Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently bought a property in Ruayer, Rio-Aller, Spain with the help from Lolo Miranda. We live in Canada so this was a daunting experience. Lolo is a first class agent who went above and beyond our expectations. Lolo helped us through the whole purchase process while keeping us informed all the way while we were still in Canada. As we needed the NIE number for this purchase to be completed, we had to travel to Spain. When we were there Lolo drove us to all the necessary appointments and arranged for all legal matters to be completed smoothly. He even stayed with us all the times through our appointments even though he had other work to be completed. As we didn't speak any English, Lolo acted as our translator. We couldn't have made this purchase without the expertise of Lolo Miranda and now we are not only grateful he is our representation in Spain but also our friend. Thank you Lolo!!

Fantastic experience: Soy extranjero, italiano, y desde hace tiempo queria hacer una inversion con una casa junto al mar i para mis vacaciones, despues de haber barajado varios lugares de Europa, me decidi por el norte de España en particular Asturias, chula clima, montaña, mar, buena comida, historia y cultura. Encontré con las propiedades de Legis, en particular Lolo y Virgnia, una ayuda válida, me di cuenta de que, como extranjero, no podría desligarme de las leyes y regulaciones para la compra aquí en España. Mi agradecimiento en especial porque me he dado cuenta que han hecho más de lo que hubiera esperado de una inmobiliaria de mi país ;por cada problema he recibido explicaciones y diferentes soluciones para solucionarlo, incluso en italiano o inglés cuando mi español no lo es fue suficiente. Recientemente he la propiedad, pero por ahora no he encontrado ningún problema. -- Sono straniero, Italano, e da tempo desideravo fare un investimento con una casa al mare da usare anche per le mie vacanze, dopo aver consierato diversi posti in Europa, mi sono deciso per l nord della spagna inparticolare Asturia, clima fresco, montagne, mare, buona cucina, storia e cultura. Ho trovato con Legis properties, in particolare Lolo e Virgnia un valido aiuto, mi sono reso conto che come straniero non sarei riuscito a districarmi nelle leggi e reggole per l acquisto qui in spagna. Il mio ringraziamento va in particolare perche mi sono reso conto che hanno fatto di piu di quello che mi sarei aspettato da un agenzia immobiliare del mio paese per ogni problema ho ricevuto spiegazioni e differenti soluzioni per risolverlo, addirittura in italiano o inglese quando il mio spagnolo non era sufficiente. Adesso e´da poco che possiedo l immoble ma per ora non ho riscontrato nessun problema.
