Negative experience: Personally, I had a very bad experience with this real estate agency. The worst real estate agency we have dealt with by far, and we know quite a few. They lie like few others and are not at all resolution-oriented. We bought a farmhouse through them six months ago, and from day one, numerous serious problems arose which were reported from the very first minute—serious issues with woodworm, structural problems, and electrical issues, which have been proven through official inspections to have existed prior to our purchase. There was absolute disregard from this real estate agency from the very day the deeds were signed, and they turned a blind eye to any complaint, simply arguing that they bear no legal responsibility because they acted merely as intermediaries, limiting themselves to forwarding the informative emails I sent them about the problems we encountered to the seller. We feel tremendously disappointed since we placed our trust in this real estate agency to manage the purchase, foolishly thinking that managing the purchase through a real estate agency would be safer in the face of any problems and, not to mention, the complete unwillingness of the seller to take responsibility for the faults with which we were sold the property, a disgraceful attitude from ALL of them; what a disappointment!!! And all this for having trusted them and those who sold us the farmhouse. Despite reading in their reviews that they get involved in sales and offer a friendly service, I can say that at least with us, that has not been the case. Saying that we should have inspected the house better does not exempt them from their responsibilities as 'professionals,' because if we were supposed to look at the house better, it would have been their duty, as good professionals, to ensure the actual condition of that farmhouse being sold. Therefore, I can assure you that we will never trust this real estate agency again, and even less recommend it to anyone. Not everything is acceptable just to collect a commission. Special thanks to Paula for having deliberately lied in court to our detriment when you were merely called as a witness. You have shown your true colors, because besides not helping us in the slightest during the whole process, you have wanted to harm us, and we will never forgive you for that. Curiously enough, ever since I posted this review, you have been eager to constantly emphasize how good professionals you are and only respond to all the positive reviews that interest you... Two years after having unfortunately dealt with this real estate agency, I reaffirm every single word I put in this review, stating that they have been unprofessional and lied like villains in court when they had nothing at stake themselves, which is indicative of being bad people!!!!! LYING OUTRIGHT AND DELIBERATELY IN COURT is a serious matter and demonstrates the moral character of a person, especially when you took advantage of the fact that the judge was at least acquainted with the defendant... that in the end, everything is eventually revealed... VERY SERIOUS!!! Each to their own conscience! Now that I fully know all that the house concealed, I can tell you to your face that you and the owners deserve all the bad that happens to you, and I only wish for you not to sleep peacefully even a single night of your life, with the wrongdoing you committed!!

Negative experience: 2 veces solicite sus servicios para la busqueda de un apartamento para mis trabajadores para un periodo corto y sigo esperando su respuesta. No es nada professional esta forma de trabajar con los clientes que confian en su gestión.
