The three tenants they provided... people unemployed and selling drugs or stealing... Or mobsters and I had to go declare to the police..., Or they didn't pay... tenants with less than a year of contract and always the apartment damaged, broken and dirty... and afterwards I always had to fix it myself... And pay the price myself... Later the real estate agency mysteriously loses documents and not even a simple apology... Very regrettable that they are still open...

Unregistered farm, utilities that cannot be put in the name of the tenant, no inventory, damages they do not take responsibility for, issues with registering at the apartment, arrogance from the lawyer and disrespectful behavior. Too much paperwork for a fraudulent apartment that is not registered with the town hall. The owner asks for cash... the previous tenants were rented without being registered and they could not change the names of the utilities either... what an adventure!!! An apartment split in half that they pass off as a residence... repeat offenders in such cases... The lawyer from Pah says it is... and barrister... well, I don't know what laws he studied because he violates them all!!!! Goodbye, inmofinques!!!!!

Negative experience: Bad experience, they don't rent apartments with a fixed contract, and I have a salary of 1100, plus another pension salary of 1150. It's a shame; they made me waste time and money. The first thing they do is ask for a month's reservation; you pay it, and then they come up with excuses that they no longer want to rent it.

Negative experience: Vaig tenir un problema amb la propietària d'un pis que vaig llogar amb ells i em van dir que em donarien resposta, els vaig insistir al principi 3 o 4 vegades a veure si se sabia alguna cosa però res. Ha passat 1 any i a tu tan dit alguna cosa? Perquè a mi no. Uns impresentables

Negative experience: Inmobiliaria nada profesional. Vendi mi piso con ellos y no veas como me arrepiento. Dijeron que se encargarian de las gestiones en cuanto al cambio de nombre de luz, agua, etc y a los 3 meses me llego el recibo del seguro del piso cuando ya no era mio y tuve que acerme cargo yo. Les escribo porque estoy interesada en la compra de una casa en Linyola y no contestan. Lo siento por los vendedores de la casa. No recomiendo para nada, son todos muy mentirosos.
