Negative experience: The worst of the worst from an employee, I would never recommend it.

Negative experience: I give them one star and they don’t even deserve it, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Today, after waiting several weeks for them to come and SEE THE APARTMENT, I had an appointment with them to put it up for sale, and less than 15 minutes before the agreed time they tell me they can’t come. So I do not recommend this real estate agency as they are NOT AT ALL FORMAL. Not everyone has a schedule at their disposal, and I think it’s very rude to wait until the LAST MINUTE to say they aren’t coming. I’ve already lost a day of work, and now what? As I said, I advise looking for other more responsible real estate agencies that take their work seriously, and if you have no other option, I hope they treat you better than in my case. Fantastic experience: Yenar, es un Inmobiliaria cuyo dueño y responsable Raúl, sin extraordinariamente eficaces en la venta de cualquier propiedad sean terrenos que señalizar adecuadamente como venta de casas, pisos y chalets. Su trabajo es responsable y eficaz, sobre todo si la propiedad a vender corresponde al municipio donde se encuentra. Yenar se encuentra en la muy Ilustre ciudad de Castalla, a 25' de Alicante. La recomiendo para todos los que deseen vender algún inmueble.

Negative experience: Incompetentes....la señora que enseña las propiedades no tiene ni idea,se inventa las cosas, por no hablar del gerente (Raúl) el peor profesional, por llamarlo de alguna manera, que me he encontrado...un trato pésimo.Nada recomendable.
