Negative experience: For a year, I sent several messages via Milanuncios, WhatsApp, and email, and I also called to inquire about some properties. In the end, they asked me by text what I was looking for, and then they left me without a response again. In the area, I was told that the real estate agency is more focused on buying than selling. Clearly, they have no interest in selling.

Fantastic experience:

Negative experience: In June, we contacted them for the purchase of an apartment. We decided on one and gave a deposit of 3,000 euros to the real estate agency as a reservation contract, with a completion date set for September. Since then, they have been dragging their feet because the simple note (which we had to obtain ourselves since the real estate agency wouldn't provide it) showed several charges. They passed the responsibility among themselves, starting with Tania, then the other colleague, followed by Óscar, and finally Rafa. The contract date passed, so they have to refund my 3,000 euros, plus another 3,000. We are still waiting for this, as contracts are meant to be fulfilled. If it had been the other way around... We have the conversations and the documents. I hope they return what is mine. Fortunately, we now have an apartment, which they had in their agency, and we contacted the owners directly and did it without this agency.

Negative experience: I have never seen a real estate agent like this in my life, who undermined all kinds of issues and had no basis to sell a good lot with a nice house in the Urbanization EL PINO. All he did was put obstacles in front of potential buyers to prevent them from purchasing... still (much to his dismay) I SOLD IT!!
