Negative experience: Awful. I never say never, but I have never met a person like Pilar. More unpleasant, and I will save the adjectives for another time. I want to rent an apartment. She doesn't care if I have grandchildren, if I'm a widower, or from another human race. In the end, a phone conversation with her lasted 2.30 minutes. I work in public administration. Fixed contract. Two bonuses. I live alone, and the lady doesn't like my profile. She has to be similar and have a fixed job. But my children can't go there. Let it continue like this; people like her do no favors to that company or any where she would work. With me, she would be looking for a job on unemployment. But not even as a cleaner. Thank you.

Negative experience: IT IS A SHAME THE AGENCY OF BARBASTRO BECAUSE OF THE GIRL "PILAR" WHO IS RUNNING IT, WE WENT TO BUY A PLOT FOR SALE WITH CASH IN HAND, ASKING IF WE COULD FIRST GO SEE IT (THE MOST NORMAL THING IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY SOMETHING IS TO SEE IT FIRST) AND HER RESPONSE IS NO, THAT THE OWNER IS NOT THERE, THAT SHE DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE.... AND MORE EXCUSES, WE LEFT IT ALONE, AFTER A WHILE SHE PUT ANOTHER PLOT FOR SALE AND CAME BACK WITH THE SAME EXCUSES AS LAST TIME, WE GOT TIRED AND LEFT IT ALONE, AFTER A WHILE WE CONTACTED AGAIN FOR A PLOT FOR RENT (MY FATHER WAS INTERESTED, AS HE WORKS FROM 7AM TO 6PM EVERYTHING WAS BY PHONE) WE SET A DATE WITH "PILAR" AND THE FIRST THING SHE SAID IS NO "ANIMALS" (I DID NOT SEE IT AS NORMAL FOR AN OPEN PLOT AWAY FROM TOWN WHY CAN'T YOU HAVE A DOG OR ANOTHER ANIMAL BUT WELL WE DIDN'T OBJECT TO THAT SINCE WE DON'T HAVE ANIMALS) LATER SHE TOLD US WITH POOR MANNERS THAT SHE WANTED TO SEE OUR PHYSICAL (MY FATHER REPLIED WE ARE PEOPLE JUST LIKE YOU) AFTER A LONG CALL SHE TOLD US THE ONLY INCONVENIENCE IS THAT FOR HER TO GO SEE THE PLOT IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT HAVE A CAR, WE TOLD HER THAT WE KNEW PEOPLE FROM THE TOWN WHO WOULD SHOW US AND WE COULD SEE IT, ONCE SEEN WE TOLD HER THAT YES WE WOULD RENT IT, SHE SAID PERFECT COME BY THE OFFICE TOMORROW TO SIGN, THE NEXT DAY MY FATHER GOES AND SHE TELLS HIM NO THAT AS SHE HAS A DAUGHTER AND GRANDCHILDREN SHE CANNOT RENT IT TO HIM (WHEN A LOT IS FOR SPENDING TIME WITH FAMILY FROM MY POINT OF VIEW) MY FATHER WITH A CONTRACT OF MORE THAN 20 YEARS OF WORK, WELL IN THE END THIS IS AN AGENCY THAT WILL NEVER SELL OR RENT UNLESS SHE LIKES YOU, SIMILARLY SAYING WITH MAJOR WORDS THAT SHE IS A *RACIST* IN EVERY LETTER, WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS WHY WITH SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS GIRL "PILAR" FOR MORE THAN FIVE YEARS THE COMPLAINTS REMAIN SITTING IN THE OFFICE WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING BECAUSE SHE NEITHER SELLS NOR RENTS ANYTHING UNLESS IT IS TO HER CONVENIENCE, POOR THOSE WHO TRUST HER BY LEAVING THEIR HOUSES AND PROPERTIES IN HER HANDS, NOT KNOWING THAT THE ONE WHO IS GOING TO ATTEND TO THEM WILL ANSWER THEM IN THE WORST WAY WITHOUT ANY EDUCATION

Negative experience: I called about a place to rent, and Mrs. Pilar, who had just picked up the phone, asked me if the place had a bathroom. She laughed and said 'kid, what else do you want for 180 euros?' Hahaha. After that, we got into an absurd discussion because of her arrogant attitude, even though she doesn’t know me at all. I just wanted information about the place, to know if it had a bathroom or a socket to install one, to find out if there’s electricity, etc. I didn’t even get to ask her about the electricity because after seeing her attitude, I lost my motivation! I just wanted to politely know if there was a bathroom, not for a woman to laugh at me when she claims to have 39 years of customer-facing experience and acts arrogantly, judging someone by their voice. I wonder who your boss is, but it would be great if they recorded your calls to see how you treat the people who call you! They would value that, and in 4 days, you’d be on the street.

Negative experience: Giving one star is already too much, customer service is terrible, I called politely to ask about a parking space to park a motorcycle (since a car doesn’t fit) to go see it and the response was that I already knew what I had to pay, that I should just park whatever I wanted. If the owners happen to read this, I hope they change real estate agencies. And for the person who attended me, I hope they change jobs. ✌

Negative experience: Unpleasant person, disrespectful, racist, pedantic, and I don't know how many more negative things I can say about this lady and her customer service. I didn't know that to rent an apartment you must only be an engineer, doctor, etc., and have golden degrees... I don't give her half a star.

Negative experience: Horrible! he llamado amablemente preguntando por pisos en Barbastro que admitieran mascotas. Me han contestado diciendo que los propietarios no quieren "BICHOS" desagradable y antipática. No pongo 0 estrellas porque no se puede.

Negative experience: Recomiendo pasar de largo cuando vean esta inmobiliaria !La señora de allí la persona más desagradable que he visto en mi vida me hayan tratado con tan mala gana y tan mal !

Fantastic experience: Hace ya dos años que alquilé un piso para el curso escolar a través de esta agencia y fue todo un acierto. Fueron muy correctos, y siempre agradeceré a la comercial que me enseñara el piso y redactara el contrato durante las fiestas de Barbastro. Con otras agencias de otras localidades no he tenido esa suerte, así que a día de hoy valoro aún más su dedicación.
