Fantastic experience: As a landlord of the person who says that Inmobiliaria Román only looks out for us and keeps the deposit, I say that 'the one who breaks pays and takes their belongings home.' Inmobiliaria Román only does their job and with a lot of professionalism; I don't think it's fair that my tenant wrote that when what we have deducted has been fully justified having photos and witnesses of everything I say. It's not worth getting upset any further, but I want to make it clear that this Real Estate Agency is very serious and fair in their work. I could not expect this treatment in life when they have been attended to at any hour and in the face of any unforeseen event; also, leaving several bad reviews shows that they lack much credibility.

Negative experience: Not recommended, at first it was perfect but when it comes to leaving the flat they only care about the landlord and leave you alone. Whatever the landlord says is gospel and if they need to take almost the entire deposit from you, they won't hesitate to do it.
