Fantastic experience: This real estate agency is serious and professional, in addition to offering apartments in good condition and in great locations. Ferran is always available, organized, and punctual. You can rely on him 100%. He has helped us a lot and we are grateful to him.
Fantastic experience: My wife and I had an excellent experience with this real estate agency. From start to finish, everything was handled at the highest level of professionalism. Ferran promptly answered all ours questions and was always available to provide guidance. We are glad that we looked for our apartment with Espai Nou agency help. Thank you. Special thanks for the recommendations of beaches and bike paths
Fantastic experience: I couldn't find a better real estate agency in Valencia than this one. Ferran, who helped us find an apartment in this chaos that the city is in, was and is a very kind, correct, and precise person. It wasn't easy to find an apartment that met the requirements of me and my family, but he managed. I had other disastrous experiences with other real estate agencies, and this made me fear that they would all be the same, fortunately I found Espai Nou and I couldn't have had a better experience. I highly recommend it.
Fantastic experience: My trusted real estate agency, I have always been able to count on them and for both finding a rental home in Valencia and purchasing a commercial space in Valencia, I have been very satisfied and I totally recommend them! Great professionals.
Fantastic experience: Excellent real estate agency! Ferran has always been very responsible when we rented our apartment, from day one he has done everything on time, responded super quickly, and provided us with outstanding service. Always with a lot of friendliness and good treatment. During our stay in the apartment, small unforeseen issues arose with the heater or lights that Ferran helped to resolve immediately. This is the first time I have nothing to say against a real estate agency because they truly work in an impeccable way with great excellence and dedication! 100% recommended.
Fantastic experience: Excellent service and great treatment! Very serious and reliable, totally recommended!
Fantastic experience: Great company. Always excellent communication. They helped us negotiate with the apartment owner and also resolve various home issues. They assisted us in fixing the air conditioner and replacing old furniture. Highly recommend. Thank you!
Negative experience: A shameful management and customer service, there is a serious lack of professionalism when dealing with the public, but they sure do ask for empathy when they don't do their job and on top of that, they don't provide their service correctly.
Negative experience: They are a bunch of scammers!!!! We bought an apartment for a price, then they made us pay half the value of the apartment and the other half for the renovations they had done to the apartment, without giving us the invoice for the renovations after asking for it 500 times. And what happened? The tax office screwed us, because we couldn't prove that we paid for the renovations, only the amount we paid for the apartment was documented. I'm only writing this so that no humble family has to go through this, because the joke has cost us €22,000.
Buenas tardes Sara. Gracias.
Negative experience: They advertise an apartment at a price and when they receive all the messages from interested parties, they raise the price. Miserable.
Fantastic experience: I found an exceptional apartment thanks to this real estate agency. I want to highlight the excellent work of Fernando before and also after the signing of the contract; it is a pleasure to collaborate with him. So far, my experience is PERFECT with this real estate agency.
Negative experience: This place allowed my landlord to steal my 2 months deposit of 1200 €. Don’t trust your deposit with them. Response: I did provide everything you asked me to send to the lawyer. The lawyer which you suggested, but the lawyer never reached out to me. As far as I know, the lawyer may have keep the money himself. If you are responsible for collecting a deposit, you are also responsible to return that deposit. Otherwise what is the point of using your service ?
Dear Jared, the security deposit is deposited with the owner of the property, the agency cannot be held responsible for an owner who refuses to return the deposit at the end of the lease. In your specific case we did everything in our power to recover the deposit, insisting on the owner and putting you in contact with a lawyer who would advise you on the appropriate procedure. He made the relevant claim but the property did not refund the deposit and the only alternative was to take legal action. The lawyer asked you for the relevant documentation but you did not provide it. We regret what happened and sympathise with your point of view but please note that before making a valuation you have to weigh up all the circumstances surrounding it. We work with a product that is not our own and we cannot take responsibility for the misbehaviour of people who act according to their own judgement. In this respect we have no legal authority to act, we did everything in our power and we are sorry that you were not satisfied with our work. Best regards Espai Nou
