Negative experience: A shameful management and customer service, there is a serious lack of professionalism when dealing with the public, but they sure do ask for empathy when they don't do their job and on top of that, they don't provide their service correctly.

Negative experience: They are a bunch of scammers!!!! We bought an apartment for a price, then they made us pay half the value of the apartment and the other half for the renovations they had done to the apartment, without giving us the invoice for the renovations after asking for it 500 times. And what happened? The tax office screwed us, because we couldn't prove that we paid for the renovations, only the amount we paid for the apartment was documented. I'm only writing this so that no humble family has to go through this, because the joke has cost us €22,000.

Negative experience: They advertise an apartment at a price and when they receive all the messages from interested parties, they raise the price. Miserable.

Negative experience: This place allowed my landlord to steal my 2 months deposit of 1200 €. Don’t trust your deposit with them. Response: I did provide everything you asked me to send to the lawyer. The lawyer which you suggested, but the lawyer never reached out to me. As far as I know, the lawyer may have keep the money himself. If you are responsible for collecting a deposit, you are also responsible to return that deposit. Otherwise what is the point of using your service ?

Negative experience: Muy poco profesionales y muy irresponsables, entregue la documentación y una propuesta y ni siquiera tuvieran la gentileza de contestarme, más de un mes detrás de ellos. No los recomiendo para nada.

Negative experience: Llame por teléfono y el trato es lamentable me dijeron que estaba vendido un local por el que pregunté y es mentira por que voy a verlo el lunes con otra inmobiliaria, luego llame para preguntarles por su actuación y me respondieron con chulería de nuevo, con personas así mejor no trabajar

Negative experience: Esta inmobiliaria destaca por su falta de respeto a los vecinos y edificios del barrio: contraviene las ordenanzas municipales al pegar pasquines publicitarios en todas y cada una de las fachadas de la zona. Les da igual que sea una vivienda. un banco o las columnas de acceso a los hoteles. Hace años contacté con ellos recriminándoles su modus operandi: no se identifican salvo por el teléfon y no sirvió de nada. Escribí a la API para denunciarles, y la respuesta dada fue que no hay colegiado alguno vinculado a tal inmobiliaria, entiendo que además actúan con instrusismo o les estaban encubriendo. En fin, que años después tenemos que seguir limpiando todas las semanas nuestras paredes dado su nulo sentido cívico y la impunidad con la que actúan. EDITO EN 2019 PARA AÑADIR QUE ÚLTIMAMENTE HAN DEJADO DE UTILIZAR LAS MALAS ARTES DESCRITAS ANTERIORMENTE, Y YA NO SE VEN SUS FOLIOS CON ASPECTO DE ANUNCIO PERSONAL PEGADOS POR TODO EL BARRIO. SI CONTINÚAN RESPETANDO LAS NORMAS CÍVICAS URBANAS Y DE TRANSPARENCIA COMERCIAL, ELIMINARÉ ESTA CRÍTICA EN SU MOMENTO.
