Negative experience: I don't know how it will work in other places, but in Tenerife, the Aguere branch is very bad. I placed my trust in the search for the location of my new business at a bad time. They only care about those who pay them the most, in this case, the property owner. The rest of us don’t matter to them. And no one takes responsibility; instead, it's those of us searching who end up in a bad position.

Negative experience: Well, I don't know about other places, but in Tenerife and specifically the Century Aguere branch, it's one of the worst experiences I've had looking with them. Then you talk to the manager and they don't care. They favor their house over the client who brings in the most money! Awful!

Fantastic experience: We sold a house with them and they are very professional. Asun, who was our agent, had a great relationship with us. I recommend them 100%.

Negative experience: Well, we have been waiting for almost a month, if not more, for them to call us about a piece of land we are trying to buy. And to this day, they haven't called us. A lot of words over the phone but very little action. From my point of view, they lack integrity and professionalism.

Negative experience: Anuncian un piso, llamas te toman nota, no te llama el agente, vuelves a llamar solución llama tú. Llamas tfno apagado por lo que envías mail , te contestan tarde vuelves a contestar e intentas llamar por teléfono. Imposible hablar con el agente (la en este caso) que según el mail estaba coordinando visitas al piso. Esperando estoy confiada en que me llamará con un cita. Mi sorpresa cuando veo anuncio retirado ha e 3 días. Donde está la profesionalidad? Como consecuencia no me volveré a interesar por ningún piso suyo.

Negative experience: Pésima gestión...después de 4 semanas de intermediar con una de sus franquicias en Arroyo de la Miel... No ofrecen solución alguna y dejan en manos de su franquiciado la resolución del conflicto del cual ya se han desentendido

Nos asesoró de forma honesta y atendiendo a nuestras necesidades. Me consta que también lo hizo con el que ha sido el arrendatario final y con los candidatos.
