, something never seen before. Moreover, the administrator doesn’t even come to the community meetings; an employee comes who doesn't let anyone speak, they have left unpaid bills or have paid them late, they present us with budgets and then we never hear from them again. We have a leak problem and instead of helping us, they don’t even answer the phone when the president of the community calls. We have been waiting a year and a half for them to provide us with the community documentation to change administrators. This company is a scam.

Negative experience: Shame on this company, they have left us to our own devices, leaving us without options and furthermore, they do not facilitate the change. Our experience has been terrible. If what you are looking for is a company with empathy, always willing to help and solve your problems, this is not your company.

Negative experience: The situation with this company (if you can call them that) is unacceptable and justice should take action. They only aim to get you as a customer, and once they have you, it's as if they don't remember you. It doesn't matter how urgent it is or how many times you call. And if you try to change, they put up all possible obstacles.

Negative experience: Terrible management, they do not solve the community's problems and also do not facilitate the change to another management after having been requested several times. They are worthless....
