Negative experience: Lack of professionalism and consideration. They showed me a place in Oviedo. Really very kind, to be honest. I was delighted with the treatment and everything. After a few days, I told Manuel that I wanted to negotiate with the owner and start making a pre-contract. I had to write to him twice and call him because he was not giving any signs. After the call 'yes, yes, yes, I will talk to him.' Days go by and nothing. I call again and he tells me that yes, he is working on it. Nothing. I call back and he tells me that the owner had already come to an agreement on the place. I called the owner, and he confirms this is correct, that he has had the place under agreement for a couple of days (after me insisting with the agency for almost three weeks) and the owner himself confirms that Mr. Manuel Lizán never contacted him when I asked him to do so. I won't give a zero because that's not possible.

Positive experience: They sell houses and take months to deliver them..... prolonging, prolonging, and prolonging without caring that they harm the buyer, with the excuse of having to wait for the Notary, as if there were only one notary in Spain. R/ I am not mistaken, you sold us a house in Manjoya, and we have been waiting for months and have been very patient. Obviously, you do NOT KNOW ME, I bought it in my children's name, I would never leave a false comment. Instead of saying you don't know me, focus on respecting the contract we have, which you signed on April 21, 2023, for the purchase of the property on Paulino Garcia street. I am writing this review because it has been impossible for me to communicate with you by phone. We even accepted an extension until December 21, 2023, and we are already in March 2024. TODAY, May 10, they are delivering the keys to us, 13 months of waiting, but thanks to Mr. Manuel, the deal could be closed. I KNOW IT WAS NOT THE REAL ESTATE'S FAULT, but rather the bureaucracy. Thank you for your cooperation.
