Negative experience: Terrible experience as a buyer with this real estate agency. We are a young couple who bought our first apartment through them, and from the beginning, the entire experience has been a nightmare. They have only looked out for the seller's best interest and, taking advantage of our inexperience and lack of knowledge about real estate, they tried to deceive us in several ways. On one hand, they tried to demand in a very rude manner that, after signing the deed of the apartment and therefore being owners, the previous owner would stay living there without paying any rent while we were burdened with the costs of the mortgage, community, etc., in addition to the rent we were already paying. On the other hand, we were not informed about the expenses in the community because, although we were sold that it was free of charges, there was already an agreement among the neighbors to pay an additional €100 in community fees per month in anticipation of a special assessment that was about to be approved, information we discovered on our own by calling the property administrator since neither the owner of the apartment nor the real estate agency had the decency to inform us. We have received deplorable treatment, and I can only say that they are very unprofessional and true scoundrels who will try to deceive you in any way they can.
