Negative experience: Little clarity with the commission charges. They are not willing to provide invoices for what they charge. Payments are made in the name of a person who is not in the company. They say they will call you but don't. When they had my property for sale, they put in old things from another place, like a taxidermied fox... and on the gallery windows, they stuck some vinyls with such a strong glue that they couldn't be removed later. Lack of transparency in the proposals, and if they don't like something, they hang up the phone. The physical agency is almost always closed and the signs hanging from it are sun-damaged, giving them a decrepit image.

Negative experience: Well, I called the real estate agency to see a house on behalf of a previous tenant who paid 350. I waited 2 months for her to show me the house, calling and messaging her every day, until one day she finally showed it to me. I saw it, and honestly, the house is nice. I had already informed my landlord that I would be leaving 15 days prior, which was necessary. While talking to the real estate agent, she told me to notify the landlord that I was leaving and that I wanted to move into the house in mid-July or August to give me the 15 days of notice for my apartment. Well, I'm still waiting for the girl to tell me the new price because it's not 350; they're raising it on me, haha. And then, here we are in September, and the girl still hasn't given any sign of life. I'm left with nothing thanks to HER... it's inhumane, but I'll make sure she doesn't sell another apartment.

Negative experience: El trato del piso que estuve alquilado fue por la parte de la inmobiliaria y la dueña un abuso inmoral. Por circunstancias que se ha dicho a las 2 partes y después por la dueña. Que me cobra un mes más por no estar alquilado y la limpieza del patio que tiene palomas.
