Negative experience: LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM and AWFUL TREATMENT. You call and they don't answer the phone, they speak to you with arrogance and swagger. You try to make an appointment through their website and it doesn't work either. When they finally return your call, they tell you that the property you are inquiring about has already been sold and they haven't removed it from either the website or the real estate agency's window.

Negative experience: I am surprised that this real estate agency has good reviews. In my case, everything was fine until signing the deposit, but once the deal was signed, it was terrible, especially with the manager of the agency, the so-called Seneida. I have never been spoken to with such arrogance and such bad manners until the day of signing, with such haughtiness. They do not advise you as well as they say in the contract you sign; they take a good cut for doing nothing. Personally, I do not recommend them.

Negative experience: Regarding my particular case, it has been a total disaster. I felt coerced by the sales pressure they have; they even came to my home to sign a deposit agreement at 11:00 PM, pressuring me to sign these deposits. The contracts made are completely different from reality, and I give it a 1 because I couldn't give a zero. They deal with people, and all they know is to pressure for the sale. In my case, I did not sign any deposit contract, and they are demanding commissions that they do not have the right to collect, as it is coercion to have pressured me to pay them an amount of money that, according to them, they have secured a client for me. A disgrace, and I totally confirm what you sign with this real estate agency. Of course, you have me as a client, and the case reminds you perfectly. Best regards.
