Negative experience: Terrible experience with this pseudo real estate agency. I give one star because they don't let me give zero. We had an appointment with them for the sale of a house on Saturday and after traveling 250 km to attend the meeting, they didn't show up or answer the phone. Zero professionalism, they have no word or shame.

Negative experience: Mrs. María José has just disrespected us in an incredible way. This morning I spoke with her to resolve which house she would show us (we had already confirmed the appointment a week ago)... we made a one-hour trip to Barbastro, and from there, she in her car and us in ours arrived in the village. She didn’t know where the house was (she had never been there) and upon finding it... she tells us that 'she forgot the key'... she was trying to show us the house from the outside and wasn’t even sure which was the adjoining land... when we asked for pictures from inside the house, she informed us that she doesn’t have any! When we were saying goodbye, she mentioned that we had to take responsibility to remind her to bring the key... It's a shame, the worst experience, a total lack of respect... outrageous.

Una vez conocida a Eva, la decisión fue fácil dada la confianza que transmite, en todo momento demostró una profesionalidad que hoy en día es muy difícil de encontrar. Muy contento en el trato inicial, sorprendido por la rapidez de la operación y todas las facilidades aportadas por Esgal. Y casi lo mejor ha sido el trato post-venta, en el que en ningún momento me he sentido desatendido, sino todo lo contrario. Va a ser mi inmobiliaria de referencia en la comarca del Somontano sin lugar a dudas. Confiaré en Esgal siempre que tenga que realizar cualquier operación de compra-venta en un futuro sin pensármelo dos veces. Negative experience: Muy poco profesionales. Tras dejar un piso de alquiler les pedí firmar un fin de contrato, como es habitual en el resto de inmobiliarias, para que quedara todo correctamente zanjado, pero me dijo que no era necesario. Cuando alquilas un piso por inmobiliaria y das la mitad de tu suelo de fianza para sus honorarios lo mínimo que esperas es profesionalidad. Pero para mi sorpresa tras dejar el piso y haber pasado más de 7 días me han dado largas para que me den de baja en los suministros de gas y luz al no tener otro inquilino, teniendo que asumir yo los gastos. Confirmado por la compañia eléctrica que no se habia solicitado ningún cambio de titularidad. No me cogen el teléfono, y en los whatsapp solo me dice que me llamará cuando pueda. Sigo esperando una respuesta. EDITO tras respuesta: no fueron 4 euros tuve que devolver 2 recibos, el de luz 17 euros y gas 9 euros. En cuanto a las llamadas solo la llame 2 veces a su movil, la segunda vez se puso su compañera haciendo ver que no estaba.

Fantastic experience: Trato insuperable, dos profesionales como la copa un pino, Maria José y Eva. Venía de tener mi piso casi 2 años en otra inmobiliaria muy famosa y ellas en mes y medio me lo han vendido. Resumiendo, las mejores, recomendable al 100%.
