Negative experience: I think the attitude of this company is not the most correct. We looked at one of their offered properties because we were going to live in that city for work reasons. They started asking for documentation, all kinds of documentation from both me and my wife. After spending 2 weeks sending documentation thinking we already had our housing, we received a call saying that the apartment had been rented to someone else, causing us damage and hindering our ability to live in the city. I was left with no time to look for another place to live. To me, this is not serious.
Sentimos haberle causado molestias, pues en ningún caso estamos para eso. Esta vivienda era la única que teníamos en alquiler y había más de 60 peticiones de personas interesadas en ella. Los interesados enviaron la documentación que se les pidió porque el propietario exigía el seguro de impago de alquileres (que sufragaba el mismo propietario). Una vez enviada, se lleva a la compañía de Seguros, y a los que le conceden el seguro, presentamos el perfil al propietario, que es quien elige al inquilino. Si alguien quiere reservar el piso, puede hacerlo, para ello se firma un documento con el mismo propietario, entregando una mensualidad, que luego se descuenta del contrato de arrendamiento. Pero no se reserva por el simple hecho de llamar, menos cuando hay tantas peticiones. Lamentablemente hay mucha demanda y una oferta mínima de vivienda de alquiler habitual y pasan estas cosas, que a veces no se pueden evitar. Reiteramos nuestras disculpas si le causamos perjuicios y le deseamos buena suerte y que consiga su objetivo cuanto antes.

My name is Irina Popa, and I bought the attic on Pozo street in the summer of 2021. If you sell with them, maybe they treat you well; I don’t know. I just bought. During the visits, quite boring. Half an hour before signing, I ask to see the apartment, which was sold furnished according to the photos, and I notice that some of the furniture is missing. Well, it turns out that the real estate agency sides with the seller instead of being neutral, at least. That I have a very high level of distrust, it was almost my 'fault'. Reiterating several times that the seller lowered the price a lot for me, suggesting that now I should accept anything that happens. But the seller who took the furniture, nothing, it was a 'misunderstanding', blaming a sister, and the sister blaming the mother, etc. They replaced almost everything. We signed. After handing over the cheque, the real estate agent THROWS ME THE KEYS on the table, exactly as you would throw 5 cents to a beggar. The next day I write him some messages related to the apartment and call him: NO answer. Terrible experience. We are not Spaniards, the seller is. Everyone can draw their own conclusions. I do not recommend them.
Ahora si que recuerdo la operación. Al poner tú nombre Irina. Es cierto que hubo un malentendido con los muebles por parte de la hermana y madre del dueño. Fue difícil el entendimiento, y se estuvo a punto de no firmar. Fue una operación hecha en el año 2021. No voy a seguir haciendo puntualizaciones, y desearía cerrar este asunto, pidiéndote disculpas a ti y a tú marido, por lo sucedido.
