The management was top-notch. We recently had an apartment for sale, and even though the sale was eventually handled by another agency, I must say that once again, the service was excellent.

Negative experience: Total lack of ethics and professionalism. They don't convey the offers; it's like buying at an auction to the highest bidder. I do not recommend it.

From the beginning, they have attended to us and treated us wonderfully, they have resolved all our doubts quickly and have helped, accompanied, and advised us throughout the process.

Fantastic experience: I am very surprised to read such negative comments, but I understand that resentful and disassociated people exist everywhere. My wife and I saw an apartment, and two days later we made the deposit and had it. Maika not only assisted us like a regular hardworking person, no. From the very first moment she dedicated herself to us and helped us with every detail, no matter how insignificant it was, always attentive, exemplary, and helpful. If I had to sell my house now, I would go with them. They even wanted to pay for the repair of our doorbell out of their own pocket! My wife and I can only be eternally grateful for the care and affection they have given us.

Negative experience: Some liars and deceivers, they hid information about the condition of the apartment and with lies, they said a washing machine could be installed and it requires installation. Don't trust the renovation they do, they put a front door and installed a storage room door improperly which I need to fix. They commit the crime of hidden defects, may karma hit them with all its might.

Negative experience: After scheduling to see an apartment an hour from our home, they told us they wouldn't take our reservation deposit because the next visitor might make a better offer!! In other words, the price in the ad is false as it is going to become an auction. What a bunch of scoundrels!! Very little professionalism!! The commercial agent Maica doesn't even know how to explain the reason for not accepting our deposit. The highest bidder gets it, she told us. I doubt what they did to us is legal.

Estuvimos mi marido y yo para interesarnos por comprar un piso por la zona de Etxebarri y ni nos atendió, la señora estaba hablando por teléfono y desde la puerta nos dijo que esperamos fuera, al de 15 minutos al ver que no tenía intención de colgar nos fuimos, ni se interesó por lo que queríamos.
