Negative experience: Nefasto el trato recibido por Cristian. Nos escribió el viernes porque estábamos interesados en una casa, nos pidió los nombres y DNIes para hacer la visita. Le damos la información y cuando le pedimos la dirección de la casa nunca más nos ha contestado y ahora vemos que el anuncio de la casa ha desaparecido. Menos profesional que Cristian imposible.

Negative experience: Our own experience is based solely on one of the employees, as we have not had contact with the rest of the company, so we do not want to generalize, but we do want to express our discomfort. First, he arranged to meet us to see an apartment, which is in another municipality from where we currently live, so we had to travel; he was supposed to arrive in one hour, but when we got there, he started extending the time at least 4 times past when he was supposed to arrive (for reasons that could be understood if it weren’t for one in particular). The fact is that he was late for more than an hour, so we decided to leave, obviously notifying him of the reason. After he expressed that he was sorry and apologized for the situation, we agreed to see the apartment another day at 3 PM, taking into account that my partner works at night, sleeps during the day, and it can be problematic to meet during the week to visit an apartment. The thing is, he informs us on the way and just before arriving that our visit is definitely canceled due to changes in the management of the apartment that supposedly the owner wanted to make, without giving us the option or asking us if those conditions might interest us; our visit is definitely canceled, in those words. I shared my opinion on this matter, and he didn’t even respond. I repeat, this is not a complaint about the company in general; it is a specific case, because we have not had any further dealings than with the employee in question, but we are not at all satisfied with the management he has had.

Negative experience: Horrible, el trato bien pero a la hora de la verdad es nefasta la organización y la educación. He contactado con ellos hasta 3 veces para ver pisos y en las 3 veces se han esperado a avisarme unas HORAS antes de que al final no se puede ver dicho piso. Me lo hizo dos veces el mismo comercial y la otra un compañero suyo.

Negative experience: Doy una estrella por qué si no ,no me deja comentar,ni eso se merecen hace unos años puse mi casa en alquiler,en can Parellada Masquefa,solo me traían inquilinos sin nómina etc...finalmente se lo alquilemos a una pareja ,que resultó ser unos estafadores,toda la documentación era falsa, y mi pregunta es si yo ,un dia de enfado cogí los papeles y vi que no cuadraba nada como una agencia que se dedica a esto no se da cuenta que todo era falso, indignate
