Negative experience: Very bad experience with them, a professional agency does not deceive the client, informs them of the problems and is informed about what it sells. We bought a new build house in Abrera with this agency and we feel completely scammed. The house is full of construction defects and hidden vices, they lied to us saying that they knew the builders from other sales and the same builders told us that they didn't know each other at all, just lies talking about how good the builders were so that we would buy the house, all lies. We bought the house 6 months ago and it is still not in good condition due to various construction defects. We have had all kinds of economic damages and the builders have tried to pull a fast one on us infinite times. We will proceed to report everything, with all the messages and audios that prove the salesperson who sold us the house, photos and all kinds of evidence of the botched jobs they have been doing to save on the faults. The salesperson told us they would solve everything, but in our experience, we do not recommend this agency at all. No matter how much your response will be to try to look good, you know it's a lie! Our lawyers have all the information regarding all the processes we are going through, your lies, all the botched jobs they have been doing, and the construction defects. A serious agency has to inform the client before the purchase, and we know very well the deadlines we have to claim everything. Selling a new build house with humidity among other construction errors is a very serious matter. We have had many economic damages to leave the house in conditions to move in, and a delay of more than 6 months paying rent and mortgage due to not informing well at the sale. A shame the lack of professionalism from both of you, you haven't even bothered to find out anything else after the sale, and all the advertising for the moving van, another lie, you haven’t offered it to us either. Update: In response to your disastrous reply, I would like to mention that we contacted you on July 25 to see when they would come for several pending reviews and the seller's response in an audio was that she was no longer involved, that it was directly with them. The issue has ended up being much worse than those reviews, (all in their process to take the necessary measures) and precisely the real estate after-sales service, if the real estate offers a professional service it is the same real estate that cares to see if everything is correct and the client is happy. To this day you still do not provide a professional response, without taking responsibility for what you have sold. When will you come to repair the humidity in exterior walls and planters? Who will pay me the expenses of painting the interior of the 3 floors due to the interior humidity? And the floor of the interior entrance all stained? The builders have neglected this.

Realmente la experiencia con ellos ha sido increíble, después de una muy mala experiencia con otra inmobiliaria de Martorell en la que les dimos 6 meses de exclusividad, no hicieron absolutamente nada de nada aún diciendo nosotros que bajarán el precio no hacían ni caso, por eso al principio fuimos un poco reacios al dar otra exclusiva con otra inmobiliaria pero en vista de las reseñas decidimos apostar por ellos y no pudo ser mejor elección, menudo equipo de profesionales, Angels es una máquina!! Toda una crack, persona super polivalente, con mucha iniciativa y sobre todo un trato exquisito, seguimos con el equipo Judith atenta en todo momento con todas nuestras dudas y David una Gran persona solo decir que en la primera visita nos han vendido el piso y nos han asesorado en todo y acompañado hasta el último momento.
